On RAW this week The Rock returns and will be there live in the arena. He is back of course to promote his return to the ring next week at Survivor Series. He will certainly get involved with John Cena and will confront Miz and R-Truth.

This is also a three hour show so we should see plenty of The Rock.

With this being the last RAW before Survivor Series expect a big push promoting the PPV and expect some more matches to be announced. Zack Ryder has been petitioning for a US title match against Ziggler so I am sure we will hear the results from that campaign to see if he has been successful in getting that match.

Brodus Clay will return this week as well and will have a match.

Kevin Nash returned last week so I am sure we will hear more from him as well.

Should be a huge show and it should be good since The Rock is involved.

Be sure to get online during RAW and take part in this live discussion thread.

I think Nash will be in action this week to prove a point after his statements last week. It probably won't be much, though. I hope Triple H returns too.

Brodus Clay's match shouldn't last long and will probably not distrubt the show unless of course it has a reason to stick out.

I'm still ultimately upset WWE dropped the Old School show from last year just to highlight The Rock someone who has snubbed wrestling fans for a long time. Well hopefully Mick Foley makes up for all of this.

I don't think that we will see Triple H as I think he will still be selling the injuries he received from that beating from Nash.

I would book Brodus Clay in a complete squash match. Make him look like a monster and have him easily defeat some local jobber.

I don't mind they dropped the Old School theme for this show because I think that they can still run it on any other show during the year. I don't like them running it before a PPV because the last week before a PPV should be used to promote the PPV and not highlight something that isn't relevant to the show.

Will be interesting to see if Foley makes it onto the show. I hope that he does make an appearance and it will be good to see him back.

Also the JR/Cole challenge.

I'm interested to see what sort of reaction The Rock will get when he faces off with Cena in a segment or whatever considering that we're in Cenatown

Tonight's special 3-hour WWE RAW SuperShow from Boston has been dubbed "RAW Gets Rocked" - and will feature an appearance from The Rock.

The Rock is currently scheduled to wrestle this Sunday at Survivor Series for the first time since WrestleMania XX back in 2004 - but The Rock's tag team partner this Sunday says The Rock will be wrestling tonight in Boston.

During a radio appearance on Monday morning the Toucher & Rich morning show on Boston's 98.5 station, John Cena stated that The Rock will be wrestling in the dark match after RAW.

Cena says The Rock will be teaming up with him and Zack Ryder to face World Heavyweight champion Mark Henry, Miz & R-Truth.

WWE has been hyping the Cena-Rock tag team this Sunday as "Never Before, Never Again" - but if Cena's comments today were accurage, they might have to change it to, "Once Before, Never Again."

(Source: PWInsider.com)
Would be a mistake for them to give that away in a dark match. Pretty sure since it's the Rock people will record it and put it all on youtube.

I don't really see how it's a mistake...Boston is a huge wrestling city and it's not even going to be a televised affair. Even if it does end up on Youtube, it's not as if it's a surprise that he'll be showing up. He'll do all over three or four moves while Ryder and Cena do the bulk of the work heading into Sunday.

Even if the video gets over a million view on Youtube, that would still mean less than 1/4th of the audience isn't aware of it or didn't care to watch it.

I just think it messes with the whole marketing of it being Rock's first time back in the ring in years and first and last time he has ever teamed with Cena even if it is a dark match. Either way the fans in Boston are gonna get their money's worth.

Looks like somebody got it mixed up.

To update our previous story, audio has been posted online of John Cena's interview on Boston's 98.5 morning radio show. A reader who listened to the broadcast stated that The Rock would be wrestling tonight in the RAW dark match main event - however, we can now confirm that Cena said he's be teaming with "Punk" - not "Rock."

So the Michael Cole challenge will open the show. I am in two minds about this; one it means that they get it over with but on the other hand it is a terrible way to start a three hour RAW.

Hopefully they announce Christian's replacement tonight since he has been removed from the 5 on 5 match at SS. I think that Brodus Clay will get his spot.
