Way to kill Money in the Bank, WWE.
I expected Owens to lose going in, but WWE needed something to salvage the crap we've seen so far. Why, because Owens lost? The match was great and the post-match worked nicely as well. Clearly they aren't done, so Cena getting a win here makes perfect sense.

Now that KO dropped Cena with the apron bomb and stole the US Championship, I'm definitely looking forward to their next match at Battleground. Do you think they can stretch this to SummerSlam? Why, because Owens lost? The match was great and the post-match worked nicely as well. More than likely KO will be dropping the NXT Championship to Finn Balor on July 4th, so do you see KO winning the US title at Battleground? With the possible rematch at SummerSlam? A no contest could work as well, but would KO receive two title shots? And in a street fight? Depending on the booking it could get real interesting. Hopefully, KO comes up permanently and works a few non-Cena matches to establish his character outside of Cena.Tbh, I wish Battleground didn't exist so the rubber match wouldn't take place until SummerSlam. A few extra weeks build would be all the better but since I realize that's not going to happen, sure it can stretch. Just do a no decision next time where they both go past dq limits and you've got the perfect Street Fight stipulation for SummerSlam.
