As crazy as it sounds... on further thought, this is exactly what the WWE product needs. Not so much for "sex drugs violence wooooooooo!" but because... well, see Roman Reigns' recent promos. The product's being written by someone who actually thinks this is a good idea, and Vince consciously moving the rating to TV-14 would symbolize him throwing up his hands and realizing that kind of shit isn't working.

Now I come to think of it, All Live WWE Programming in the UK is broadcast after 9pm so the swearing and adult content rule is lifted so if they did bring back TV-14 it would be ok legal terms. But even if WWE do make it TV-14 they don't need to use it all the time only in certain cases.
