If you've noticed, I've been someone who has always said Reigns can improve.

They should do something unique on the road to Wrestlemania for the feud with Lesnar. Have Heyman put a bounty on Reigns's head or something. That way he can wrestle a variety of opponents on TV instead of being married to one of Authority's henchmen like Show and Kane.
