They have been teasing it for a while already. I'd be alright with that. Maybe if they used the midcard titles correctly it'd be a bummer for one of them to go away but they screw both up, why not unify them and screw one thing up at a time?

This has nothing to do with belts. we have two mid card belts now and neither has been the center of a meaningful feud in years.

Yes, but rather than fighting for the belt i see people in matches for no apparent reason, with little build. At least with two titles it's on the line sometimes and there's at least a shred of value to the match

either way creative needs to utilize story lines in the mid card a helluvalot more

I honestly could care a less about the US belt. Get that out of the way and there will be even fewer belts which should make for better feuds.
