TNA's lawsuit with WWE is officially done as it was dismissed in court on Wednesday. TNA filed a motion this week stating that all sides had come to terms and agreed that they would withdraw the lawsuit. Each side covered their own legal costs.

Couldn't find the original thread. But anyways, glad to see this is finally done. WWE can now sign Flair to a deal if they wish to, and sign out of contract TNA wrestlers.

Meh, most of the names who were being banded around when this lawsuit was filed have pledged their allegiances to either TNA (Dudleyz & Morgan) or shown up at the WWE already like Ric Flair so I don't see this making any difference now.

and lol @ Joe making the jump to the WWE, that shit is about as played out as the people saying TNA won't be here next year, or the year after etc. Only thing Joe should be jumping on is a treadmill.

And thus the speculation ends.

All that's left now is to speculate how it ended.

Can’t deny Joe’s weight issues, but also can’t deny that Punk being backstage could lead to something. No denying Punk has some political power.

TNA never had a case against WWE, they do have a good case against that employee that took the data and I assume that they will still be following through with their lawsuit against him.
