Really?

When Miz comes out to celebrate his win tonight, Alberto should slide under the bottom rope and toss him out to win the battle royal!
Yeah, when he locks in the cross armbreaker he went under the bottom rope to do that meaning he shouldn't have been eliminated.

Solid PPV even if it was mainly meant as a stepping stone toward Summerslam. Sure, we didn't get Rollins/Ambrose but they still gave us a show together and having their first singles match at Summerslam just helps this feud feel even bigger. Jericho/Wyatt felt kind of underwhelming and the fatal four way was trash but the show was good. Usos/Wyatt Family once again the highlight of the night. Miz did a really bad job in the battle royal though. I don't even hate Miz like many others and maybe some blame should go to the camera men for pointing right at him but that ending wasn't a surprise, you knew it would happen as soon as you saw him outside the first time. Props to Kofi and Cesaro (and Big E) for some really fun moments.

Sucks for me because I completely missed seeing Miz on the outside, so I was totally marking out after that awesome kick spot and thought Ziggler finally did it.

I agree with almost everything you said, Battelground was a fun stepping stone to SummerSlam. Hopefully we get a show that delivers.

Battleground felt a bit sloppy for me, there was quite a few botches and I thought the matches weren't as good as the card promised.

Saying that, it was really just a build up for Summerslam.
