I was thinking about this earlier. Could you imagine them doing that shit in 1998 with their backs against the wall? "Stone Cold is really starting to take off, book him in a multi-man match & put Bret Hart against Ahmed Johnson in a submission match".

Also, really intrigued as to who R-Truth sucked off to get involved in all this : Either that or they decided they needed more diversity in the undercard.

From bits I have watched lately, R-Truth has been pretty awesome in all of this. He's been pretty entertaining and should add something to the match.

It's really not. Ladder matches prove a superstars ability to handle pain and and can gain them credibility

I think most peoples problems with the match is that in a way it wastes the talent of the people in the match, it just reeks of a match that is put there to throw people on the card who aren't doing anything. When in reality the people should be doing something rather than just being apart of a throwaway match that is unlikely to be remembered in the future.

Yeah watching something live versus watching it the next day or weeks later, just has a different vibe to it.
