If you go to snowwards.php, does it already have the usernames filled out for each question? If so, they're all done you can stop.

Yes but when I click submit, I still get the error...

Then they're already submitted. If you see the usernames already there with an option to delete, it means they have worked.

Okay, it was usernames with apostrophes causing the issues. It should be fixed now.
