You want to compare TNA to WWE and all they represent, watch their two latest Triple Threats. Im going to give you my toughts on both.
In TNA, you have Daniels vs Joe vs AJ. I had hear the praise for the original match and the reviews for their encounter and Turning Point, so I decided to watch the match. I'm sorry, didn't buy it. I was impressed and blown away by the spots they pulled, but in the end, it was a spot fest. A very impressive, fun spot fest, but a spotfest. They kept nailing a high impact move just to get back up and nail another one. And after all that, what finishes Joe up is...a moonsault.
Now, watch HHH vs HBK vs Cena. Far less flashy stuff in the ring, but they actually went in there and told a story and their fight looked as real as pro wrestling can look. Their high impact moves actually seemed to produce an effect on one another.
WWE beats TNA in every aspect production wise, and, if you ask me, unless it's a Kurt Angle or Desmond match, it also has better, more credible wrestling.
THAT, and the fact that TNA is WAY too smarky for my taste. I mean, Mike Tenay actually praised the quality of a match and how Daniels, Joe and AJ worked with one another on air. Not the extends the guys would go to win the match, no, he praised how they worked together and the match was living up to its hype.
