Vince has been listening to his talent since he bought the company from his father, it's up to the talent to bring in some feedback.

Whenever something Punk does, that is successful, it's always because he did it all himself.

Not saying he never listens but just saying just because Punk did that shoot last year seems people think he books the show or something and that's not the case. End of the day Vince and the booking team are gonna do whatever they want to do.

Just saying Vince listens when people speak up, he is alot more accessible to his talent than some people would think he is. you don't get to where he is, without being open to criticism and collaboration.

He does need to become a serious character again, this comedy is alright for a feud every now and then but it has been going on for sometime now. Needs too ensure he is remembered as more than the Yes man.

eg; after losing, Brock doesn't even celebrate really, HHH gets the attention at the last 5-10 minutes and the speaking point. (his retirement) and now the whole show has been about his announcement.
