Kushida, Shane Strickland and Humberto Garza report to WWE Performance Center

Japanese Superstar Kushida, U.S. independent breakout sensation Shane Strickland and renowned luchador Humberto Garza have landed at the WWE Performance Center.

I’m excited for KUSHIDA. Not seen much of the other two but I’ve heard good things about both. Come to think of it I do remember seeing some of Strickland in Lucha Underground

Story said they didn't want a PPV named "Backlash" following a "Probably controversial Saudi PPV"

The story I heard was they didn't want a PPV 11 days after another one, but they never cared about that before.

That makes more sense. WWE gotta protect that Saudi money?

They’ve replaced it with a Raw house show, which I’m cool with even though a ppv would have been fun but I understand.

There’s also a local promotion running a show the day before that I’ll be at, I haven’t missed one of their shows yet.

I never liked Backlash not following WrestleMania anyway, it was the perfect show for them to easily book some WrestleMania rematches
