I'm shocked WWE isn't plugging this bro, i don't blame you at all for not knowing lol

No I fucking knew about the movie. I didn’t know it was about Veer for crying out loud. I’m literally stunned lmao. I thought it was a fictional story

That's what I mean lol the movie was relatively popular when it came out so a lot of people heard of it or watched it but WWE has made no effort to tell us that VEER was the subject lol which i think is weird but i guess it's been a few years now anyway

Yeah he was an Indian cricket player who became the first Indian to make MLB's minor leagues (never got to the majors I believe). On main event this week they called his lariat his "Million Dollar Arm" :lol

Well I mean… he didn’t actually go all the way lol. He won this competition for a minor league contract then got injured a lot and never actually played in the major leagues. In Vince’s mind he’s probably a failure :lol

Yeah Corey has made some slight references on Raw but this main event episode is the first time an announcer has specifically mentioned his baseball career too (was the Irish dude) so I'm thinking they'll probably start showing it down our throats for his singles run

Haters better STEER CLEAR OF THE VEER (trademark pending) if they don't wanna feel the wrath of the Million Dollar Arm
He should use a lariat and call it that

Edit: apparently he already does that, and they do.

If Veer actually does get a push that'd be hilarious. Idk if the fans would get behind him cause of a baseball career though.
