Rather keep MITB and get rid of HITC so the cell match can be only used when it really needs to be not cause of it being a PPV. If you're not going to have a proper brand split then yeah it needs to be one case.

With that said though this year as it stands the 2 cell matches that are being done actually calls for the Cell to be used Bryan and Orton to keep out any interference and Punk vs Ryback and Heyman so Heyman has no where to run.

Even with a proper brand split one case leaves more intrigue. RVD and Edge had two of the most well received cash ins ever and the who will they cash in on element was always important.
