DARK MATCH: SADIE GIBBS VS. ALEAH JAMES

ef656fdb2b55d712-600x338.gif

The dark match of the evening would see Sadie Gibbs in action. At one point referred to as the super prospect of WWE UK. In this return bout for Sadie we wouldn't see the respectful and determined Gibbs of old. In fact in this bout with plucky underdog Aleah James, Sadie was hyper aggressive. Shown to have developed a mean streak as she punished Aleah James throughout the match. Sadie was shown to have little issue in blasting the crowd in attendance either with repeated insults and trash talk before finally she'd submit Aleah James with a torture rack submission hold!
giphy.gif
As always we start out our night officially with a video package detailing the key events from the previous week's show. This of course starts out with Jeff Jarrett's confrontation and match against European Champion Gunther. After this we would see a confrontation between all the tag teams in the brand all of whom are vying for a tag team title shot before the video package would finally culminate with Joe Hendry presenting his newest songs in relation to WWE UK Champion Spike Trivet. From here this week's show would open up from inside the Martin Carpena building in Malaga. With a small but lively crowd in attendance, John Gooden and Wade Barrett would begin to hype up the show!
MATCH #1: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Tate Mayfairs)

ADAM BROOKS VS. SILAS YOUNG

The opening bout of the evening would be a heated grudge match as Adam Brooks took on grizzled, veteran Silas Young. More akin to a fight than a scientific wrestling match. This bout would get a jump start thanks to Adam Brooks hitting a suicide dive on Young during Young's entrance. Following roughly seven minutes of back and forth action it would be Adam Brooks who picked up the victory following a swanton bomb on Young.

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Adam Brooks!

The crowd in attendance applauds respectfully as Brooks climbs to his feet. Once up Brooks has his arm raised by the official before climbing the turnbuckle. After raising his arm in the air, Brooks looks down to the camera and yells that he wants in the Worlds Collide gauntlet.
~ DYNASTY ~

A training vignette then plays from the Hart house in Canada. It focuses on a young Harry Smith training while this is mixed in with a present day sit down interview conducted with John Gooden. This interview would very much focus on Harry Smith's childhood and his father The British Bulldog. Saying that his father was his hero and he never wanted to do anything else but follow in his footsteps. Harry says that in a world where many sons try and make their own name. He is honored to carry his father's name and thr lineage of the Hart family. Spliced into this interview are clips of Bret Hart, Natalya and Tyson Kidd. All of whom speak of Harry and his growth in the ring. Saying that he may not have been ready for his first run with the WWE. It is Bret who says like himself when he was a young wrestler. Harry needed to see the world and gain experience before finally being ready to make his name!
~ MY WORD ~

Post show footage from last week's show plays and it focuses on Nathan Cruz and Katherine Darcy making their leave from the building. Having been defeated once more it is clear that Cruz is far from happy. While Cruz however is silently seething, he soon finds Katherine is a lot more vocal in her displeasure. Remarking to Cruz that she made it clear a long time ago her stance on losers. Darcy is soon interrupted by Cruz who makes it clear that he will make his mark!
MATCH #2: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Katie Walker)

SESSION MOTH MARTINA VS. DEBBIE KEITEL

Clearly looking to prove she is more than just a fun talk show segment. The next match of the night as we'd learn was personally requested by Session Moth Martina. This would very much be an aggressive showing for Martina against the Brash Debbie Keitel. Following only a few minutes of action, Martina would pick up her second WWE UK victory following a diving DDT from the middle rope.

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Session Moth Martina!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made. Unfortunately however this goodwill is soon cut short as Martina's celebration is quickly cut short when Hyan from out of nowhere lands a big running knee strike to Martina's jaw. With Martina falling to the mat, Hyan stands over her with a smug smirk to jeers.
~ NOT THIS TIME ~

The cameras then take us to the hallway of the building. Here we see Giovanni Vinci making his arrival as he heads down the hall towards the locker room. On his route however Vinci is confronted by Angelico. Cutting a lot more of serious of a figure than usual. Angelico says that he heard what Vinci said last week about the talent of the WWE UK Brand and he wants to show him that the future is now and that he can't stop it. This is why Angelico is challenging him to a match tonight. With a cocky smirk Vinci accepts before walking down the hall.
~ LIGHTNING ~

6f6cd43b9ef4c9686a95453dee1c6379d42ee205.gif

Nathan Frazer is coming soon!
~ WORLDS COLLIDE ~

The cameras then direct us to the office of "The Guvnor" Anthony Ogogo. Here the WWE UK General manager is very proud to confirm that both Zack Ryder and Adam Brooks have qualified for the gauntlet. However Ogogo today is thrilled to announce a few more entrants for the match. This includes David Finlay and Oro Mensah as well as NXT Mexico's Pagano. The last name who Ogogo announces is Kento Miyahara from NXT Japan!
MATCH #3: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Tate Mayfairs)

ALEISTER BLACK VS. ZOZAYA

The third bout of the night would be the long awaited in ring debut of Aleister Black since his shocking WWE UK arrival. This would very much be a brutal squash and display of Aleister's striking shown from the off with a teep kick sending Zozaya into the ropes before Black connected with a spinning knee directly to the jaw. With Zozaya wobbled from these blows Black followed with Black Mass for the quick victory!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Aleister Black!

The crowd are stunned as Aleister Black just remains sat cross legged on the canvas. The official meanwhile begins to tend to the knocked out Zozaya while an emotionless Black watches on.
~ RESOLVE ~

The cameras then return to the office of Anthony Ogogo. Here the GM is met by Simon Miller who looks to question him regarding the tag team situation. Admitting that seeing so many hungry teams really made him happy. Anthony Ogogo promises that he will give some resolution to the tag team title situation. Just then however Ogogo is cut short by the arrival of Danny Burch. The out spoken Burch is quick to say that if Ogogo is looking for a team, he should look no further than the Smoking Aces. In response to this Ogogo says he knows fully well on their capabilities and invites them to step up in a match next week!
~ MY TIME ~

We are then played a pre taped vignette focusing on Millie McKenzie working out in the WWE UK Performance Center. Showing off some nasty strikes and big suplexes. Millie turns to the camera following one impressive throw and says for too long she has heard people say how she is the future. Millie said that she is sick and tired of waiting for what is her so called time. Now she is taking her moment and she is taking that WWE UK Women's Championship. Calling her reign inevitable, Millie closes out this promo by saying it is her time!

The cameras then return to the ring where Curt Hawkins is standing by. The self proclaimed most professional wrestler again says that last week what he did for the sport of wrestling and for the career of Angelico was the truest form of charity. Remarking that by just being in the presence of Curt Hawkins, your career sky rockets and to be recorded as one of his opponents is something that you can tell your children about. Referencing Angelico's earlier challenge to Giovanni Vinci, Hawkins even goes as far to say that because of him Angelico now has a match against a former world champion. The crowd in attendance are very much unimpressed with Hawkins' boasts and constantly boo him. This however doesn't stop Hawkins who says that being the most professional wrestler is about consistency and always showing up. This is why he is here tonight to elevate another talents career. So with that said Hawkins issues an open challenge to anyone bold enough to face the facts and test their mettle!

MATCH #4: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Oscar Harding)

CURT HAWKINS VS. ILJA DRAGUNOV

Having issued another open challenge, Curt Hawkins would find himself in the ring this week with Ilja Dragunov. While some may have expected or at least hoped for a blowout this was a competitive match with Hawkins using his experience at points to bend the rules and gain the upper hand. The ever resilient Dragunov however would manage to battle back and land a big Konstantin special on Hawkins which rocked the Most Professional Wrestler. From here a well timed Torpedo Moscow would follow for the win.

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Ilja Dragunov!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and llja Dragunov has his arm raised. While Dragunov celebrates his win, we see at ringside a stunned Curt Hawkins slumped against the ring steps.
~ KNOCKOUT ~

Footage from earlier in the day focuses on Kassius Ohno making his arrival to the building. As he does so he is surprised to find Anthony Ogogo waiting for him. The general manager greets Kassius with a handshake before praising his work as of late. Calling Ohno and his regular defenses a highlight of the shows each week. Ogogo says that while unfortunately tonight, there will be no title defense. Anthony would like Kassius to join him in his office as he wants to discuss an idea he has had for Showcase X.
~ NOT DONE ~

Post show footage from last week's show is then played and it focuses on Teoman walking through the parking lot. As Teoman nears his car he is confronted by Ashton Smith. At first Teoman tries to greet a seething Ashton before he comments that he thought they moved past all of this. Ashton in turn counters that it is not over until he says it is. A smug Teoman simply shakes his head in response only for Ashton to headbutt Teoman knocking him to the ground!
~ YOUR CHAMPION ~

More pre show footage is then played and it focuses on WWE UK Champion Spike Trivet making his arrival to the building. As he steps out of his car however Spike Trivet is greeted by numerous fans regaling him with their interpretations of the songs sung to Spike by Joe Hendry last week. A livid Trivet barks at them that he is their champion and commands for their respect. When the crowd doesn't comply Spike screams at his driver to open the door before climbing back into the car and demanding to be taken away from the building.
MATCH #5: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Artemis Ortygie)

ANGELICO VS. GIOVANNI VINCI

Having requested the match tonight Angelico would find himself with a tough task as he'd battle a former WWE UK Champion Giovanni Vinci. This being his return to the brand, Vinci would also look to make a strong showing. This would very much be a back and forth contest which saw both men have their moments. Angelico to his credit would manage to pick up a close near fall on Vinci following a poison rana. Unfortunately for Angelico this bout would turn around when Vinci landed his trademark vicious dropkick on Angelico flooring him. Not long afterwards Vinci would pick up the win following Hasta La Vista.

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Giovanni Vinci!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Vinci rises to his feet. Giovanni Vinci then has his arm raised in the air before he leaves the ring while the official tends to the downed Angelico.
~ WHAT COMES NEXT ~

Following the match, the cameras take us backstage where Joanna Rose is joined by Tyler Bate for a sit down interview. Looking to get some answers in regards to where Bate stands as part of the WWE UK. Tyler is a solemn figure as he says that he was a soldier fully focused on the mission. Now he doesn't want this anymore as he's seen what British Strong Style has become. Before Bate can continue however he is interrupted by the arrival of Trent Seven. The brash Seven says he wants to make things work and bring Bate back into the fold. Tyler is resistant when Pete Dunne also rushes onto the scene. As Dunne and Seven begin to argue, Tyler Bate drops Seven with a punch. As a stunned Seven looks up at Bate, Pete Dunne follows by hitting Bate with a forearm putting him down on the floor as he says they are even for last time.
~ GOOD LUCK ~

Before the cameras return to the ring, we quickly cut to the hallway of the arena where Katarina Leigh is walking with a purpose. As she heads to the locker room area, Katarina Leigh stops as she sees Raquel Lourenco. Katarina is full of praise for her friend as she congratulates her once more on her title win. Mentioning that she did want to talk with Raquel about some business, Katarina says she will hold off until after Raquel finally defeats Millie McKenzie next week!

The crowd in attendance erupts into boos as in the ring stand both Gunther and Nigel McGuinness. Speaking for his client, Nigel McGuinness starts by addressing Gunther's match last week. Commenting that both he and Gunther have heard that Jeff Jarrett is still in hospital following that match. Nigel says that while he and Gunther may respect Jeff for his accomplishments there is no remorse. Saying that Jarrett knew the risks of his decision to step in there with the greatest European Champion in WWE history. Praising Gunther as a generational talent and someone who could dominate in any era of wrestling. Nigel says that the WWE finally has a WWE European Champion it can be proud of and a champion who has no intention of that changing. The crowd boos loudly as Gunther holds his title in the air when some familiar music starts to play.

The crowd in attendance cheers as Diamond Dallas Page emerges from the back. While in the ring Gunther looks on, DDP walks down the ramp and grabs a microphone. Once in the ring DDP says that unlike many of the people in the building. He doesn't see Gunther and his reign as a bad thing. In fact he sees it as a good thing. Saying that he is all about positivity and motivation, DDP says that he respects what Gunther has done so far and what he does in the ring. However there is one thing which DDP cherishes more so and that is the support of these people. Saying that he wants to continue to be a true role model and inspiration to others about self belief and goals. Reminding everyone that he once was a WWE European champion himself. DDP says that he is here tonight to continue to inspire others by being the man to shock the world and bring an end to the Ring General's Reign! With a smirk Gunther would wave on DDP as an official rushed down to the ring.
MATCH #6: EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
(Referee: Chris Hatch)

GUNTHER (c) W/NIGEL MCGUINNESS vs. DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE

The next contest of the night would be an impromptu European title defense as Gunther defended his title against Diamond Dallas Page. The veteran Page would be very scrappy from the off as he looked to strike with Gunther and landed a lot of punches on the champion. However there was a clear power difference and this would be shown when Gunther laid out DDP with a lariat. Gunther would then punish DDP with some vicious strikes before he'd look to end things with a powerbomb. As he picked up DDP however, Page would drop down behind Gunther and spin him into a Diamond Cutter. This face planted Gunther into the mat to cheers from the crowd but much to the audience and Page's shock Gunther would immediately rise and blast Page with a big boot. With Page stunned Gunther would take DDP's back and begin landing some vicious forearms to the back of his head and neck before locking in a rear naked choke for the submission!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match and still champion Gunther!

The crowd boos as the bell rings and yet despite this Gunther does not release the hold right away. While Nigel McGuinness takes the European title, Gunther kicks DDP away and climbs to his feet. Entering the ring and passing Gunther his title, Nigel raises Gunther's arm to boos.
~ FOUR DIMENSIONAL ~

"THE FOURTH DIMENSIONAL SUPERSTAR" STEVIE TURNER IS COMING SOON!
MATCH #7: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Chris Roberts)

KANJI VS. HARLEY HUDSON

Match seven of the evening would see Kanji take on Harley Hudson. This would be a clash of talented young prospects and the respectful crowd would applaud both women. This spirited contest would be an evenly matched bout until right near the end Kanji managed to land a back suplex from the middle rope. With a stunned Harley Hudson on a knee after this landing, Kanji followed with a hidden blade for the victory!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Kanji!

The crowd cheers as Kanji climbs to her feet. However Kanji's post match celebration is cut short thanks to the arrival of the mystery woman who lays out Kanji with a spear. Before anymore damage can be done however Laura Di Matteo rushes down to the ring. As Laura Di Matteo steps into the ring, this woman backs her way up to the ropes before exiting to the floor.
~ THE GREATEST SHOW ~

Ahead of the main event the cameras take us to the locker room where Suge D is standing by. The usually happy go lucky veteran is a little more of a serious figure here as he says that last week he reached out for the fabled brass ring. Admitting that he's had some struggles, Suge D says that now he is joined by someone like him looking for his moment. This would introduce Charles Crowley who says that these two together have the showmanship and pizazz to be stars. Talking about how they will be the next tag team champions, the pair are surprisingly confronted by a smug Alexander Wolfe. Wolfe issues a warning to the pair saying that they don't belong here and if the duo knows any better than they would stay out of Sanity's path!
MAIN EVENT: TAG TEAM MATCH
(Senior Official: Thomas Scarborough)

OEDO TAI (BLAIR DAVENPORT AND JAMIE HAYTER) VS. EMBER MOON AND SHOTZI BLACKHEART

Finally it was time for the main event and it was our next match in the British Bulldog Tag Team Classic. This bout would be akin more to a brawl than anything which saw both teams battle throughout the ringside area. Some highlights would include a senton from Shotzi off the turnbuckle to the floor on a chair seated Jamie Hayter. As well as a suicide dive transitioned into an Eclipse by Ember Moon on Blair Davenport. As the match waged on however Oedo Tai would begin to take control and we'd see Blair Davenport land a nasty curb stomp like move on Shotzi against the steel steps. From here she'd toss Shotzi over the announcer's table with a Falcon Arrow. It wouldn't be long after this that Hayter managed to put away Ember Moon with an Acid Rainmaker.

Shepherd: And the winners of the match Oedo Tai!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Jamie Hayter rises to his feet. Hayter is joined in the ring by Blair Davenport and the pair begin to celebrate their win as the show comes to a close.

Or will the young performance center standout Luke Jacobs become the man to bring his title reign to an end?
WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

RAQUEL LOURENCO (C) VS. MILLIE MCKENZIE

Having been made official a few weeks previously. We know that this week's show will feature the must anticipated women's title defense as Raquel Lourenco puts her women's title on the line for the first time against Millie McKenzie. McKenzie of course has recently broken free from British Strong Style and is electing to go it alone. Wanting to prove to the world what she is capable of. Winning the title would do just that! Will Millie McKenzie dethrone Raquel Lourenco's reign before it's truly started?
BRITISH BULLDOG TAG TEAM CLASSIC

T
ONI STORM AND EMMA VS. AUSTRALIA'S HOTTEST COMMODITIES

The British Bulldog Tag Team Classic continues this week. Having already seen teams such as Team Kick, Oedo Tai and Candy Floss and Xia Brookside advance to the next round. This week's tournament match will very much feature some of the greatest talents of Australia do battle as Toni Storm and Emma unite to take on the brash pair of influencers known as Australia's Hottest Commodities. Since their arrival to WWE UK, Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta have cemented themselves as a focal point of the women's division. Can they pick up their biggest win here over two respected veterans?
NATHAN CRUZ VS. GENE MUNNY

Pressure is the story of the next announced bout of this coming week's show. Having seemingly hit a rough streak of losses as of late which has his girlfriend Katherine Darcy looking very unimpressed. Nathan Cruz has pledged that he will right the ship and get back on the winning track. In an effort to do so, this week he will take on the very game Gene Munny who while also winless has put in some solid showings against the likes of Spike Trivet and Kassius Ohno.
SUGE D AND CHARLES CROWLEY VS. JAMES TIGHE AND MAJIK

Making their first appearance as a tag team this week will be the duo of Suge D and Charles Crowley. With many tag teams in WWE UK looking to put themselves in the title picture. It would seem veteran Suge D is also looking to do so as he wants to finally get his footing and gain traction as part of the WWE UK Brand. In turn Suge D has reached out to and recruited a fellow showman in Charles Crowley to form a makeshift pairing who this week will make their debut against a pair of UK wrestling veterans James Tighe and Majik.
SMOKING ACES VS. DANNY BLACK AND JOE LANDO

The final match confirmed for this week's show ahead of time will see another tag team make their shall we say less than anticipated debut. As this week the duo of Charlie sterling and Nick Riley aka the Smoking Aces will compete. The pair will of course be accompanied by Danny Burch who has voiced his displeasure and distaste for the UK wrestling scene as of late. This week the Smoking Aces will battle a pair of plucky high flyers in Danny Black and Joe Lando for their debut bout.

RING ANNOUNCER ~ ANDY SHEPHERD

DARK MATCH: ORO MENSAH VS. ZAK ZODIAC

oro-mensah-entrance.gif

Opening the show would be a dark match as two WWE UK Performance Center talents did battle. In one corner would be the rough and tumble second generation talent Zak Zodiac while opposing him would be the flashy and charismatic Oro Mensah. This would very much be a styles clash with Zodiac attempting to slow the bout down and ground the fast paced Mensah. In the end however it would be fast paced offense which paid out as Mensah picked up the win following a springboard dropkick on Zodiac.

WINNER: Oro Mensah
giphy.gif
The show would start out with a video package detailing many of the events of the week previously. This includes Giovanni Vinci's return to action with a win over Angelico. After this we'd see Gunther defeat DDP while the recap ended with Oedo Tai advancing in the Bulldog Classic. With that this week's show would officially open up from Catalonia, Spain. Here a small but lively crowd would cheer as Wade Barrett and John Gooden welcomed us to the show before sending us to the ring.
MATCH #1: COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONSHIP
(Referee: Chris Hatch)

KASSIUS OHNO (C) VS. LUKE JACOBS

The opening match of the evening was a Commonwealth championship bout as Kassius Ohno took on Luke Jacobs. This would be a hard hitting and brutal clash between two bruisers as Ohno and Jacobs very much brawled from the very off and traded some vicious strikes. Jacobs for his part seemed very focused on landing his lariat and while he'd hit it twice in the match. It appeared he went to the well one time too many against the wrestling genius as Ohno blocked it with a kick to Luke's bicep before landing a vicious elbow to put down Jacobs for the three!

Shepherd: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH AND STILL CHAMPION KASSIUS OHNO!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Kassius Ohno rises to his feet. As Ohno has his arm raised, we see a disappointed Luke Jacobs seated in the corner. Walking over to Jacobs, Ohno helps Luke to his feet before shaking his hand.
~ WELCOME ~

Footage from earlier in the night is shown and it focuses on Trent Seven pacing back and forth in the parking lot of the building. As Seven paces anxiously, he soon meets Millie McKenzie on her arrival to the building. Seven calls tonight her night and he offers her any support he can provide. Nodding her head, Millie responds by saying that tonight is her night but that she intends to fully handle business on her own!
~ BRAVO ~

The cameras then direct us to the hallway of the building where Adam Brooks and Zack Ryder are standing across from one another. This is a respectful face off between the duo as they each congratulate one another on making their way into the worlds collide gauntlet match. Out of respect however for one another a challenge is thrown out for a match next week between the pair as a preview for worlds collide.

The crowd boos as already standing in the ring is Curt Hawkins. Despite his recent losing streak the self proclaimed most professional wrestler is full of bluster and bravado. Saying that once again when a hero was needed Curt Hawkins did not need to don a cape as last week he helped rehabilitate the career of Ilja Dragunov and get him back on track. Hawkins proudly proclaims this his role as WWE UK's resident star maker. Branding himself a sure fire step to superstardom, Curt Hawkins says that to quote the veterans before him. He just made Ilja Dragunov famous! It is from there that Hawkins turns his attention to tonight. Calling himself the hardest working man in professional wrestling but true to form a professional never doesn't show up prepared. Curt Hawkins says that it is time for someone else to step up and take the winning lottery ticket as he issues an open challenge to any man willing to step in the ring and face him!

MATCH #2: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Oscar Harding)

CURT HAWKINS VS. NATHAN FRAZIER

The second contest of the night would see a much anticipated debut as Nathan Frazier battled the veteran Curt Hawkins in what was another impromptu match for Hawkins. This would very much be a styles clash with Hawkins looking to out power and out grapple the young and talented high flyer. While Hawkins had some early success with this Frazier would manage to eventually put Hawkins down with a crucifix driver spiking Hawkins into the mat. From here Nathan followed up with a spectacular Phoenix Splash to pick up the victory

Shepherd: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH NATHAN FRAZIER!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Nathan Frazier slowly climbs to his feet. Having picked up his first win an overjoyed Frazier has his arm raised in the air before climbing the turnbuckle to continue his celebration.
~ PROBLEMS SHARED ~

We are then taken to the office of "The Guvnor" Anthony Ogogo. Here the WWE UK General Manager is joined by the WWE UK Tag Team Champions Aussie Open As he candidly discusses the WWE UK tag team title picture and also thanks Aussie Open for their patience. Ogogo makes it clear that he has a solution which he thinks will solve everything and find Aussie Open a true pair of worthy contenders for their next defense. Ogogo says that he will make an announcement of this very soon.
~ REMEMBERANCE ~

Following a replay of the attack he carried out the previous week. Ashton Smith joins Simon Miller for a backstage interview ahead of the next bout. Branding Smith's aggression very uncharacteristic, Simon asks why Ashton set his sights on Teoman. In response to this Ashton responds that it's amazing how soon people forget. Reminding everyone that before he joined Wonderland Teoman led a bunch of thugs in a crusade to take out Ashton. Smith says that it seems quite easy for others to forget who Teoman is but he hasn't and he will make him pay!
MATCH #3: TAG TEAM MATCH
(Referee: Katie Walker)

SUGE D AND CHARLES CROWLEY VS. JAMES TIGHE AND MAJIK

It would then be time for tag team action in the third bout of the night as Suge D would be joined by the debuting Charles Crowley This duo of showmen would take on no nonsense veterans James Tighe and Majik. This bout would very much serve as a showcase for Suge D and Charles Crowley with this fun loving pair shown to work quite well as a team. As the bout wore on we'd see Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain watching from the crowd. Following a couple of minutes of action it would be Crowley who scored the win for his team following the Carousel on Majik!

Shepherd: And the winners of the match Charles Crowley and Suge D!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Charles Crowley hops to his feet. Crowley begins dancing in the ring along with Suge D while an unimpressed Sanity watch on from the crowd.
~ DEMANDS ~

Storming through the halls of the building, a livid Spike Trivet barges through the door and into the office of Anthony Ogogo. Demanding an apology from Joe Hendry before the eyes of the world. Spike says that he wants Anthony Ogogo to do something about this. Ogogo however seems more amused by this and says that he personally finds the songs quite catchy. With that Ogogo's phone begins to ring and it is revealed to have one of Hendry's songs as it's ringtone. An irate Spike storms out the office as Ogogo can't help but laugh.
~ RECONCILIATION ~

The cameras then focus on Millie McKenzie warming up ahead of her title match tonight. McKenzie is soon joined however by Tyler Bate. Apologizing for intruding on her workout, Tyler says that he isn't here to distract or detract from tonight. Instead he is simply here to offer his support to Millie and wish her the very best of luck. Millie nods her head and smiles as Bate then leaves the locker room.

As the cameras return to the ring, we see already standing by in the ring is the WWE European Champion Gunther. As always Gunther is joined in the ring by his associate Nigel McGuinness. Speaking for the Champion, Nigel McGuinness praises Gunther and his reign as he says that as far as a title holder restoring tradition goes, Gunther is at the very pinnacle. Calling him the true standard bearer of excellence and the first champion to truly bring prestige, honor and dignity to the title. Nigel says that the former champions who have come out the woodwork to challenge Gunther have only proved the point that there is no former champion who can stand or compete with the prowess of the Ring General.

To a loud cheer from the crowd William Regal walks out from the back. With a microphone in hand Regal stands at the top of the ramp and says that ordinarily he is someone who tends not to brag or boast about his career. Instead he has often always focused on what happens next and building the future. However there is one thing he always took pride in and that was of course his time as the WWE European Champion. Saying that he will not stand by and allow Gunther to continue dismissing and discrediting those who held the European Championship previously. Regal's speech is soon cut off when Gunther speaks up and says if Regal is going to be the latest to step up and face him, then he'd rather get this over and done with sooner than later. Regal shakes his head in response as he says that his ring days maybe behind him but that there is another former European Champion who has taken exception with Gunther's comments.

The stunned crowd explode into cheers as Rob Van Dam's theme begins to play from the titantron. While an angered Gunther stands in the ring, a smirking Regal motions behind Gunther, The European Champion turns around into a leaping side kick from Rob Van Dam. This sends Gunther tumbling back against the ropes and out to the floor where he lands on his feet. As Gunther recollects himself RVD, snatches the microphone from Nigel McGuinness. Reminding everyone that he was the last European Champion before it was made defunct. Rob Van Dam says he is here now to get that title back!
MATCH #4: EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP
(Referee: Tate Mayfairs)

GUNTHER (c) W/NIGEL MCGUINNESS VS. ROB VAN DAM

The European championship would be up for grabs in the next contest of the night as Gunther took on Rob Van Dam. It would seem their earlier physicality before the bell had greatly angered Gunther. Showing a true aggression as he looked to hurt RVD. This allowed Rob some openings while Nigel urged Gunther to focus. After Rob picked up a very rare count of two on Gunther following a very large combination of kicks, a springboard single leg kick and a rolling thunder. Which as we've seen is a rarity to even see Gunther put down, it would seem this close encounter would snap Gunther back into action. Seemingly snapping back into the fold Gunther would begin to overpower RVD and after crotching Rob on the ropes. He'd land a lariat flipping RVD back onto the mat. This allowed Gunther to follow with a powerbomb for the victory.

Shepherd: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH AND STILL CHAMPION GUNTHER!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Gunther rises to his feet. As Gunther has his arm raised, Nigel enters the ring and wraps the European title around Gunther's waist.
~ NOW WE PLAY ~

We are then directed to the hallway of the building where Michael Oku is making his arrival. The fired up Michael Oku stares right down the camera as he says Giovanni Vinci should have thought about the consequences of his actions. Saying that he isn't here to just talk but instead he is here to make Vinci pay. Saying that it is officially from this point on sight. Michael Oku tells Vinci that he will soon learn he made the biggest mistake as he has Oku's full attention. This is why he is officially removing himself from the Worlds Collide Gauntlet.
~ LEGACY ~

A second vignette would then play focusing on the Harry Smith story. This time would focus on Smith's early WWE career. As not only do we see some of his time as part of the Hart Dynasty but also his earlier run. In this time we see an appearance on screen by Randy Orton. Talking of his interactions with Smith, Randy reveals that at the time he had plans to bring Harry into his faction known as Legacy. But it was clear to him that Smith wasn't ready. With that we see Smith talk candidly about his release which he branded as the end of life as he knew it at the time but he soon found a home in Japan. From here Minoru Suzuki appears on camera. Calling himself the man who mentored Smith when he came to Japan. Suzuki says he saw the potential and talent beneath the surface. He saw the drive and killer instinct which needed to be awakened and he did just that. Now he knows Smith is ready for his return!
MATCH #5: BRITISH BULLDOG TAG TEAM CLASSIC
(Referee: Chris Roberts)

TONI STORM AND EMMA VS. AUSTRALIA'S HOTTEST COMMODITIES

The next match of the night would see two teams of fellow country woman collide as Toni Storm and Emma teamed to take on the brash influencer pairing of Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta. Unlike their usual bouts it appeared that Hartwell and Pirotta were taking this bout seriously. The veteran pairing of Storm and Emma would work well together and actually come close to victory on a couple of occasions until the power of Pirotta truly started to make a difference. After Hartwell laid out out Emma with a big boot, we would see Pirotta hit Storm with an F5 for the win.

Shepherd: AND THE WINNERS OF THE MATCH AUSTRALIA'S HOTTEST COMMODITIES!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Persia Pirotta rises to her feet. After her and Hartwell have their arms raised the pair celebrate with a victory selfie.
~ HOUSE RULES ~

Having watched the last match on television, the trio of Nina Samuels, Lana Austin and Eliza Alexander begin to discuss Australia's Hottest Commodities. Saying that while they were once allies, Nina says that this is a new House of Couture and they will eliminate them from the tournament. From here Nina says that they have their match next week in the British Bulldog tag team classic and it is their time to show the world what the new house is capable of!
~ HONOR ~

7f15a63724a0312801cdb6d476b17c9f74b115e3r1-480-270_hq.gif

From an unknown location a seated Aleister Black sits down before a camera on a black throne. Saying that the world has now witnessed the real Aleister Black now he has elected to honor himself and no one else. Aleister Black calls this a freeing feeling as he no longer has to worry about catering to anyone else. Now he personally hopes having seen this himself, that Finn Balor will realize the exact same thing!
~ BATTLE CRY ~

Footage from earlier in the evening is then shown having been filmed by fan cam. This footage shows Hyan making his arrival to the building when the door is kicked open and Session Moth Martina comes charging out. These two are unable to hide their hatred for one another as Hyan tosses her bag to the ground while Martina launches herself at Hyan. The two tumble over Hyan's car as Martina fires off punches at Hyan. Before this brawl can escalate, security rush onto the scene to break things up.
MATCH #6: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Darryl Sharma)

NATHAN CRUZ W/KATHERINE DARCY VS. GENE MUNNY

The pressure would be on for Nathan Cruz in the next match as he took on Gene Munny. Clearly looking to impress his girlfriend, Cruz went on the aggression from the off but because of his over aggression he would be rolled up by Gene Munny for a near fall. Munny would also pick up another near fall following a swinging neckbreaker. However a distraction by Darcy would allow Cruz back into the match and not long after he'd put away Munny with a Exit Stage Right (Stevie T).

Shepherd: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH NATHAN CRUZ!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Nathan Cruz has his arm raised in the ring. From here Cruz leaves the ring and embraces his girlfriend before the pair head backstage.
~ PARTY FOUL ~

More footage from earlier in the evening is then played and it focuses on Angelico making his arrival to the building. True to form Angelico is dancing his way into the building and begins flirting with several women on his way to the building. But as he goes to pose for a photo with some ladies, he is blindsided by Mojo Rawley! Throwing Angelico hard into the guard rail, Rawley follows with a big running forearm knocking Angelico out. Standing over Angelico, Mojo barks at him that the worlds collide gauntlet is his!
~ SORRY ABOUT YOUR DAMN LUCK ~

Having picked up a win a few moments ago Nathan Cruz and Katherine Darcy return backstage full of bluster and bravado. As Cruz loudly proclaims this will be the first of many and his luck is changing. Quickly on screen appears James Storm. Revealed to have flown in for a couple of weeks ahead of the worlds collide gauntlet match. Storm remarks that he saw Cruz's tainted win and he shouldn't be getting ahead of himself. In response to this Darcy counters that Cruz will continue winning and he will see Storm in the ring next week!
MATCH #7: TAG TEAM MATCH
(Referee: Tate Mayfairs)

SMOKING ACES W/DANNY BURCH VS. DANNY BLACK AND JOE LANDO

The next bout of the night would be the in ring debut of the Smoking Aces. This bout would very much be a dominant showing of Charlie Sterling and Nick Riley's skills. While his team did battle in the ring, Danny Burch would sit at commentary and proclaim his team as the future of wrestling. After only a short few minutes of action Nick Riley would toss Danny Black out of the ring before he and Charlie Sterling put away Joe Lando with the Aces High (Shatter Machine).

Shepherd: AND THE WINNERS OF THE MATCH THE SMOKING ACES!

The crowd boos loudly as the announcement is made and Charlie Sterling and Nick Riley stand tall. At ringside Danny Burch stands up from behind the commentary table and begins applauding for his team.
~ WISHES ~

Just ahead of the main event tonight, the WWE UK Women's Champion Raquel Lourenco is warming up. As she does so she is approached by Katarina Leigh. Greeting Raquel and offering her the best of luck ahead of tonight's match. Katarina warns Raquel of a potential numbers game and offers to standby and support Raquel. In response Raquel counters that this is her first defense and while she appreciates the offer she needs to do this alone!
~ BRUISING ~

As she walks to the gorilla position ahead of her big match Millie McKenzie is surprised to find Pete Dunne waiting for her. While things are tense with the mentor and student. Millie makes it clear she offers no apology for anything she did previously. Nodding his head in acknowledgement Pete Dunne says he understands. He just hopes Millie can use everything she learned from British Strong Style tonight and take what is hers!
MAIN EVENT: WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP
(Senior Official: Thomas Scarborough)

RAQUEL LOURENCO (C) VS. MILLIE MCKENZIE

The main event of the night would be for the Women's Championship as Raquel Lourenco made her first defense against Millie McKenzie. This would be a hard hitting back and forth battle which went well past the twenty minute mark. McKenzie for her part would have some very impressive moments hitting Raquel with a big spear on the apron and also busting out a chaos theory for a near fall. As we'd learn of course with Lourenco it would only take a few big shots for her to take back control of the bout and this included her landing a big superkick on Mckenzie which put Millie on a knee and allowed Raquel to snatch both her wrists before landing a Kamigoye knee strike to the jaw. With McKenzie reeling Lourenco would lock in the Killer Clutch in the center of the ring. Despite her valiant attempts to fight out the hold, McKenzie had nowhere to go and would pass out to the submission.

Shepherd: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH AND STILL CHAMPION RAQUEL LOURENCO!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Raquel releases the hold. As Lourenco climbs to her feet she is passed her title by the official and raises it high in the ring. The cameras cut backstage where an impressed Katarina Leigh is watching on as the show comes to a close.

WWE UK NEXT SHOW PREVIEW
KASSIUS OHNO VS. DANNY JONES - COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONSHIP

The Commonwealth Championship will be again up for grabs this week as once again Kassius Ohno puts his title on the line. Unlike some of the previous defenses where Kassius Ohno has faced respectful competition in hard fought battles. This time around he will not face that luxury as he takes on WWE UK performance center standout Danny Jones. A brash individual and noted trash talker who has rubbed many who have encountered him the wrong way. Danny Jones while not a popular figure is a skilled one who is looking to shock the world in this match.
THE MOST PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGE

A recent feature over the past few weeks is a series of open challenges issued by Curt Hawkins. The self proclaimed most professional wrestler will tell you he is a veteran and superstar raising the profile of the brand by taking on all comers. In actuality he is currently 0-4 in these challenges having been bested by Cara Noir, Angelico, Ilja Dragunov and Nathan Frazier respectively. We know this week Hawkins is set to issue another challenge to the world. Who will accept The most professional wrestler's open challenge on this coming show?
ADAM BROOKS VS. ZACK RYDER

A special challenge match has also been scheduled for this coming week's show as a further preview of the upcoming world's collide gauntlet match. As we will see a clash between two entrants in the bout Adam Brooks and Zack Ryder. This was a respectful challenge thrown out by the duo fresh after they had each qualified for the gauntlet match. Now this first time challenge has been scheduled for this coming week's show. Who will pick up up some much needed momentum ahead of World's Collide?
SMOKING ACES VS. SUGE D AND CHARLES CROWLEY

A high stakes tag team clash has also been set this week. As two teams who only just debuted on the brand will collide when Suge D and Charles Crowley take on the Smoking Aces. Two teams who are very much polar opposites when it comes to personalities. This bout will be a great opportunity for the pair of teams with the tag team title picture being as wide open as it is. Which team will reign supreme?
NATHAN CRUZ VS. JAMES STORM

A special challenge match has also been scheduled for this coming week as Nathan Cruz will take on veteran James Storm. This challenge of course has come around following a confrontation on the previous show. Cruz of course has recently been on a rough patch but turned it around with a win on the previous show. Will he be able to continue this momentum against the popular NXT veteran James Storm?
TEOMAN VS. CALEB VALHALLA

Singles action is also set this week in an intriguing battle as Teoman takes on Caleb Valhalla. There is a bit of history here in this bout as Valhalla was once a member of Teoman's private security detail before he got recruited by the Wonderland faction. Now this week Valhalla will take on the man who he was once employed to protect. With Ashton Smith definitely in the wings watching on, who will be victorious?
WOKE QUEENS (DEBBIE KEITEL AND LYRA VALKYRIA) VS. HOUSE OF COUTURE (LANA AUSTIN AND NINA SAMUELS)

The British Bulldog tag team classic will wage on this week as we will see the Woke Queens take on the House of Couture. This will be a vital bout for the House of Couture who are set to compete for the first time since having assaulted and kicked their former leader out of the group. Opposing them will be the talented pair of Irish women Debbie Keitel and Lyra Valkyria who are looking to make a mark in their first appearance with the brand. Who will advance in the tournament?

DARK MATCH: CONNOR MILLS VS. DEREISS GORDON VS. KID LYKOS VS. KIP SABIAN VS. NICO ANGELO VS. RILEY OSBORNE

e62d00e16b527581ba1fde404aec8c80412dc8bf.gif

The night would kick off with a chaotic six man match featuring six of the top standouts in the UK Performance Center. The crowd favorite in this match was the highly charismatic Dereiss. This contest would be filled with some truly jaw dropping aerial feats from Riley Osborne and Dereiss in this bout while curiously an alignment appeared to form between Nico Angelo and Connor Mills. As the bout waged on we'd also see Kip Sabian prove to be an opportunist capitalizing on any opportunity which presented itself and this helped him score the win following a float over DDT on Kid Lykos.
giphy.gif
The show opens this week as always with a video package which details all the events of the previous week's show. This includes moments such as Kassius Ohno retaining his Commonwealth Championship, the debut of Nathan Frazier, Gunther defeating Rob Van Dam, The House of Couture advancing in the British Bulldog Tag Team Classic and lastly Raquel Lourenco retaining her women's championship against Millie McKenzie. With that this week's show officially opens up in Amiens, France where Wade Barrett and John Gooden hype up the night before sending us to the ring for our opening contest.
MATCH #1: COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONSHIP
(Referee: Darryl Sharma)

KASSIUS OHNO VS. DANNY JONES

The opening match of the night would see Kassius Ohno defend his commonwealth championship once again. This time he would face the UK Performance Center standout Danny Jones. Unlike many of Ohno's challenges which were respectful affairs, Danny Jones would not afford Ohno this level of respect. Not only would Jones cheat at any and all opportunities but he would also take short cuts and make quick escapes when the tide started to turn. This would be until Ohno rocked Danny with a cyclone kick before he'd trap Jones in a sugar hold. Trapped with nowhere to go in the ring, Jones would be forced to submit!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match and still champion Kassius Ohno!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Kassius Ohno climbs to his feet. While Kassius Ohno celebrates his victory, the official passes Ohno his title. As Ohno holds his title up high in the air, at ringside Danny Jones takes a knee and shakes his head in disappointment.
~ COMMISERATIONS ~

Footage filmed earlier in the night plays and it focuses on Millie McKenzie making her arrival to the building. Some fans in the vicinity offer Millie some respectful applause as she walks through the entrance and begins to make a beeline to the locker room. As Millie McKenzie continues her walk, she is surprised to find Trent Seven standing by a wall waiting for her. McKenzie is far from impressed as Seven tells her she performed admirably last week. Shaking her head, Millie makes it clear that next time Raquel won't be leaving with her hand raised. As Seven says it's time she came home to British Strong Style, shaking her head McKenzie makes it clear that she is on her own and will not be joining Seven anymore.
~ LOCAL HERO ~

A pre-taped interview is then shown and it features Joe Hendry joining Joanna Rose. Joe Hendry is all smiles for this interview as Joanna asks him if he is aware that Spike Trivet has began politicking management demanding Joe Hendry apologize for his slanderous songs. Hendry in turn comments that he isn't going to apologize for what was a bit of fun. The people loved it and he is a hero to the people. This is why instead of apologizing he has an exclusive song set to play right now. To the tune of Lorde's royals, Joe Hendry then plays "Spoiled". With lyrics such as "and we’ll never be spoiled... we work hard for our glory, but Spike just buys his story".
~ MULTI DIMENSIONAL ~

Stevie Turner is coming!
MATCH #2: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Katie Walker)

TEOMAN VS. CALEB VALHALLA

For the second bout of the night, Teoman would be in action as he took on a former ally and hired gun for him in Caleb Valhalla. While one might expect some familiarity between the pair or friendliness, Caleb made it clear that this would not be the case as he tossed Teoman to the ground in the early going. As the bout wore on however, we'd see Teoman begin to tactically target the shoulder and arm of Valhalla, this would neutralize the strength of Caleb and allow Teoman to ground Caleb before clamping on a crossface for the win!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Teoman!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Teoman releases the hold. Climbing to his feet Teoman raises his arm in the air and celebrates the victory while the official tends to Caleb.
~ DEMONS ~

RGPLzM.gif
After the match a interview from earlier tonight is played. It shows Finn Balor sat down across from Simon Miller. Balor very much cuts a stoic aggressive figure as Simon Miller looks to talk with him about Aleister Black. Keeping his answers very much at a bare minimum if answering at all. Finn seems almost distracted as he doesn't look at Simon Miller or make eye contact. Asked if there is any truth to what Aleister Black has been saying about him, Finn Balor stands up and walks out the room without saying a word.
~ HYPED ~

FooLhWQWABYOQRG.jpg
A pre-tape is then shown and it features Mojo Rawley sat in front of a mirror. Saying that slowly and surely the world is seeing the metamorphism of Mojo Rawley. Mojo says that the days of being hyped and staying hyped are long dead. Instead now Mojo is here with anger and aggression! Saying that he will win the World's Collide Gauntlet match, Mojo says what he did last week to Angelico was nothing personal. It was just another step in showing the world what Mojo Rawley is truly capable of going into the world's collide match.
~ UNIMPRESSED ~

Ahead of the next bout of the night we see Nathan Frazier walking to the locker room area. As he does so however he is shoulder barged by Sha Samuels. Seemingly unimpressed with what he has seen from Frazier last week, Sha Samuels makes it clear that his debut didn't mean anything. Saying that Frazier doesn't impressive him and his hype doesn't mean anything. Sha Samuels proclaims Frazier a flash in the pan, in response to this Nathan says he is more than happy to prove Sha wrong and will see him in the ring next week to do it!
MATCH #3: TAG TEAM MATCH
(Referee: Oscar Harding)

SMOKING ACES W/ DANNY BURCH VS. CHARLIE STERLING AND SUGE D

Tag Teams would collide in the next bout of the night as two recently debuted teams did battle. As we've come to expect when his team is competing Danny Burch would join the commentary to watch the Smoking Aces. The make shift duo of Charles Crowley and Suge D would have their moments in this bout including Suge D picking up a near fall on Nick Riley following a top rope spinning heel kick. However in the end it would be the sheer force of Charlie Sterling which proved the difference maker as after tossing Crowley out of the ring, he and Riley would plant Suge D with Aces High (Shatter Machine) for the win!

Shepherd: And the winners of the match The Smoking Aces!

The crowd boos as the announcement is made. At commentary Danny Burch stands up and applauds his team for their win while Nick Riley and Charlie Sterling have their hands raised!
~ THE BULLDOG ~

Continuing on the trend of vignettes over the past few weeks. This week would be the third chapter in the Harry Smith story. In between clips of Harry Smith training present day we'd see splices of Harry having a sit down interview. Calling this return to WWE a blessing in disguise, Harry says that he now has a chance to show the world exactly who he is and what he can do. Wanting to honor his father but start his own path. We then see clips of Harry training in a gym reminiscent of the dungeon with Brian Pillman Jr and Tom Billington. Both these men praise Harry as a mentor and an inspiration of hard work as they say that Harry Smith is no longer someone to watch for the future but instead he is someone to watch for the present!
~ FRIENDLY FIRE ~

Fan cam footage is then shown from outside the building and it focuses on the Foreign Legion making their arrival to the building. As they enter the foyer however they come face to face with old rivals Team White Wolf. While Amale and Mariah May stare down with one another, Ludwig Kaiser is the first to break the silence as he nods his head respectfully to the other team. In respect Axiom follows suit but before either team can speak they both catch sight of Danny Burch. The smug Burch can loudly be heard proclaiming that in his day. The women stayed in the back but now they are tougher than the men! As Burch backs away The Foreign Legion walk off down the hall.

The crowd in attendance erupts into boos as standing in the ring once again is Curt Hawkins. The self proclaimed most professional wrestler has a microphone in hand as he once again says that a call had been made and a hero was needed and here he is once again to save the day. Calling himself the star maker who literally is the barometer of professional wrestling. Curt Hawkins personally credits himself for putting Nathan Frazier on the map last week. Calling his debut must watch television, Curt Hawkins says that it is entirely down to him that Frazier was such a success story. Saying that he is here tonight now to do the same thing and help raise this show's profile by gracing it with his performance and presence. Which is why once again the Most Professional Wrestling will open the doors to allow a lucky opponent to step up on the road to superstardom with the most professional wrestling challenge.

To a loud cheer from the crowd Tyler Bate walks out from the back and down to the ring. Grabbing himself a microphone, Bate says it feels good to be able to finally focus on himself and no longer be trapped under the British Strong Style shadow. Saying that now he gets to focus on himself and reintroducing the world to Tyler Bate. The man who become the very first WWE UK Champion and who will without a doubt hold that championship once again. In the meantime however on his path he can remind everyone of the man he was and still is. Which is why he is here tonight to be the man to shut Curt Hawkins mouth once and for all. The crowd in attendance begins cheering for Tyler Bate as Curt Hawkins shakes his head.

To the surprise of everyone, Pete Dunne then walks out from the back also dressed to compete with a microphone in hand. Making his way down to the ring, Pete Dunne says that for those who have forgotten. He is the Bruiserweight Pete Dunne and when someone claims to be out here looking for a fight. They best know that if he is around, they will not be having to look too far. Saying that similar to Tyler Bate, Pete Dunne would also like to be the one to shut up Curt Hawkins. But that is where the comparison ends as Pete also wants nothing more than to shut up Tyler Bate as he makes it clear that Bate doesn't get to cheap shot him and get away with it!
MATCH#4: TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
(Referee: Tate Mayfairs)

CURT HAWKINS VS. PETE DUNNE VS. TYLER BATE

Triple threat action was our next port of call of the evening. Despite their frosty response to one another and some harsh words in the early going it appeared that Bate and Dunne put their differences aside as they worked together to beat down Curt Hawkins. As we'd find however any solidarity this pair would be put aside as they used Hawkins being down as an excuse to beat the hell out of one another. Seemingly having one another well known we'd see Dunne and Bate manage to counter many of one another's biggest moves. This would all culminate with Pete Dunne landing a vicious forearm on Tyler Bate before motioning for a Bitter end. As he set Bate up Dunne would be distracted by Trent Seven at ringside. Looking to finish things, Dunne's bitter end would then be countered by a spike DDT by Bate. It would then be Bate who looked to end things as he climbed the turnbuckle and landed a Spinning Boi on Dunne. In similar fashion however Bate would be distracted by Seven who could be heard barking for Bate to cover him. This distraction allowed Hawkins to enter the ring and club Bate with a roster cut lariat! With Bate stunned and the crowd booing Hawkins would then make the cover for the three!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Curt Hawkins!

The crowd is stunned as the announcement is made and Curt Hawkins takes a knee. While Curt climbs to his feet, the crowd erupts into boos while a stunned Trent Seven looks on at ringside.
~ STEP UP ~

Quickly the cameras rush to the hallway of the building where a confrontation between the Welsh Dragons and the Selfish Generation is taking place. With security between the two teams it is Eddie Dennis who can be heard screaming at the Dragons that it will be them who are the next in line to be WWE UK Tag Team Champions. In response Mark Andrews says anytime the Selfish Generation want to step up and face a real team, they know where to find them. A livid Anthony Ogogo arrives on the scene and demands security take both teams away now!
~ FACE TO FACE ~

Footage is then shown from the WWE UK performance center. It focuses on a confused Kanji walking into the building. Here Kanji finds Laura Di Matteo waiting for her. Laura appears to have invited Kanji to the building as she says that she knows this is last minute but there is something she wanted to talk to Kanji about. Remarking that something hasn't sat right with Laura lately about this woman hounding Kanji. It is then that Laura brings out the very woman and introduces her to Kanji as Mercedes Blaze. It is then that Laura closes out this segment by remarking that she wants them to talk.
MATCH #5: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Chris Roberts)

ZACK RYDER VS. ADAM BROOKS

The next bout of the night would be a worlds collide preview as Zack Ryder took on Adam Brooks. This clash would very much be a respect filled battle with both men shaking hands at the start. A back and forth contest filled with near falls it truly seemed like it would take something big for one man to truly put the other away. During the course of the battle Ryder had Brooks stunned with a dropkick and looked for a rough ryder only for Brooks to side step. A poison rana followed before Brooks finished Ryder off with a swanton bomb!

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Adam Brooks!

The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Adam Brooks rises to his feet. As Brooks begins to celebrate his win, we see a winded Zack Ryder in the corner, walking over to Ryder. Brooks helps him to his feet before the pair shake hands and embrace while the crowd cheers.
~ IT'S TIME ~

The cameras then take us to the office of "The Guvnor" Anthony Ogogo. Here the WWE UK General Manager is standing by as he prepares to make a couple of announcements. The first of which is Ogogo confirms that on next week's show we will see a one on one match between Giovanni Vinci and Michael Oku. Following this Ogogo reveals that ahead of Showcase X, he has a big announce which is on October 31st.. The WWE UK will host a one of event. As for the very first time fans will witness WWE UK: Halloween Havoc!
~ PROUD ~

Post show footage is then shown from last week's show and it focuses on Raquel Lourenco in the trainer's office following her bout with Millie. While Raquel is being tended to, in walks Katarina Leigh. Happy for Raquel coming off her first title defense, Katarina Leigh can't help but express her pride at how far Raquel has come as part of the WWE UK Brand. Before Leigh can continue however to speak to Lourenco, the official asks everyone to leave the room as they continue to check Lourenco over. This appears to frustrate Katarina as she storms out the room.
~ REUNION ~

Footage from the hallway is then played as Zack Ryder takes a seat following his bout with Adam Brooks. As Ryder looks to gather himself, he is surprised to see Curt Hawkins approaching him. Full of bluster following his victory earlier in the night. Curt Hawkins mockingly begins to ask Ryder if he regrets not accepting his offer to be a team now. Clearly not willing to hear Hawkins out Ryder tells him that he wouldn't be boasting him he was 1-4 in the brand like Hawkins was. As Ryder begins to walk away, Hawkins can be heard yelling that Ryder can always step up and face him soon.
MATCH #6: SINGLES MATCH
(Referee: Artemis Ortygie)

NATHAN CRUZ W/KATHERINE DARCY VS. JAMES STORM

The next contest of the night would be a grudge match of sorts as Nathan Cruz battled veteran James Storm. The crowd in attendance would fully be behind the veteran Storm who earlier in the bout appeared to be having some fun at his opponent's expense. This would be much to the frustration and annoyance of Cruz. It was only after Cruz would be confronted by his girlfriend that he began to settle back in the match. Looking to end things quickly James Storm would attempt a last call superkick on Cruz who was able to sidestep leading to Storm's leg being hung across the top rope. As James looked to free himself, Cruz would schoolboy Storm with his feet on the ropes for a tainted victory.

Shepherd: And the winner of the match Nathan Cruz!

The crowd boos loudly as the announcement is made and Nathan Cruz quickly rolls out of the ring. While Cruz and Darcy back their way up the ramp we see James Storm begin to protest to the official.
~ UNLAWFUL ~

Following their loss earlier in the night, the camera follows both Charles Crowley and Suge D from the locker room as they begin to make their leave from the building. As they begin to walk down the hallway however the pair stop in their tracks as standing before them is Alexander Wolfe. Wolfe has a look of menace in his eyes as Killian Dain comes from behind the pair and hits them with a double clothesline. While Charles Crowley stumbles over a catering table, Suge D staggers into Wolfe's clutches who drives him into a production crate. Security begin to arrive on the scene while Dain and Wolfe make their leave.

As we return back to the ring, the crowd is on their feet as already standing in the ring with a microphone in hand is William Regal. After thanking the crowd for the reaction they have given him, Regal begins to address his recent confrontations with Gunther. Remarking that as great a competitor that Gunther is and he has proven that in these previous weeks with victories over some of WWE's most talented veterans. Regal says that it sickens him to his stomach to know that someone who claims to respect and honor this industry like Gunther does holds such little esteem for the lineage and the honor of the title he is carrying. Calling the European Championship a title he and many others were proud to carry. William Regal says that Gunther had best begin to recognize and respect that title and it's traditions before someone takes it from him!

To loud jeers from the crowd in response to the arrival of Gunther and Nigel McGuinness. As the pair reach the ring Gunther stands just a foot away from Regal and stares him down while Nigel starts to address him. Saying that Regal has perhaps misunderstood Gunther, Nigel says that Gunther does respect tradition just like how he respects William Regal. It's just like history, evolution always prevails for the better. Calling Gunther the greatest professional wrestler from all of Europe in history. Nigel says that this title's origin and worth has only truly been raised by Gunther. It is then that Nigel tells Regal out of respect that it is time for Regal to fall in line and recognize the truth. Unless of course he is willing to be the so called challenger that Regal claims will dethrone the Ring General.

Just then to Regal's surprise, an unknown man walks down to the ring and slides into the ring. As Regal can be heard demanding to know what this man is doing here, this young man takes a microphone from Regal. Introducing himself to the world as Steven Regal. This man introduces himself as a product of the UK Performance Center who cannot stand back and watch his father be disrespected. As Steven stares down Gunther, the ring general steps forward and looks down at Steven as he can be heard daring Steven to step in the ring with him anytime. Before Steven can answer, William snatches his son away and says not like this. While William and his son leave the ring, a smug Gunther can be heard shouting anytime to Steven Regal.
~ BRING IT ~

Just before the main event can begin, the cameras take us to the locker room area where Session Moth Martina is standing by. Warning Hyan that she can't keep running or avoiding her. WOKE QUEENS (DEBBIE KEITEL AND LYRA VALKYRIA) VS. HOUSE OF COUTURE (LANA AUSTIN AND NINA SAMUELS)

On one side of the ring would be tournament favorites The House of Couture while opposing them would be the Woke Queens. This would be a back and forth tag team contest with both teams having their moments. Lyra Valkyria in particular would standout thanks to picking up a few new falls and being willing to put her body at risk with a few dives on her opponents. The difference maker in this bout would be the appearance of Eliza Alexander at ringside who managed to drive Lyra into the ring post behind the official's back. This allowed Lana Austin to put away Keitel not long after with a snap DDT.

Shepherd: And the winners of the match the House of Couture!

The crowd erupts into boos as Lana Austin climbs to her feet. While Lana and Nina Samuels begin to celebrate, Eliza Alexander joins the duo in the ring and raises their arms in the air as the show comes to a close.
