Eh would've led to another match and I think they've done everything they canWould have been cooler had they both been counted out, but damn that was great.

Roderick Strong looks to defend his name, his honor and, most importantly, his family when he challenges NXT Champion Bobby Roode. Plus, Kassius Ohno & Hideo Itami join forces against the unpredictable SAnitY.
Bobby Roode has dismissed Roderick Strong as a challenger and dared to insult his family. Tonight, however, The Messiah of the Backbreaker will have his chance to hit The Glorious One where it hurts most, when he challenges for Roode’s NXT Championship.
This highly anticipated NXT Title Match is the culmination of a deeply personal rivalry between Roode and Strong. The bad feelings began when Strong first stated his intentions of going for NXT’s crown jewel. Instead of simply focusing his response on Strong’s qualifications as a contender, Roode went a step further, ridiculing Strong’s feel-good story of personal triumph, and taking potshots at his fiancée and newborn son.
Tensions reached their boiling point on June 21, when a midday photo shoot at Full Sail University erupted into an all-out brawl between the two Superstars.
The altercation left General Manager William Regal with no choice but to make a championship showdown, setting the stage for tonight's epic main event. Will Strong, who has risen to the top of every division he has competed in, earn his biggest accolade yet? Or can the ever-resourceful Glorious One continue his reign? Find out tonight at 8/7 C, only on the award-winning WWE Network.
SAnitY “maestro” Eric Young is devising a master plan, and if Killian Dain & Alexander Wolfe have their way, Kassius Ohno & Hideo Itami will be the first Superstars to feel the ramifications.
With the help of a distraction from Nikki Cross, Dain & Wolfe blindsided Ohno & Itami in the center of the ring on the June 28 edition of NXT, just as it seemed like the troubled friends were on the verge of patching up their hard feelings. Though NXT’s Knockout Artist and the master of the GTS have had a rocky few weeks, with recent in-ring setbacks straining their friendship, they now align under the common cause: Scoring retribution against NXT’s chaotic contingent.
Wolfe offered some semblance of an explanation for SAnitY’s unprovoked attack, stating that Young wants his crew to expose “forced friendships” such as Ohno & Itami’s as nothing more than “lies.”
Can SAnitY succeed in their nefarious quest, or will Ohno & Itami leave Dain & Wolfe seeing stars? Don’t miss this huge tag team collision, streaming tonight on WWE Network.
