Of course I can compare a fictitious bad guy to a real life bad guy. Punk might become a anti hero later on but at the moment he is clearly a villain since he has become much more evil since Summerslam. Down the road he will without a doubt become a anti hero but not right now. And as multiple medical reports have stated. Cena's injury will be healed in 3 weeks. Hell in a Cell is in 6 weeks. Cena will wrestle at Hell in a Cell.

Even in movies, the villains will attack people over their opinion and age, just look at the Spiderman movie, guys attacked both of Spiderman's family for simple reasons.
