He kicked out of what is for all intents and purposes Tensais signature, his finisher has been the claw for a while now the double handed chokeslam has just been the set up and even then Cena kicked out oafter Cole took a while to get to the cover.

Also Show has been dominating, Johnny has been around, This is a way to be like "hey Cole gets beat up leave happy k."

I can see why people are pissed off, it's more the fact Tensai was pushed as a destructive force and Cena beats him. Tensai hits his finisher on him once again and he makes Tensai look weak after Tensai's been looking strong as of late. It is kind of dud to see that happen, I would have done my best to keep Tensai strong even though he lost. Now it looks like Cena can beat everyone except The Rock.

The Baldo Bomb is a big move? It's the equivalent of the Side Effect or at least was in his last wwe run. A signature, not a finisher

Well yes sort of considering the height and impact he got, and since Cena just went through a match with him. And what makes me even more pissed off is that Cena got the 5 moves of doom in on Tensai and won in the match before it. And all night the commentators were talking about Cena v Cole and Cena kicks the show off with a promo.

And the fact he beat Lesnar (a fucking beast, ex-UFC heavyweight champion) at Extreme Rules after getting legit hurt for 20 mins and simply wins with one punch and an AA.

Blah, I hope Cena somehow gets off my TV for a year. Batista needs to come back and do something like SummerSlam 08.

The Baldo Bomb wasn't even the finisher of A-Train. He hasn't used that as a finisher since he was the hip hip hippo outside of a match with Stephanie McMahon, who by the way in his own words told him the move was too soft in her opinion by his own admission in a shoot.

Idc about Cena kicking out myself I just didn't see the point of him even doing the move if he was gonna kick out and still win anyways.

Cena didn't squash Tensai, if you see the match over Tensai kicked his ass.

The double handed chokeslam isn't his officially finisher anymore

People kick out of finishers, people kick out of finishers when they aren't pinned right away, and people kick out of finishers when during the match they haven't been hit by the "opponent" once

Tensai was pushed as a destructive force, but if you look back at his match against Cnea the first time around, you'll notice that he didn't win cleanly, it took Otunga, Johnny around ringside, Sakamoto, and mist to beat Cena.

I just think people are being way to negative over what essentially was a "hey we gave you wrestling earlier, now you get the annoying announcer getting beat up after he embarrassed the likes of JR". it wasn't a great match, it wasn't all that entertaining, but I'm not angry about it either I've seen time wasted with "who Weighs less" competitions.

Edit:

Too push home the chance that Cena would lose to Cole like he did johnny to at least give a hint of "omg Cole gonna win" to it.

Yeah but Cole didn't even cover him for at least 10 seconds. Cena ain't staying down that long from a signature, especially not a signature from a tired wrestler he just ran over with a concentrated burst. I can see if Abert was fresh and delivering it or it was even treated as a secondary finisher routinely but neither are true, and when compounded with the delay from Cole I don't get the bitching. They could have just let him kick Coles ass though

The problem I have with it is why now? Yes Cole interviewed Cena earlier in the night and was talking down to him but there was no reason to go this over the top with the "match". It would have made sense when Cole was the completely cruel and evil heel announcer but he hasn't be that heelish lately at all so this beatdown is really out of place.

True figure that was kinda what they wanted to go for but all in all it was pretty pointless considering it has no storyline implications or anything.

The Idenitity of the two jobbers tonight is

Kirby Mack and Stoney Hooker.

Kirby Mack appeared in the December 3rd, 2007th show where he teamed up with Brodie Chase losing to Londrick. Mack was also in ROH.

Stoney Hooker is just a local wrestler.

I didn't read through all the pages and someone may have mentioned this already, but wasn't Triple H supposed to return tonight?
