I like the sound of TNA reducing the number of PPVs. Obviously the buyrates must be as bad as have been rumoured and they would be losing money each time they hold a PPV, you can't make profit on PPV with less than 10k buys with TNA's overhead. Cutting it down and adding in some live specials on SpikeTV would be a decent idea.
I will believe it when I see it with regards to an Australian tour. They tried it three years ago but the ticket sales were so low that they had to cancel and in it's place Hogan ran his tour down here.
