Honestly I'm gonna say no. They would have advertised it as such. I mean it could be a surprise but it'd be kind of wierd to not advertise it then when its on just say ok here's the draft. It's kind of wierd that the 3 hour raw is in the timeslot of the draft. But I'm gonna say no
