If this happened a few weeks ago... The storyline would probably be awesome. It seems late but it's coming off now as Jericho sees that he may lose at Mania to a younger, fitter wrestler so he's trying to throw Punk off his game.

Great promo work from Jericho and very nice how Punk sold it off especially with his emotions, it's all scripted of course. You really think he would speak about those things if Punk didn't agree to it? Of course it hurts, but its script.

I am calling it the third most important match on the card. Some people in here seem to think that since it is the WWE title match that it should be the top match on the card and they are wrong. They need to look back at WM 18 and see how badly the WWE title match did trying to follow Rock vs. Hogan.

I wanted this match to matter for weeks and they haven't done anything. Right after I responded to you earlier, they actually did something with this feud. It now has something to make it stand out. It's better than nothing in my opinion.
