Alot of the rumours are just people thinking, like the Matt/Jeff thing. People were hoping for Christian, yet they threw us a curveball with Matt. But some people thought it would be Matt, driven by jealousy and whatnot. So some rumours are fantasizing.

lol read my sig. spoilers pretty much kills whatever's left of wrestling, and any other form of show for that matter. its a fact that you wouldn't enjoy the program as much if you dont read spoilers. what amuses me is the number of people who read them. seriously, what the fuck are you thinking?

but yea like others said, most of these "rumors" are just predictions or thoughts of guys watching the show every week just like we do. just like the jericho bit, we all knew it was jericho as soon as we saw the save_us clip on raw...

Why wouldn' they change something that'e leaked?
1) most of the time they're not "leaked" for EVERYONE.
2) if its really good, just go for it. sometimes some stories are so good you can actually enjoy watching them knowing whats gonna happen. sure thats not the case with most storylines, but im just saying.

The christian idea was a rumor, dumbass.
Just like the rumors of Hogan vs Cena, and Cena vs Batista, and Jericho vs Austin, etc.
You're saying wwe scrapped it because of it being leaked, but how would you know that? Because some loser on a "news site" says so?

Oh, and also, don't blame it on wwe.
Why wouldn' they change something that'e leaked?
If something is leaked, and they go through with it, it has no shock value, and everyone bitches.
Maybe people should stop trying to "spy" on wwe's storyliens all the time, and leaking it, and wwe wouldn't have to change it.

The IWC makes up an extremely small percentage of the WWE audience. You're talking like the spoilers spoil it for every fan.

People are always going to guess storylines on the internet. We all try to do it. If someone guesses right and posts it on a news site, why should they change the storyline? That's completely illogical. 5% of the audience have seen a guess of what may just happen. OH NO~!

Now let's see you twist those words exactly the same way you twisted Roxxi's so that you can make another post of illogical gibberish.

^ Thanks. I really should just make a second account to post my opinions with. Then maybe repost them a month later with this one and see how he reacts to each. That'd be a fun little experiment. :shifty:

Explain to me exactly how I twisted his words?
He said wwe changes their storylines after they are leaked, just because some fans already know about it.
I didn't twist that at all. That's exactly what I said he said. What he said is true. WWE DOES change their storylines after they are leaked on most occasions.
Nobody is arguing about that, we all know that.
But, what I am arguing about is, him saying that that is a dumb move by WWE/Vince. How is it a dumb move? If they have a good storyline, and it gets spoiled, and they have an alternative that is just as good, why not do that, so it's a shock to everyone? Makes sense to me.

And the second one, which you so kindly quoted, doesn't "twist his words" either. What I said is true. Christian's storyline about supposedly being the one who attacked Jeff was just a rumor.
There's no need to get bent out of shape going "Oh man, we could've had Christian vs Jeff, but Vince changed it", because it was just a rumour.
In fact, now that I think about it, I doubt there was any credibility to that report of Christian vs Jeff anywyas, considering it came out while Christian was under contract to TNA, and they (the reports) were talking as if it was a done deal.

So are you saying that Shane O'Mac is reading my post right now? :shocking:

(Even after receiving a devastating kick to the skull?) :shifty:

You conveniently forgot to answer BKB's question, so here it is again:

Ok then, well here's my answer to that....
Ask Vince Fucking McMahon.
I can't give answers for everything for him. In fact, I agree with alot of the stuff said against him.
I'm not saying "yay, I'm glad they changed the storyline, that other one was shit", but I can at least understand why they do it.
The internet fans aren't the majority of wrestling fans, but they make up a solid chunk (maybe 35% ?), so if they have a better idea, or one that is equally as good, they'll use it, instead of a semi-spoiled one.
Like I said, that makes sense to me.
If WWE didn't have another storyline lined up (Matt vs Jeff instead of Christian vs Jeff), they would've used the spoiled one (Christian vs Jeff) even anyways, even though it was spoiled... they've used "spoiled" angles before.
It just so happens they had a backup plan, so if they have one, that is (maybe not in your opinion, but in alot of peoples) equally as good, why not use it. to keep the shock?
That's all I'm saying.

Yup. Everyone complains about predictable booking on behalf of the WWE. They're finally starting to learn their lesson and come up with back of plans of equal or better value. Not only is it taking some of the predictability out of watching the show but adding some shock value.
And to say such a small percentage are "internet" fans is just wrong to me, especially in the time we live. Sure, not everyone spends their say sitting online checking all news and rumors sites and posting on forums and what not. BUT, just about everyone there days have computers. If you are a fan of something, chances are you're gonna type it into Google at one time or another. Even a casual wrestling fan sitting at home watching and thinking..."Hey, I wonder if Christian could be behind this?" goes on google...boom...now it's in his head as well.

Exactly.
And if BKB or Roxxi want proof, just go on the "wwe universe" site or whatever it is. They have forums there, and it's filled with little marks, and half of them think wrestling is real, yet they still all talked about te whole thing of Christian returning.

Yeah. I was wondering though Mike... I've never checked out that Universe site. Is it like patroled and censored for stuff like spoilers and leaks?

^Lol, no.
I'm not on there or anything, it's too childish for me, but from time to time, whenever I'm just cruisin' the net, I'll look, and from the looks of it, it's not censored for leaks or spoilers or anything, and you can talk just like nay other forum (out of kayfabe, it's just that most people there end up talking in kayfabe naywyas, cause they're all like 10.
