Triple H has said in an interview that the end goal is a weekly show, which I assume will have the title at its center. How far away this end goal is who knows

I'm not opposed to this idea.. I'd like a weeky UK show, bring some diversity haha. (PLEASE BE FRIDAY, would give me something to do..)

This is a great development strategy by the WWE and that
belt looks awesome.

Do one in Australia next! ;)

Have a Kangaroo on the side gold plates :21-1:

Depends on how you look at things.

Do you want wrestling to be a oligopoly, where only WWE and a few select others set what you can and cannot do in wrestling, and what you can and cannot watch?

Would like a Magnus-esque talent to show up at some point during these UK shows and work his way into a full time America transition.. It's always nice to have a UK big bad man running around.

Well...No...but I'm just trying to be positive about the situation.

The WWE is the biggest wrestling promotion in the world...so
I guess their free to do whatever they want.

There will always be alternatives to the WWE...I personally
have no interest in them (apart from the odd TNA Knockouts
match or some Broken Matt Hardy Brilliance) but there will
always be other options for fans to chose from.

I mean its not like the WWE is ever going to control all
wrestling worldwide.

Right?

The thing is, WWE are really NOT getting the top talent. The guys they have signed will not be an improvement on their product.

None of these guys are top talent or future stars, some are talented but they will never have the same appeal that guys like Ospreay, Scurll & Galloway have and that's WWE's real fuck up here, they want to extinguish an entire countries worth of competition and it's only semi-working here because of Britain having no big promotions. The minute they try this in Japan or Mexico it will be a massive failure. Like I said before, this may kill the UK independent scene or it might do the exact opposite and rally people against the asshole company with a lot of money but not willing to dish it out.
FUCK you, Dunne is an OG and will be respected as such.

If a weekly show does come out of this the talent who signed deals will probably come out of this for the better.

Still not sure about WWE feeling that they need to knock up regional territories to fight off other TV wrestling ventures. That's not cool
