All this build and on the morning of WrestleMania they let Hall and Nash know they're changing the finish to Austin going over. No wonder that match had no fucks given to it. Supposedly the finish of Hogan/Rock also changed. Rock was always going over, but Hall and Nash were supposed to help Hogan get heat on Rock and not have Hogan turn on them. So nWo went from having a strong X8 booking plan to looking like chumps the day of the show.
