g about him beating Edge and Orton is that it did zero to stint their rises to stardom. In fact, Edge already had at least two or three world title reigns before he lost to Taker and got about five more within the year that followed! Losing to Taker has a neutral effect. It can't hurt someone because the streak is so legit, but it doesn't directly help anyone either, admittedly. But if a youngster meets Taker at WM and is hot, you know they're in it for the long haul.

As a matter of fact, he put Undertaker over two years in a row. Where's his respect?

Granted about Edge but Orton was primed to for that win. He was the "Legend Killer", had he ended the streak, he would have been on top of the WWE that year. He didn't get into the main event for nearly three years after that match.
