Speaking of releases, I just opened up YouTube and super fight is on tonight and I guess they don’t do pay-per-view anymore? But Donovan Dijak is on here so maybe a couple of these people will pop up in MLW as that’s another option.

Ah, the yearly cleaning is still going on. Alright, what's the damage. Scattered thoughts.

Good Brothers absolutely suck but they're well connected so I'm certain they'll pop up elsewhere in due time to continue being channel changers, despite everything.

Giovanni Vinci definitely feels like he got the shovel. Turned on by Kaiser without a blowoff match, gone for months, reappears on the other brand with a new gimmick (see: variation on his old NXT gimmick) losing in seconds to Apollo, then he rarely appears again. Dude's a fine enough talent if a bit dry, but wow it feels like he rubbed someone the wrong way.

AOP are a load of nothing. Nothing duo from a nothing stable. Don't see much difference in their future.

Paul Ellering himself seems like a weird cut but he's a secondary manager in a stable that didn't need him, so whatev.

Feel like they didn't really know what to do with Isla Dawn. At least I can remember her appearing a few times as opposed to Blair Davenport. Chalk it up to the dead zone of the women's tag titles.

Cedric Alexander is fantastic and I have a soft spot for him but he's really been going nowhere so this cut isn't too surprising. I know people are clamoring for him to rejoin the Hurt Syndicate but I'd rather they see if any of their own young talent might fit in the group. Hold internships or something.

I recall really pulling for Sonya Deville, there was a point a few years ago where it seemed like she had the tools and just needed them to be put in the right place, but she's been a step behind since she returned. The stalker thing might've really messed with her, which understandable. Hopefully she bounces back.

I think that's all, so far. Best of luck to 'em.

They do a PPV then a youtube special every two weeks irrc. I've kind of tuned a bit out of MLW as the roster has gotten overall weaker since Fatu and Hammer left

I don’t think they’re doing pay-per-view at all anymore because super fight would’ve been their pay-per-view and it was on YouTube last night. Their yet be named next YouTube special was taped along with super fight last night.

And same. I was really into MLW last year right around the time that Kane was champion and I don’t even think it was necessarily when Fatu and hammer left, but they released at least half of their roster since Kane dropped the belt. A lot of all the young and up-and-coming talent who didn’t even go anywhere else just still wrestling for HOG or other Indies. So I don’t know why they’re not working MLW anymore.

It’s a shame because I think they have potential but they really needs to do what TNA is doing. Do a live pay-per-view and then tape four weeks of fusion. It’s only a two-day taping schedule so I don’t know why he’s only able to afford to tape once a month and then he needs to lock down some talent to long-term deals again.

MLW was never one of the leaders when it comes to their roster but they used to at least have guys that would be there for 3 to 5 years like you were just talking about Fatu and Hammer and Alex Kane, who was most recently their champion and right now we currently has Riddle and Dijak, but how long until they leave?

I think the main problem is he’s such a fan of Lucha Libre and there’s nothing wrong with it but anytime he’s able to get a Mexican company to work with him, he forgets to develop his own internal roster because looking at the past 5 to 6 months has basically been half CMLL stars on his cards.

True. Probably why he’s beginning to build the company around him.

It was announced last night that…

He’s defending the belt in the battle riot. He’s feuding with Eric Bischoff who’s the new GM of MLW? So fully expect him to retain and look like a stud.

I think so as well which makes sense but also could end up backfiring on them

Always a great sign for a company when Eric is in charge on screen

First they moved Zelina to the other show and now they’re releasing Electra. It’s a bad week for Latina valets.
