Only match I can see being possible is if Undertaker and Sting work a tag team match where the two of them win and they both retire.

Wcw isn't buried. Wwe has released multiple DVDs of them and acknowledges their influence. It's not WWE's fault that WCW fucked up in the end and went out of business.
