WWE Experimenting a tag team

WWE will experiment with Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez teaming together for the upcoming live event tour of Puerto Rico. Del Rio and Ricardo will be facing WWE Tag Team Champions Primo and Epico.

Can see this being one of those Miz/Morrison scenarios where everyone originally thought one guy would be the star but got completely outshined by the 'Jannetty' of the team.

Rick Rod's pop at the Rumble tells me he'll be the true star here.

I guess this will at least make Del Rio somewhat entertaining.

Think this will only highlight more how much Ricardo is above Del Rio when it comes to charisma. In ring idk as I've never seen Ricardo wrestle but hope he is decent.

I would love this so much. I've been wanting Ricardo to get some ring time, though I've only seen one match of his in FCW. Ricardo was golden at the Rumble, and I'm surprised he hasn't been used in any comedy bits at least since then.

Interesting, I don't see it going to TV though. Ricardo just doesn't have that good of a wrestler look unless he gets a tan and such.

Both are great wrestlers though and this will be nice to watch if it does happen.

Would be a nice addition to the tag team division. If WWE have given up on Del Rio's mainevent push for now then this is a good way to use him plus it is a nice way to get Riccardo into the ring.

I'm all for this. Ricardo is very entertaining at trying him in the ring with his wrestling background is totally worth a shot. Not sure if this will make it to TV either will have to wait and see how it goes over.

I hope this makes television, it will be great comedy. From all reports of various FCW shows, he's a good wrestler, so we'll have to wait and see.

This could be pretty good. Hell, I see a good tag title run from this, really, to try and get them both over.

Any new tag team they make up and want to push would get a title run, they'd only have to go through like one other tag team.

If they do this would Riccardo continue to be a comedy character or would they start to make him look like a credible wrestler? Would be good if they do some backstage segments where we see Del Rio training Ricardo to make him into a wrestler. Would probably turn him face if he did that though.
