WWE/Hulu deal ending

It's too soon to tell but CW puts at lot of their stuff on their site without needing a TV provider to log in.

And if they will do that with Inside the NFL I'd think they may do that with NXT too. Here's hoping.

USA needs a TV provider login though.

This is why I liked Hulu. The only problem was them editing Raw down, but with Netflix that wasn’t gonna be a problem anymore.

NXT has always been on the Network 24 hours after airing too, idk if that would change with CW but it's never had the same 30 day restriction

So, do you have to have a cable TV subscription to get Raw/Smackdown on Hulu? I've only had Hulu for a few months but I've never seen Raw on there. Smackdown was completely removed as soon as they jumped to USA.

back in the day no, the next day it would have been available with a regular Hulu subscription. Raw was edited down from what I gather, not sure about Smackdown.

With the new rights deals I do not know if next day streaming was included or if they'll get a new deal for that, or what. Next month CW will most likely have NXT on it's website, and I suspect Netflix will do the same with Raw.

NWA POWERRR LISTED AS LEAVING CW APP​

All of the National Wrestling Alliance Powerrrr episodes, including this week's episode that was added this morning, are currently listed as "expiring in six days", which would mean that it would be all gone by Tuesday 10/1, the same day WWE NXT debuts on The CW Network.​

Lol Corgan sold his soul for that app deal and it dies in a year just like all his others. I didn't think they'd cut out NWA and WOW this time after having to settle the MLW lawsuit and the UFC one not being allowed to settle. Not like NWA and WOW will sue tho.

Also means ROH def woulda been kicked off it Tony took that deal and then CW was able to get NXT instead

Several rumors popped up this week about NXT episodes moving off Peacock and on to The CW app next week when the show officially makes the jump to the network.

A representative for The CW shot down those rumors, telling us that only new episodes will be on the app.

The catalog of past NXT episodes will not be available on The CW app and will remain on Peacock, however, beginning on October 1, new episodes of NXT will become available on The CW app.

Weekly episodes will be released on the app a day after the broadcast in the United States on a weekly basis.

Episodes on Peacock are expected to be added 30 days after they air similar to Raw and Smackdown.​

Lol I never saw that but yeah no way that would be possible bc NXT episodes outside of that 30 day window are surely just owned by Peacock as part of their original WWE Network deal. When that's up then things could be all jumbled around and not on the same service but until it is, Peacock has rights to "WWE Network content" however that's defined

Yeah just checked my app and right now the entire series, every single episode, says it's leaving in 3 days.

Still skeptical myself until it happens but otherwise I clearly don't get what the actual Peacock deal includes unless it's arbitrary "whatever content WWE deems network content" lol

yeah Peacock is likely gonna get NXT 30 days later like it does with RAW and Smackdown.. The old deal was next day streaming since it was originally live on the Network.

He's right tho, it says every episode is leaving at the moment. I'm skeptical still tho bc I'm 3 days it could just be this month's that leave and that labeling is an error but I guess we'll find out then.

The 30 days is what was reported before, I think this is just an error

yeah currently it is on every episode but that's likely just a contract thing for the legacy episodes.
