Ah, the yearly cleaning is still going on. Alright, what's the damage. Scattered thoughts.
Good Brothers absolutely suck but they're well connected so I'm certain they'll pop up elsewhere in due time to continue being channel changers, despite everything.
Giovanni Vinci definitely feels like he got the shovel. Turned on by Kaiser without a blowoff match, gone for months, reappears on the other brand with a new gimmick (see: variation on his old NXT gimmick) losing in seconds to Apollo, then he rarely appears again. Dude's a fine enough talent if a bit dry, but wow it feels like he rubbed someone the wrong way.
AOP are a load of nothing. Nothing duo from a nothing stable. Don't see much difference in their future.
Paul Ellering himself seems like a weird cut but he's a secondary manager in a stable that didn't need him, so whatev.
Feel like they didn't really know what to do with Isla Dawn. At least I can remember her appearing a few times as opposed to Blair Davenport. Chalk it up to the dead zone of the women's tag titles.
Cedric Alexander is fantastic and I have a soft spot for him but he's really been going nowhere so this cut isn't too surprising. I know people are clamoring for him to rejoin the Hurt Syndicate but I'd rather they see if any of their own young talent might fit in the group. Hold internships or something.
I recall really pulling for Sonya Deville, there was a point a few years ago where it seemed like she had the tools and just needed them to be put in the right place, but she's been a step behind since she returned. The stalker thing might've really messed with her, which understandable. Hopefully she bounces back.
I think that's all, so far. Best of luck to 'em.
