WWE has signed top West Coast independent wrestler Willie Mack to a developmental deal. His real name is Willie McClinton Jr. Mack is best known for his work in Pro Wrestling Guerilla and Championship Wrestling from Hollywood.

Mack was offered a deal by WWE after participating in a tryout earlier this year. He's expected to begin training at the WWE Performance Center in July.
The name rings a bell but I know nothing about the guy, thoughts?

Never seen him, but I've heard of him and I think he's pretty popular in PWG. No real opinion though so I'll see how it works out.

I've seen a fair few matches from Willie Mack in PWG. For his size he's incredibly athletic and is a great wrestler. Will be interesting to see how WWE uses him however.

I've only ever heard a few ramblings about him, but the few I have heard, were saying quite a bit about him.

well i guess he will be a rapper, thug,or dance like every other black guy theyve got except big e. and as a man of mixed race i find it offensive how wwe uses their black superstars.in 50 plus years theyve had all of 2 black heavyweight champions that needs to change .

TBH I have never considered WWF/WWE racist anyway because they have pushed black guys in the past such as Booker T, Ernie Ladd, JYD Ron Simmons, Shelton Benjamin to a point, and more recently Big E.

Nobody liked Tony Atlas in his prime and everyone who worked with him never had anything nice to say about that foot fetish freak. I like how you couldn't even get his name right, just shows what kind of maineventer he would've been. Also one of the worst choices for HOF this side of Koko B. Ware.

JYD could've.......If he was actually reliable, outside of mid south, where was he the man? Not NWA, not WWF for sure.

Atlas's best stuff was when he was Abraham Washington's hype man
