Wasn't the RKO banned? I understand that it didn't count on Kane, but the stipulation wasn't that Orton couldn't use it; it was the RKO was banned.

Yeah, there's the confusion. Banned for Randy not Seth. I thought it was banned outright which is what makes it "controversial" when in fact the cage was intended to keep the Authority out and that didn't happen either.

When did they ever say it was only banned for one guy though? I sure as hell don't remember that. It's obviously a stupid device to get us a rematch next month and hopefully it'll be a lot better than a match that was more about the gatekeeper than the two guys fighting or the belt they were supposedly fighting for.
