Tbh, I haven't listened to the commentary in English for the last few years. I much prefer the Spanish commentary since they actually call the matches properly, put over the wrestlers and don't waste time arguing with each other. It's much better that way but if you don't speak Spanish it can pose a bit of a problem. :

Its really not that fast if you understand the language. Other languages such as the Arabic and Asian Languages are faster. Even a decent number of Americans speak English faster than people who speak other languages.

Everyone has already answered this but yes, I speak Spanish, which would explain why I listen to the Spanish commentary and no, its not hard to understand their "fast talk" because I don't find it fast at all.
