WWE looking for a new "top guy"?

- Following John Cena's public divorce and recent injuries, there has been more talk backstage about finding the next "top guy" for WWE, someone that Cena could pass the torch to.

The general feeling is that the next guy should be in his mid-20s right now. CM Punk is 33, a heel and also doesn't have the look WWE wants for the top guy

Sheamus has the look and is liked by the "right people," but he is 35, the same age as Cena right now.

As reported some time back, many believe who ever is picked as the next "top guy" will be the last hand picked star by Vince McMahon.

Never realised Sheamus & Cena were the same age.

Either way, someone could be about to get the role of lifetime in WWE.

I don't have any ideas who they could put there as most of the guys I am thinking of are in their 30's like Ryback. DB is the one I would use but I don't think they think that of him

Possibly, Rollins strikes me as a CM Punk-like guy, but more in the WWE mould.

Seth Rollins is a good shout. Maybe Ambrose? I'm sure someone in NXT is bound to become a huge star at some point.

Oh and if Rollins ever does become a top star, he needs (or at least SHOULD) stop with the stupid, dumb hardcore dancing from 2009 he does on the entrance stage. I find it very annoying. I might be the only one, though.

I'm still surprised WWE haven't jumped on Ryder more. Young, over, knows how to use social media to his advantage (and we know Vince LOVES social media right now. But of course, he got over on his own accord and had to be buried for reasons unfathomable to most.

Earth to WWE but Steve Austin didn't have "the look" you guys wanted and he became arguably your biggest draw ever. Stop looking for the next John Cena and find your next big thing period. Whoever that may be and hopefully this time he won't be booed by half your fan base.

You know, this is what I been talking about. They should have been grooming the next top guy in WWE three years ago. I don't think this is gonna end well. They are gonna try and force someone down our throats, and we ain't gonna like it. And @Fuje Vice your crazy. I do believe SCSA had the look. I don' know about anyone else, but I saw it LONG before he was The Ring Master. I Saw it in ECW.
