WWE Smackdown April 10th Blast from the Past Live Thread

I was hoping this was going to be along the same lines of the "Old School Raw" they did awhile back in terms of execution and quality, needless to say I am disappointed. The involvement of the Legends is the only thing that made it a "Blast From The Past" and they didn't even make it feel nostalgic. Yeah it was good to see them but they didn't really add anything and the show wasn't centered around the theme they were going for, it was just a sucky episode of Smackdown with guys that don't wrestle anymore. Unbelievably underwhelming show.

Yes it is, but save yourself, and you little boy 2 hours of pain and go to the Movies, any movie will top this garbage.

This was the perfect house show. Every One in attendance and all the families go home way happy

As for tv show though, nothing like Raw at all. Hell NXT will be better as will Superstars most likely

I have no idea how I stayed up from 1245 to 215 watching this crap. Pretty awful show but I think I enjoyed it a little more than others. Bob and Randy having 20 second segment made me mark for some reason because of how cool they were work as a duo facing Taker in 2006. Uso's really impressed me and Piper's Pit was so awesome. Also Dusty was cool but other than that..WUT DA HAYELL

Watched this last night and just was a very boring show. WWE comedy mixed with old guys just is always a bad mix. Pretty much accomplished nothing and can't even really think of a single good thing to say about it which I usually am able to always find some kind of good in the show but just can't with this one.

I missed the show and by the sounds of it that was a very good thing. Shame that they couldn't come up with something creative and had to turn everything into comedy. I guess that is what happens when you hire former sitcom writers.
