Fire & Desire VS two members of the Riot Squad VS The Iconics.​

The first two members announced for the group were Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson aka the Revival. Dean Ambrose set his sights on the title and despite all the odds reformed the Shield with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins to counter the Revival. RAW GM Kurt Angle announced a six man tag team match for Spring Stampede.

Becky Lynch won the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble match and decided at No Way Out she would challenge for the WWE RAW Women's Championship at WrestleMania 35. In the weeks following she would be challenged by Mandy Rose. Wanting to prove her wrong, Lynch agreed to the match. ​
