May not be much more detail but it's a fair bit more than the first report:

* Layla defeated A.J. in a non-title match. Daniel Bryan showed up and chanted “Yes!” which distracted A.J. and cost her the match.

* After the match, Daniel Bryan calls out this week's Interim RAW and SmackDown General Manager, Vickie Guerrero, and says he is holding the show hostage until she appears. Bryan and AJ then engage in a dueling "YES! YES! YES!" chant until Vickie interrupts them. She comes out to massive heat as usual. Bryan tells Vickie that for his WWE Championship match against CM Punk at Money in the Bank, he wants AJ banned from ringside. Vickie, however, reveals that per the results of a WWE.com poll, AJ will serve as the Special Guest Referee for the match. Bryan then leaves the ring chanting "NO! NO! NO!" Following Bryan's exit, Vickie announces that over the next two weeks, qualifying matches will take place to see who will represent SmackDown in the World Heavyweight Championship Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

* Damien Sandow defeated Zack Ryder in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Sandow rolled up Ryder for the three. He was supposed to have his feet on the ropes, but he missed the spot. The referee restarted the match. Sandow won with his finisher. One can only assume that they will edit the finish.

* Tyson Kidd defeated Jack Swagger in a Money in the Bank qualifier. A big win for Kidd, who joins Sandow in the Smackdown version of the MITB match.

* After the match, Swagger cut a promo about his hair and was interrupted by Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler, who came to the ring and knocked him down and then fist-dropped him off the ropes. It is not known whether this segment will air on television or not but most likely not as this is the same schtick Swagger has been doing in past weeks in dark segments.

* Backstage, Dolph Ziggler is in Vickie Guerrero's office. He demands that Vickie ban Sheamus's Brogue Kick and Alberto Del Rio's Cross Arm Breaker in the main event tonight, then said he was more important than Vickie, which resulted in Vickie slapping Ziggler. Ziggler tells Vickie that's ok, but he still wants her to introduce him tonight and also declare him the new World Heavyweight Champion when he wins.

* WWE Intercontinental Champion Christian & United States Champion Santino Marella defeated Cody Rhodes and David Otunga to advance to the World Heavyweight Championship Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

* Following the match (in what is likely to be an off-air segment), Otunga told the crowd in Evansville he wouldn't be leaving without doing some flexing. He was stopped by Triple H who came out, but let Otunga pose a few times and then Pedigreed him. Booker T got a shot in after Otunga spilled to the floor and then got in the ring and did the Spinarooni. Also, the only shirt they are sold out of at the arena is the pink Dolph Ziggler shirt.

* A backstage segment between Daniel Bryan and AJ is shown. Bryan tells AJ that he knows a doctor who can help her because people who care about each other help each other. AJ responds with a "YES! YES! YES!". She killed it with her performance again.

* Ryback beat Dan Barone & Brendan Burke. The jobbers were billed as being from Henderson, Kentucky, which got massive heat. There was a very loud “Feed Me More” chant that broke out, which was awesome.

* Teddy Long announced that he will be the Interim General Manager of next week's RAW and SmackDown. He also announced that on next week's live edition of SmackDown, Antonio Cesaro and Teddy's ex-girlfriend, Aksana, will team up to face WWE Divas Champion Layla and The Great Khali.

* Tensai (w/Sakamoto) beat Justin Gabriel in Money in the Bank qualifier. A convincing win for Tensai. It was interesting to see Sakamoto was at ringside with Tensai, as apparently the beating did nothing to dissuade his loyalty.

* Sheamus defeated Dolph Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio in a Triple Threat match to retain the World Hvt. Championship. A good TV main event with good near finishes. The actual finish came when Ziggler had Del Rio rolled up, but Sheamus hit him with the Brogue Kick. Sheamus threw Del Rio out of the ring and then pinned Ziggler.

Because it makes no logical sense. If was elevating people to the next tier, you would pick people on the tier below not the shit at the bottom of the barrel which is the levels below midcarders. If it was about elevating people it would be Cara, Ryback, Rhodes, Dolph, Swagger, Clay, and Hunico in some combination. All of them are truly on the level where they can be elevated to another level and considerably go after the WHC and b brand title.

The fact is they decided to go with Kidd, Sandow, and Tensai who would experience an elevation just by being called a midcarders as Kidd and Tensai aren't even regulars on tv let alone ppv, and Tensai has failed multiple times as a singles act which is why his career has proven to be euro or tag division at best.

It is just a shit group of participants for a ppv mitb match. In fact that group of guys don't deserve to be even finishing an episode of SD without 20 others in a battle royale.

Mitb elevates guys like Edge, Punk, RVD, and Miz who are in that second tier and trying to crack that ceiling. It would literally have to catapult any guy in that match not named Christian from Superstars fodder to the forefront and is silly. I'm talking Jetsons jet pack strapped to your ass

Yeah you can't sell a guy like Sandow as trying to elevate him to world title status when he hasn't even cracked wrestled a competitive match status yet let alone midcard status. Kidd they've done jack shit with him ever since he broke away from DH and out of the blue lets put him in a PPV match when he has a hard time just getting on Smackdown. Tenasi they don't know what to do with this man since he cameback so idk he's just a real downer entry. Santino you could make a case since he has been I.C champ and now U.S champ for but given his character kind of a awkward entry but who knows maybe he'll pull a EC type performance again.

Santino can impress and be good or goofy in this match and be really bad, so yeah he's a 50/50 depending on how they feel that day. Still is sad that Christian is the only serious challenger in the match. Hell he's the only serious talker in the match which is another negative.

I hope this is a 8 man one. I can do with 4 or 6 for Raw but this match really needs guys like Dolph, Cody, and maybe Rey as a surprise. Hell I'd take 10 and leaving the Raw match as it is to offset the fail. I bet the audience was thinking wtf when they saw the graphic at the end of the night as I wouldn't even predict those winning names on a Superstars taping

Outside of the 3Way main event this show looks lame.

Lol at the Rage in this thread....

Smackdown looks "meh" but Money in the Bank is interesting to see how they book this. If the crowds good for the match, then things will be fine.

If any heel gets added in to win it I would want it to be Dolph for sure. Cody is fine but Dolph is more fit to be champion right now to me.
Yeah I kinda agree, although I'm a HUGE Cody mark, being realistic, I think Ziggler is more ready for the title now. With that said I think he's picking up enough credibility to go for the title without the MITB, and Rhodes would be a better fit. I expect another 3 to be added, yeah, I see this as an 8 man MITB match, with Cesaro, Rhodes and Del Rio/Barrett making up the final three. As for the current participants, in all honesty I don't mind it. Isn't MITB supposed to catapult someone to stardom? Non of the casuals really gave a fuck about D Bry until he held the briefcase for a long period of time.

No Sin Cara... Confusing isn't it?

I don't think they want to risk him getting injured like last year. Most likely he woulda got a huge push and he got injured so WWE is protecting him I guess.

I guess I'm the only one who likes the look of the SD MITB so far.

Great clash of styles, good to see Kidd get his rewards, and don't forget there's still 2/3 to be added next week.

Ziggler doesn't need the match considering he's already flirting with main events right now.

Nah i'm with you, I think with 4 more solid names it will be a damn good MITB.

I'd stick Ziggler in to win it just so he can get that dirty win to finally capture the belt.

Psych do you like any mid carders? i swear your like a bandwagon sports fan and now you just like the guys that rose to the top. You make sounding like rooting for Christian is a bad thing, which is absolutely stupid.

I agree with you on how this is weak but why so quick to judge. Rhodes, Sin Cara, and Ziggler could easily be added in since its likely an 8 man ladder match. Remember this is 8 men and I like seeing guys with new opportunities. Sandow in the match is really interesting since he's this super clean guy that barley likes to make contact. I'm really excited to see if someone uses a ladder and busts him the face. I'm not ripping on this just yet because their could easily be Rhodes, Sin Cara, and Ziggler put into this then everyone will go crazy in joy. I'm happy for guys like Kidd and even Tensai who can show off their skills. This could be a really fun match although I'm not high on Santino but since he's a US champion give him a shot. Also who can forget his epic performance at Elimination Chamber. You got to give things a chance, pretty ridiculous when you know guys will get elevated into this match.

I hate how you look at things Psych. Its always about top guys this and top guys that without looking to elevating someone. You rip on Ziggler for something so meaningless, so stupid. Thank god you will never run WWE, you would run it like that Bischoff guy at WCW. Hell listening to you, you probably have Triple H as champion who has the promo skills right now as a 16 year old meathead.

I lulzed at this thread.

Seeing Tyson Kidd not only won a match on a weekly Television show, but a shot at Money in the Bank made me almost mark as much as reading can do. Also did I hear people wanting Ryback in MITB?....Really....Really?

Oh yeah and believe it or not WWE isn't the only place to wrestle in the world, not only that but there is also this thing called FCW where people come from. Damien Sandow has more than proven he can have a competitive match, but he's just debuted so he's beaten all his opposition in squashes just as any new guy does. Sandow I feel would be somewhat of the McIntyre of the match. where he's be the last in the ring and seem like he's goign to win for only surviving. while santino will get that "omg santino is going to win this thing" moment.

The fact that The Intercontinental Champion and the United States champion are in the match makes me feel meh, I'm wondering if once you lose a qualifying match your out of the running or not just because of some of the people that got taken out like Rhodes, Ryder and Swagger. Also Tensai who is in the middle of a repackage was weird.

Two Champions, the new Damien Sandow, Tyson Kidd, Repackaging Tensai, it almost feels like their going to pull a "10 man tag match if the five men lose they lose their spot to the other team" thing like bragging rights or something. I'm quite happy with Kidd and Sandow, Christian is kk. Also this is what MITB should be, even though my favorite wrestler is in it I hate the WWE mitb match because the whole point of MITB was to give a shot to someone like Edge when he hadn't won any world title, Miz, Bryan, RVD, Punk, people can be brought to the main event and given a big win even before the title. The WWE title is only former WWE Champions, this would be the difference between a Number one contenders match where main eventers fight for a shot and a mitb were "anyone" can win it.

I'm surprised to see Cody losing a qualifying match. Maybe he gets Sheamus at MITB if Ziggler and Del Rio both end up in the ladder matches as they should.

Calm down PSYCH. They'll add three more guys to the match, and they'll all be credible.

Smackdown looks alright, better than lastweek.

MITB, who cares? The WHC is basically a secondary title anyways. lulz @ no Ryder. Fuck him.

It isn't being against midcarders, it's the fact 3 of them aren't even midcarders. The natural evolution for them would be to be a midcarders act, not a shot at the main event act. They should hav had Cody, Dolph (hell he could win but e has to fix that look jus like Miz and Jericho did), Swagger, Cara, and Del Rio. Guys like Truth, Kofi, even PTP and the Colons qualify as mid card acts better than Tensai, Sandow, and Kidd. They made the contestants illogical because these are low card acts who all need work to even get to the midcarders status let alone be elevated to main event. You don't go from guys who would be happy to even be on Raw or SD or hell Superstars and NXT regularly and having no real match to the MITB match which gives you a possible number 1 contendership. The leap is too much for me, and I think they could have selected the other guys I mentioned and it being more plausible for all involved to win it and be possible threats at the right time and place since all are tv regulars, have better credentials, and just are flat out more relevant

I never said make the SD MITB top guys, I said don't make it a joke. I like no love the raw MITB being ow it was setup as the title and Punk needs that level of credibility fighting to just challenge him for it. It isn't about bs like AJ or alcohol but the title, and having former WWE champs all go out there and kill themselves for the most coveted title in the company history sells the importance of the belt and an opportunity at Punk. I have no problem with the WHC having the likes of Dolph, Swag, Cara, Ryback, Cody, and the like fighting for it because it's the B brand and meant to teach a guy and get their feet wet at the top.

And really, HHH can talk circles around Dolph and you know it. If he was fully active I would want him chasing the titles, not winning them besides maybe one final reign to say goodbye as it would make for good tv with his character range and ability to put feuds over on the stick. Dolph's look isn't terrible, but yeah it is hard to not say Billy Gunn wannabe with the tights, the hair, the shirt choices, and so on including the fame asset being his signature but all I'm asking for is a tweak with the hair. Not the Orton wannabe look but maybe a 90s Flair type bleach blonde cut and a bit more of a mean streak. He has it as does Cody, but both need a tweak here and nudge there IMO before moving up a class

Lol what, Tensai and Tyson don't deserve to be in the MITB match because they're NXT or Superstars fodder, but then you go on to say that the piss time playas are more of a midcard act? :lmao :lmao Don't let your fanboyism get in the way or anything will you Psych.
