Shayna makes sense for the no build. But she’ll be going after Becky. Smackdown needs their big women’s title match and I don’t see much you can do with that division. And I don’t see Smackdown getting the elimination chamber when there’s multiple possible contenders on the raw side which you can weave in organically.
