You know what really grinds my gears. Dishwashers the damn things work and work and when I pull my glasses out they are cracked and broken. I have been loading it per the directions but the water must be set on temperature HELL or something like that. I don't know but the damn thing has been breaking glasses here and there for a few months now. I don't know maybe the glasses are getting old or something. Who knows but it is starting to make me wonder.
