WWE CHAMPIONSHIP
CODY RHODES(C) VS RANDY ORTON

The first match announced for the WWE Clash at the Castle II: Scotland, premium live event concerned the WWE Championship. Coming hot off the heels of successfully retaining the championship in a triple threat match at WWE Royalty of the Ring. The current champion, the “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes(c) didn’t have to wait too long to find his next challenger.

A man he knew all too well in the form of the “Apex Predator” Randy Orton. Who beat Rhodes in a Championship Eliminator match on an episode of Friday Night Smackdown to earn the title match.




WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

DAMIAN PRIEST WITH TJD(C) VS DREW MCINTYRE
The second match scheduled for the WWE Clash at the Castle II: Scotland event was announced by RAW GM Adam Pearce. It revolved around the World Heavyweight Championship and came about after Drew McIntyre scored back to back victories. Over who you might ask? The first was Cm Punk and the second was Seth “Freakin” Rollins.



WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
SHAYNA BASZLER(C) VS RHEA RIPLEY

At the WWE Backlash: France PLE the “Queen of Spades” Shayna Baszler entered the event in the role of challenger. As she faced off with the then Women’s World Champion, the “Annihilator” Rhea Ripley. She would leave the event as the new holder of the title after defeating Ripley. This victory also meant her first reign as a Women’s Champion on the join roster. Ripley confronted Baszler on an episode of Monday Night RAW and told her she would see her in Scotland
