Smackdown Live
February 12th 2021
Columbia, South Carolina

Colonial Life Arena

Smackdown Live starts the show off with a cold open as EDGE is sitting on a staircase backstage with an angry scowl. He brings up his career-ending neck injury and he knows he won’t get many more chances to become a World Champion once again. Last week The Ungovernables cost him the chance to make it into the Elimination Chamber. He shakes his head as he says people online have been wondering why they did it but it’s obvious to a man like him why they did it.

He watched back the show and saw the money that was given to Zelina. Edge tells us that Roman is scared because he knows Edge can stop him from becoming Universal Champion. He says this was designed to distract him from the Bloodline and it will work… for now. Edge tells us he will make sure Dijakovic and Nakamura pay for what they did whether he has to do it alone or if he needs to get help from an old friend to take them down.

*ENEMY*

JACOB FATU
makes his way out to start Smackdown Live off getting loud boos from the live crowd. We get welcomed to the show by Corey Graves and Byron Saxton who tell us we are starting the show with a huge qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber. They bring up Jacob Fatu not being pinned or submitted inside a WWE ring with the monster getting the most eliminations in the 2021 Royal Rumble. He paces around the ring and waits for…

*PHENOMENAL*

AJ STYLES!
He gets a mixed reaction from the live crowd flanked by THE GOOD BROTHERS but it is mostly cheers from the fans in attendance. He walks to the ring looking serious and knows he is in for a battle tonight as he steps into the ring with the Samoan Werewolf. Corey Graves mentions AJ is a multiple-time World Champion but even that might not be enough to stop Jacob Fatu with the tear he has been on. Elias says AJ will have to use all of his skills to take down Fatu. AJ steps into the ring across from Fatu as the referee starts the match off!

Match 1: Elimination Chamber qualifier: AJ Styles w/The Good Brothers vs Jacob Fatu

Match summary:
AJ Styles is cautious in the opening stages of the match, knowing getting caught by the Samoan Werewolf could mean this match being over in a matter of moments. AJ looks to target the right leg of Fatu and wear him down, looking to set him up for the CALF CRUSHER! Early on this plan works with AJ actually managing to get Fatu down to the mat BUT FATU IS TOO STRONG AND SENDS AJ BACK WITH A WICKED KICK WITH HIS LEFT LEG!

Jacob Fatu starts to overpower AJ Styles and tosses him around the ring, battering AJ Styles. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson both try to get onto the ring apron BUT FATU KNOCKS THEM DOWN WITH EASE! AJ tries to pounce on that distraction… but it just seems to make Fatu angry! Fatu takes control of the match fully and batters AJ Styles slamming him down to the mat. Fatu gets ready to hit the MIGHTY MOONSAULT… AJ STYLES ROLLS OUT OF THE RING!

The crowd boos wanting to see Fatu hit his lethal finisher but he turns around and WIPES OUT AJ STYLES OUTSIDE THE RING! Fatu gets to his feet as the referee starts to count them both out. Jacon Fatu looks to walk towards AJ Styles BUT THE GOOD BROTHERS STAND IN HIS WAY! He tells them to move but they don’t so FATU RUNS THROUGH THEM BOTH! Styles though pounces and hits a PELE KICK! The referee is on a 7 count now as AJ slides into the ring. Fatu gets up and is about to make it into the ring on the count of 9… A HAND GRABS HIS FOOT FROM UNDER THE RING STOPPING HIM AND LEADS TO FATU GETTING COUNTED OUT!

Winner via countout: AJ Styles (9:15)

Jacob Fatu looks furious and looks down at the arm stomping on it before dragging them out… IT’S BIG CASS! AJ Styles smirks though having secured a spot in the Elimination Chamber. Jacob Fatu attacks Big Cass and lays into him outside the ring… LEADING TO AJ FLYING OVER THE TOP ROPE AND HITTING A PHENOMENAL FOREARM! Loud cheers for the live crowd as AJ lays into the Samoan Werewolf until…

*DONE WITH THAT (DAY ONE REMIX)*

THE USOS RUN OUT! The former tag team champions have kendo sticks and start to clobber not just AJ Styles but Big Cass as well getting loud boos from the live crowd. The Bloodline starts to take control of this brawl with Fatu grabbing Big Cass and wanting to personally hurt him. He grabs hold of Big Cass and lifts him… SAMOAN DROP ONTO THE STEEL STEPS! The Good Brothers try to stop him from doing more damage but The Usos start to fight with them. AJ looks to help…

FINN BALOR FROM THE CROWD SPINS HIM AROUND!?! AJ nearly clocks him but Finn Balor tells him to be smart. AJ looks back and is angry but FOLLOWS FINN BALOR THROUGH THE CROWD TO THE BACK! The Good Brothers carry on fighting with The Usos at ringside whilst Fatu gets Big Cass on the table. The Samoan Werewolf climbs into the barricade and walks along it before hitting the MIGHTY MOONSAULT THROUGH THE TABLE TO BIG CASS! A “holy shit” chant from the live crowd as Smackdown cuts to a commercial break.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When we return from the commercial break, FINN BALOR and AJ STYLES walk through the back with neither man happy and clearly mid-argument. AJ points out what just happened to Big Cass and Finn Balor says he knew the risks he was taking when they came up with this backup plan. AJ says with the numbers game they could have taken down Fatu but Balor shakes his head saying that was not worth the risk, saying at Roadblock they have the chance to bring the Universal title back to The O.C. and they won’t risk that for anything. AJ looks furious but doesn’t say anymore, storming off elsewhere backstage.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We see MASHA SLAMOVICH and KILLER KELLY stand in front of the camera with smirks on their faces. They tell us they have been laying waste to anyone who gets in their way on NXT UK but they are done just dominating in the UK, they want the WWE Women’s tag team titles! They issue a challenge to the Boss ‘N’ Hug connection, asking if they are too busy focusing on the Women’s WWE title to focus on their tag belts to face them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We then cut to the BOSS ‘N’ HUG CONNECTION who are chatting to each other as KAYLA BRAXTON walks up to them looking to interview the WWE Women’s tag team champions. She asks if they have heard the challenge from Masha and Kelly for those tag team titles. SASHA BANKS says they have and whilst they do have their eyes on the chamber, they haven’t forgotten about these, showing off her tag team title. BAYLEY says they accept the challenge and will see them next week!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When we return from the commercial break, we can see THE MYSTERIOS standing backstage looking angry. REY MYSTERIO speaks first saying that two weeks ago they were this close to becoming the first father and son duo to become tag team champions. DOMINIK MYSTERIO says he has always dreamed of holding tag team gold with his father ever since he was a child and whilst they came up short against Heavy Machinery, they could have accepted that.

Rey shakes his head saying The Usos had to attack them after the match and quite frankly, he is getting sick of groups like The Bloodline thinking they can do whatever they want. Dominik says they won’t stand for it and issues a challenge to The Usos to fight them next week. Rey nods in agreement with his son and says The Usos want to talk about family, well they will prove that there is more than one family in the WWE, ending the promo whilst we cut to the ring.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We cut to the ring which is set up for THE SUPERNOVA SESSIONS! We can see the sofas in the middle of the ring and a table in front of them before…

*WEEKEND ROCKSTAR*

NOAM DAR
walks out onto the entrance ramp getting loud boos from the live crowd! He has a cocky swagger and walks to the ring with a microphone in hand, wearing a Scottish blue suit on. The commentary team mentions Noam Dar has made an enemy out of Damian Priest ever since he attacked his good friend and famous musician Bad Bunny. Naom Dar asked for him to appear on Supernova Sessions to try to clear the air but they wonder how badly this could go for the cocky Scot.

Noam Dar takes a seat on one of his sofas with a slight smile on his face. He tells the live crowd that they should feel honoured to be a part of another edition of Supernova Sessions. The crowd loudly boos that statement but Noam Dar ignores them and carries on. He says tonight he is mending fences with his guest and looks to get back on the right track after a rough start. Naom Dar says some people make bad choices when it comes to friends but he will help…

*RISE FOR THE NIGHT*

DAMIAN PRIEST MAKES HIS WAY OUT INTERRUPTING NOAM DAR!
Damian Priest slowly walks to the ring as Noam Dar shouts that he wasn’t supposed to come out yet. Priest with a microphone in hand tells Noam that he marches to the beat of his own drone and he isn’t going to wait the whole show for Dar to run his mouth. Priest gets loud cheers from the crowd for insulting Noam Dar before climbing over the top rope and standing across from Dar.

Noam Dar suggests Damian Priest take a seat on the sofa but Damian makes it clear he would rather stand. Noam looks a little more nervous but says very well. He tells Damian he knows they have got off to a rough start but he has no problem with the big man. Dar tries to lightly tap the left of Priest. Damian glares at Dar prompting him to back away from the former North American Champion. Noam Dar says they have both tasted success in WWE bringing his own former Cruiserweight title reign but Priest doesn’t seem to care.

Noam Dar says if Damian Priest would ditch the deadweight in Bad Bunny, he could be successful teaming with him and Kenny Williams. The crowd loudly boos and Damian Priest wastes no time in saying no. He adds he came out here because he wanted to challenge Noam Dar to a match at Roadblock. Noam Dar backs away saying let’s not be hasty but PRIEST GRABS HIM BY HIS SHIRT AND TELLS HIM NOAM DAR HE WANTS AN ANSWER! Dar stumbles on his words looking nervous but finally agrees to fight Priest at Roadblock!

The crowd cheers before Priest drops Noam Dar to the mat! Dar lands with a thud before he scrambles to grab the microphone and tells Priest he will kick his ass worse than he kicked Bad Bunny’s! This pisses off Priest… BUT THEN ONE OF THE CAMERAMEN SMASHES THE CAMERA INTO HIS FACE! The guy pulls down the bandanna and it is revealed to be KENNY WILLIAMS! Dar and Williams work together before putting Priest through the coffee table in the ring to loud boos from the live crowd and Smackdown goes to a commercial break.

*PRIDE FIGHTER*

SONYA DEVILLE
makes her way out as we return from the commercial break, getting a decent pop from the live crowd. She is joined by her close friend and tag team partner MANDY ROSE on the way to the ring. Corey Graves says Sonya will be out for revenge after losing months of her career at the hands of Bianca Belair. Byron agrees and says whilst Belair has warmed up to the WWE Universe, she still did break the arm of Sonya Deville in the car park over the summer.

*WATCH ME SHINE*

BIANCA BELAIR
walks out next getting loud cheers from the live crowd. She looks serious walking to the ring, with some of her usual swagger on show before standing across the ring from Sonya. The commentary team mentions how impressive Belair has been since coming to Smackdown, making it to the final four of the Rumble and only losing to Asuka since joining the Blue Brand. She steps over the ropes and across from Sonya as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Match 2: Elimination Chamber Qualifier: Sonya Deville w/Mandy Rose vs Bianca Belair

Match summary:
Sonya starts the match off in an aggressive fashion, clobbering Bianca Belair with a series of hard strikes trying to take her down. Belair weathers the storm before showing she can fight back and slams Sonya around the ring. This turns into a full-on brawl with Mandy cheering on from the outside. Sonya is soon losing out to Belair and starts trying to go for a series of submissions targeting Belair’s arm!

Belair starts to struggle with Sonya using her MMA skills to bring the match down to the mat and put pressure on Belair, maybe looking for revenge for breaking her arm last year. Belair though powers out of this hold and takes control of the match. Sonya tries to fight back but Belair cuts everything off before finishing her off with the K.O.D.! Belair makes the cover and advances to the Elimination Chamber!

Winner via pinfall: Bianca Belair (6:09)

Bianca gets to her feet with a smile on her face but winces slightly, clutching her arm with is in a ton of pain after the damage done by Sonya Deville during this match. Sonya sits on the mat looking disappointed with the loss and the commentary team wonders how she will react. Mandy slides into the ring to check on Sonya as Belair walks over. Both women are on-guard BUT BELAIR OFFERS A HAND! Sonya takes a moment to look at it before SHAKING HANDS WITH THE E.S.T.! Sonya lifts Belair’s arm into the air before walking off and we cut to the backstage area to see…

ALPHA ACADEMY standing backstage in one of their training rooms! Noticeably DANIEL BRYAN is training with DANIEL GARCIA in the background. Front and center though is United States Champion CHAD GABLE, KURT ANGLE and MATT RIDDLE stand front and center. Kurt Angle starts the promo off by giving credit to his students and says they are always looking for their next challengers. He points at the two men in the ring and goes over how much training both men are going through.

Kurt says Bryan will be ready for his WrestleMania 37 Universal title match against whoever is the Universal Champion after the Elimination Chamber. Matt Riddle takes over saying it could be him bro as he says he looks forward to kicking Seth Rollins's ass next week and he will earn a spot inside the Chamber. Chad Gable says meanwhile he is going to carry on showing what it means to be a fighting champion and issues an open challenge to the Smackdown roster for next week’s show promising to beat whoever steps up.

*OMEN IN THE SKY*

THE GOOD BROTHERS
march out, limping slightly after their brawl with The Usos earlier tonight. The crowd boos them loudly as the commentary team wonders how the damage from their brawl with The Bloodline earlier tonight will affect them in this upcoming tag team match.

*FIGHT*

KEVIN OWENS
walks out getting loud cheers from the crowd. He stands at the top of the entrance ramp and is clearly ready for a fight tonight. The commentary team talks about Kevin Owens fighting Aleister Black at Roadblock inside the Elimination Chamber but once again, they are teaming up. Corey looks to stir shit up and wonders if KO will stab Black in the back like he has with other tag team partners.

*ROOT OF ALL EVIL*

ALEISTER BLACK
slowly rises from the depths of the arena with the Universal title on his shoulder. The crowd loudly cheers for the Dutch Destroyer who looks at Kevin Owens and the two men nod before walking down the entrance ramp and towards the ring! Corey Graves says Black will need eyes in the back of his head, stepping into the Elimination Chamber at Roadblock with 5 men who want his title. Byron Saxton points out that every man who has qualified so far is a former World Champion in their own right so it will be a stacked field. Once at the ring, Kevin Owens says he will start whilst Karl Anderson starts for the Good Brothers.

Match 3: Aleister Black and Kevin Owens vs The Good Brothers

Match summary:
Black and Owens look to take control of the match, with The Good Brothers trying to use their teamwork to overcome the two more well-known singles competitors. However, Black and Owens have become very familiar with each other as a tag team after several tag team matches together recently. They finish off Luke Gallows with a STUNNER into BLACK MASS for the win!

Winners via pinfall: Aleister Black and Kevin Owens (4:56)

Aleister Black and Kevin Owens get to their feet, celebrating tonight's victory over The Good Brothers. Byron Saxton explains how well they have been working as a team, becoming unlikely allies over the last two months. Corey Graves, however, reminds us that it will be every man for himself inside the Elimination Chamber. Karl Anderson grabs his tag team partner Luke Gallows, looking to head backstage as Kevin Owens asks for a microphone.

Kevin is once again full of respect for his tag team partner tonight and Universal Champion Aleister Black but makes it clear that this time at Roadblock he will do whatever he can to become Universal Champion. Aleister Black has grabbed a microphone of his own and tells Owens that he welcomes the challenge but he has no intention of losing his grip on his Holy Grail. Owens fires back saying he held that title years ago and has been chasing it ever since. Both men are getting close to each other when…

*HEAD OF THE TABLE*

ROMAN REIGNS WALKS OUT WITH JACOB FATU BY HIS SIDE!
The crowd loudly boos the duo as they walk onto the entrance ramp and our heroes in the ring know they are in for a fight. Black and Owens have their attention on the entrance ramp when THE USOS ATTACK THEM FROM BEHIND! Loud boos from the crowd as The Usos get the jump on the duo in the ring and Roman plus Fatu use it to take advantage, laying a beating into them inside the ring until…

*HEAVY*

HEAVY MACHINERY RUNS OUT!
The WWE Tag Team Champions sprint down the ring, looking to get their hands on The Usos! OTIS DOZOVIC gets into the ring first and clobbers Jimmy Uso whilst TUCKER KNIGHT goes after Jey Uso leading to the two tag team fighting outside the ring. They brawl in and around ringside but in the ring, Roman and Fatu stay in control, taking advantage of the surprise attack until…

*BRAUN/I AM STRONGER*

BRAUN STROWMAN MARCHES OUT!
The crowd pops shocked to see him out here but the commentary team brings up his history of rivalries with Roman Reigns over the years. Braun once in the ring makes a beeline straight for Jacob Fatu as the two monsters start to go head-to-head. Roman looks to help Jacob in the fight with Braun but it’s not too long until…

*METALINGUS*

EDGE RUNS OUT WITH A STEEL CHAIR!
The crowd loudly cheers for the Hall of Famer but Roman quickly realizes he might be in trouble, signaling to Fatu and both men leave the ring, retreating through the crowd. Boos ring out as Roman flees with the rest of The Bloodline through the live crowd. Edge stands in the ring and checks on Kevin Owens. Aleister Black is helped up by Braun Strowman and the tag team champions Heavy Machinery soon join them in the ring as they stand tall staring down the fleeing Bloodline as Smackdown goes to a commercial break.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*AMAZING (REMIX)*

NAOMI
makes her way out getting loud boos from the live crowd after her vicious assault on the WWE Women’s Champion Asuka last week. TAMINA walks by her side on the way to the ring, with her backing up her fellow Bloodline member. Byron Saxton says Asuka is not here this week due to the injuries sustained in the assault by Naomi. Corey Graves mentions we have seen very few women manage to do that much damage to Asuka and wonders if it is a bad sign for her title reign.

Naomi and Tamina enter the ring, with the veteran grabbing a microphone for Naomi. Naomi thanks her friend before turning to the boos crowd telling them that their anger is the exact reason she needed to do what she did. She shakes her head and wonders where this anger has been for all the years she has been overlooked. Naomi walks around the ring, commenting on the fact she for years would get these fans cheering her on, rooting for her to succeed but when she was passed over time and time again, they would do nothing.

She then says she had to fight to get anything but no matter what she does this year, since coming back she has been given nothing. Naomi says she then listened to the leader of The Bloodline and decided it was time to do what was needed, taking her spot by force. She says when Asuka comes back and she knows she will, Asuka will come after her giving Naomi the shot at the WWE Women’s title she wants. Naomi finishes off the promo promising to see Asuka at Roadblock!

When we return from the commercial break, SHAWN MICHAELS is in his office making a call when TAYNARA CONTI and XIA LI walk into the office. Shawn welcomes the two women into his office and asks what brings them to see him. Conti says she wants to have a spot in the Elimination Chamber match requesting a qualifying match next week against anyone Shawn wants to put her against. Conti says she knows she can beat Asuka and wants one more chance to do it.

We hear someone laughing in the background and we see it is BILLIE KAY walking into the room, mocking them. She tells Conti she will always lose against Asuka and the chance should go to someone who is honoring a truly iconic star who everyone misses. Xia Li mocks Billie and asks who that is. Billie is ready to throw hands but Shawn says that is enough and makes a qualifying match for next week between Conti and Kay. Billie says she will win in honor of Peyton and walks off to end the segment.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*FABULOUS*

CARMELLA
makes her way out getting a decent pop from the live crowd. The former Women’s Champion plays to the crowd and poses for a few photos before walking to the ring. Corey Graves hypes up Carmella and points out she is one of the few women in WWE to have beaten Asuka. Byron however chimes in to say whilst that is true so has her opponent in this qualifying match and she did at last year’s WrestleMania!

*ATHENA*

EMBER MOON
walks out with a scowl getting loud boos from the live crowd. She marches to the ring and talks trash to the fans at ringside on route to the ring. The commentary team mentions she will be looking to make it two years in a row that she fights for the WWE Women’s title at the Showcase of the Immortals and she would feel supremely confident about beating Asuka. Ember Moon hops over the top rope and stands across from Carmella as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Match 4: Elimination Chamber Qualifier: Ember Moon vs Carmella

Match summary:
Carmella gets taken by surprise early on in the match as Ember rocks her with a series of hard strikes and tosses her around the ring! Carmella struggles to stay in the match with Ember being relentless in her assault and giving the former Women’s Champion a beating like she has rarely suffered! Carmella does attempt to start a fight back but Ember slams her down with a wicked powerbomb. Ember then heads up top to line up Carmella and hits THE ECLIPSE for the win!

Winner via pinfall: Ember Moon (5:31)

Ember Moon gets to her feet and talks a whole bunch of trash to the camera, soaking in the boos from the fans. The commentary team gives credit to Ember for a dominant win tonight, especially against a former Women’s Champion in Carmella. When we return from the commercial break, we can see FIRE AND DESIRE hanging out, talking to each other backstage. They are soon interrupted by FRANKY MONET and DANA BROOKE who call Sonya weak. SONYA DEVILLE steps forward but Franky smirks telling her that she would not just forgive someone like she did to Belair. Sonya says she is moving on and looking forward, commenting she let out her anger about what happened already but she can do more if they don’t leave. Taking the hint, the duo walk away as we cut elsewhere backstage.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We cut to the inside of a Church as SETH ROLLINS stands in front of a pew looking at his disciples KARRION KROSS, NATHAN FRAZER, AKAM, REZAR, AIDEN ENGLISH and SCARLETT BORDEAUX! He welcomes them to another sermon before saying next week he will earn his spot in the chamber and make his way to save the Universal title. Nathan Frazer then stands up getting the attention of Seth who looks angry at first but then smiles at his disciple wanting to hear what he wants to say.

Nathan tells Seth he wants to accept the challenge laid out by Chad Gable and wants his messiah’s blessing. A sinister smirk appears on the face of Seth who climbs down from his perch above and hugs Nathan giving him permission to challenge for the US title next week. Kross looks to comment but Seth gives him a look so the devil stays quiet. Seth tells The Church that soon they will save this brand and be seen as the heroes they truly are!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We then cut to one final promo before the main event, THE BLOODLINE is shown sitting around a table backstage in their locker room. JACOB FATU, JIMMY USO, JEY USO, NAOMI and TAMINA are sitting at the table before ROMAN REIGNS walks over to take his place at the head of it! Roman looks at Naomi first and smiles telling her she did exactly what he asked of her, saying she has done the family proud. Naomi nods and thanks her tribal chief for the kind words. He then turns to The Usos next and praises them for showing the entire tag team division why they are the ones who run the division.

The ones who have since they have arrived. The Usos nod, thanking Roman and promising they will bring the tag team titles back to the Bloodline. Roman then turns to Fatu and says he lost tonight but he sent a message to the O.C. when he broke. Jacob replies I LOVE YOU ROMAN which gets a smile from the Chief. Roman then promises the same will happen to anyone who tries to stop him from getting back the Universal title as Smackdown goes to its final commercial break.

makes his way out getting loud “YES” chants from the live crowd. Bryan plays along with the fans and has a big smile on his face. Corey Graves says Bryan will need to be wary of the numbers game, pointing out these two are former tag team champions. Byron Saxton says Bryan overcame the odds to win the Rumble from number one and it seems he has been on a mission to correct some mistakes from the past. Bryan steps into the ring across from Shinsuke as the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!

Main event: Daniel Bryan vs Shinsuke Nakamura w/Zelina Vega and Dominik Dijakovic

Match summary:
Daniel Bryan and Shinsuke early on a walk around the ring, almost scouting the other to see who will make the first move. Nakamura goes in first and Bryan is quick to take him down to the mat. Nakamura is quick to get away and rolls to the outside to talk to his allies. After a bit of a pep talk, he gets back into the ring and starts to pepper Bryan with hard kicks and strikes. Bryan though is not one to back down from these kinds of attacks by Nakamura and hammers him with a series of hard strikes of his own!

Both men are evenly matched as we approach the middle stages of the match, with Dijakovic choosing to stay out of the match. Bryan starts to take control of the encounter and works over Nakamura, targeting his legs to weaken his kicks. Major News update:

Charlotte Flair picks up an ankle injury at a house show

Charlotte Flair was seen limping from the ring at a recent house show. It is widely speculated that she is going for tests to confirm if she can still work WM 37, but her title match with Tegan Nox is off, according to reports. If they are unable to work WM 37, a lot of plans will have to change and be reshuffled leading into the big show, not just the Women’s Universal title. It is said that this week’s Raw is undergoing big rewrites due to this.

Mod note: EWR is giving me my biggest spanner in the works to date.

If Charlotte has an ankle injury like this then she shouldn't be allowed to be WWE Women's Universal Champion because she should be forced to relinquish the championship especially if this injury is legit...because she can't work through this injury

Why would Murphy attack Daniel Bryan? I don't understand his motive or his angle...I mean Bryan we know where he's headed...he's going to WrestleMania in the main event since he won the 2021 Men's Royal Rumble Match and Buddy with his own shortcomings failed to become WWE Universal Champion when he lost in the Fatal 4 Way Match at the Rumble

Edge with an assist to Bryan essentially costing Shinsuke his Match and going after Dijakovic was just retribution for what they did to him

The Bloodline vs The OC...heel factions going at it but the fans are more behind The OC than they are The Bloodline mainly because of Reigns

Women's Elimination Chamber Match is set on the Smackdown side of things since the Royal Rumble Match winner Rhea Ripley is staying on RAW since she won the Women's Royal Rumble Match and is choosing to challenge for the WWE Women's Universal Championship...it only makes sense you have an Elimination Chamber to decide who faces the WWE Women's Champion at WrestleMania 37

Monday Night Raw
February 15th 2021
Greenville, South Carolina

Bon Secours Wellness Arena

Monday Night Raw starts with a cold open as WADE BARRETT sits at his desk and to his left, we can see the WOMEN’S UNIVERSAL TITLE! Wade starts the promo by confirming that the rumors are true and Charlotte Flair did pick up an ankle injury over the weekend. He confirms this morning the tests have come back and Charlotte Flair will not only miss Fastlane but she will also miss WrestleMania 37! Wade Barrett then confirms due to the injury she has had to vacate her Women’s Universal title!

The crowd watching live in the arena is stunned as a shockwave has been sent through the Women’s division on Monday Night Raw. Wade Barrett says he has considered a few solutions to the problem and feels he has come up with the best possible one he could. He says first of all Rhea Ripley will still get her Women’s Universal title shot at WrestleMania 37. Second, he confirms that the new Women’s Universal Champion will be chosen for a new match he has invented called the Iron Survivor match!

He explains how the match works: Two women start the match, and every five minutes, a new woman enters. The match lasts 25 minutes, with the woman scoring the most falls being declared the Iron Survivor and winning the Women’s Universal title. Falls can be won via pinfall or submission, and there are disqualifications in place! Wade then says every time someone loses a fall, they will have to enter the penalty box for 90 seconds.

Wade Barrett confirms there will be 5 women in the match and says since Tegan Nox had already earned a Women’s Universal title shot, she will be in the Iron Survivor match getting the final entry spot! Wade Barrett then confirmed the No DQ match between Nia Jax and Katana Chance would be a qualifying match before adding Shayna Baszler vs Jessamyn Duke, Liv Morgan vs Mia Yim and Ruby Riott vs Piper Niven as the other qualifying matches. He then confirms the Pete Dunne vs Angel Garza submission match will start the show.

HOUSE OF MEMORIES – PANIC AT THE DISCO

*RAPIDO*

ANGEL GARZA
makes his way out as we start Raw properly getting boos from the crowd. He has a rose in his mouth before turning to his girlfriend EVA MARIE and giving her a kiss. He sends her backstage as Elias reminds us of the fact Pete Dunne broke her fingers the last time she got involved in one of his matches. Michael Cole points out the hatred the two Cruiserweights have for each other and promises we will see several different submissions as they look for unique ways to make the other tap out!

*CAN YOU FEEL MY HEART?*

PETE DUNNE
makes his way out getting loud cheers from the live crowd. He mean-mugs the camera and poses before marching to the ring, not taking his eyes off Angel Garza! Michael Cole says we saw Pete Dunne return from an eye injury looking for payback on Tommaso Ciampa who injured him. Elias says Garza will be hoping Dunne came back too soon so he can put him back on the shelf. Dunne steps into the ring across from Garza as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Match 1: Submission match: Pete Dunne vs Angel Garza

Match summary:
Once the bell rings, both men unload on each other and throw a series of hard strikes. This isn’t a typical Cruiserweight match, with both men focusing on strikes and we even end up with a brawl to the outside as both men fight through the crowd! Dunne controls a lot of the match, being more experienced in brawling but Garza uses any cheap tricks he can think of to stay alive in the match, as he wonders if he bit off more than he can chew here!

In the closing stages, Garza gets back into the match and looks to get hold of Dunne in the WING CLIPPER LOCK… DUNNE ROLLS THROUGH AND LOCKS IN AN ANKLE LOCK! Graza kicks him away desperately with his free leg sending Dunne to the mat. Garza then mounts Dunne and reigns down punches to his formerly injured eye…DUNNE GRABS THE FIST OF GARZA AND BITES HIM! Garza screams in pain and Dunne grabs the arm, locking him in an armbar… SNAPPING THE FINGERS AS PROMISED AND GARZA TAPS OUT!

Winner via submission: Pete Dunne (10:17)

Pete Dunne holds on for a few seconds before dropping Garza to the mat and celebrating with the live crowd. He has a scowl still on his face whilst Garza is in pain clutching his hand. The commentary team puts over the damage done to Garza’s fingers by Dunne tonight. Pete walks out of the ring and walks to the camera, promising to do the same thing to Ciampa on Sunday night as Raw goes on a commercial break.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We return from the commercial break to see TOMMASO CIAMPA walking through the arena. CATHY KELLEY walks up to him and asks if he saw Pete Dunne’s match just now. Ciampa has a slight smirk on his face and tells Cathy he saw what Pete did to Garza including his “threat” with Ciampa doing the finger quotes in the air. He tells Cathy that Dunne can make all the threats he wants but last time he injured him by accident. This time he will injure him on purpose.

Ciampa looks to leave but is soon confronted by SHEAMUS! The Celtic Warrior gets right in the face of Ciampa, ready for a fight but the former NXT Champion seems unfazed. Sheamus says he might have been busy with his dreams but he hasn’t forgotten what Ciampa did to his best friend Drew. Ciampa chuckles but Sheamus tells him he just spoke to Wade and as a celebration when he wins the Intercontinental title, his first match will be beating Ciampa’s arse!

Ciampa smirks and tells Sheamus he might be getting ahead of himself because who is to say he will be Intercontinental Champion next week. Sheamus is ready to respond… SWERVE STRICKLAND ATTACKS SHEAMUS FROM BEHIND WITH A STEEL CHAIN! Swerve wraps the chain around his fist and lays a proper beating on Sheamus whilst Ciampa smirks and leaves the scene. Swerve smirks looking happy as SHEAMUS IS BUSTED OPEN and Swerve finishes him off with the HOUSE CALL! He chuckles in signature Swerve fashion before walking away, happy with the damage he had done tonight.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We cut elsewhere backstage as RHEA RIPLEY stands in front of the camera with a slightly rueful look. She tells the camera that she wants to fight Charlotte at WrestleMania 37 as she has a black mark on her record that she needs to avenge. She shakes her head and says when Charlotte Flair comes back to the ring, she will make sure she has the Women’s Universal title so she can have the match she wants with the Queen.

Rhea says she will be watching the Iron Survivor match this Sunday closely because she wants to know who she will be fighting at WrestleMania 37. She then tells us she spoke to Shawn Michaels and if she can’t get her hands on Shayna at Fastlane, she wants whoever else the MMA Horsewomen have to offer. She issues a “special” challenge to the rest of the MMA Horsewomen for Fastlane and wants an answer by the night's end!

When we return from the commercial break, we cut inside the locker room of THE HURT BUSINESS! MVP stands in front of the camera whilst SAMOA JOE, SWERVE STRICKLAND, LIO RUSH, SHELTON BENJAMIN, CEDRIC ALEXANDER and EJ NDUKA are all getting ready behind their leader. MVP says last week they lost because The New Day needed the rest of the entire locker to save them. He scoffs and says he blames Bobby Lashley for letting them down as a partner.

Lio Rush steps over to MVP and says Bobby had an off night but they should still bring the main man into the group. Swerve with a smirk cleaning off the steel chain he used earlier on Sheamus and questions if trying to bring Bobby into The Hurt Business is even a good idea. MVP says Bobby Lashley is a world-class talent but Swerve smirks saying this room is filled with top talent, they don’t need someone who doesn’t know the value of what they have been offered.

Samoa Joe steps forward offering his thoughts on the Bobby Lashley conversation and says it took a while for him to see the value of The Hurt Business, holding up his WWE title. Swerve jokes Joe wants more of his competition in the Hurt Business but Joe glares at Swerve. MVP makes it clear he will talk to Lashley and handle that business separately but they have other groups causing trouble.

Cedric sitting down with Shelton chimes in to say that they need to make sure British Strong Style knows their place. MVP says they can take care of that this Sunday but if the lesson is not hammered home, they can make sure it is next week. Lio then says he wants some business taken care of with Mustafa Ali. He brings up his interference last week and says he wants to prove who the real Cruiserweight Champion is, challenging to a title match next week and ending the promo.

KATANA CHANCE

Elias says she will have to get through a former Women’s Champion in…

NIA JAX!
She gets loud boos from the live crowd as she walks down the entrance ramp. Kayden distraction though gives Katana the chance to get a LEAD PIPE FROM UNDER THE RING… AND PLAYS POSSUM UNTIL IN THE RING… CLOCKS NIA WITH IT!

Katana lays into the monster and gains the edge for the first time in this short encounter. Kayden and Katana start to double-team the monster to cheers from the live crowd but that is not enough to put away Nia Jax. Nia eventually takes total control of the match and takes care of Kayden Carter with a CHOKESLAM THROUGH A TABLE! All by herself Katana tries her best to stop Nia Jax BUT A SAMOAN DROP ONTO STEEL STEPS FINISHES THE MATCH OFF and Nia advances to Fastlane!

Winner via pinfall: Nia Jax (5:57)

Nia Jax gets back to her feet and soaks in the boos whilst K2 is laid out in and around the ring, having been destroyed by Nia Jax tonight! The commentary team puts over her being able to handle both women at once, giving her an advantage going into the Iron Survivor match. Nia carries on celebrating as Raw goes on a commercial break.

Ronda looks into the camera with cold dark anger before saying she will be back. Michael asks when but Ronda shakes her head telling Michael she needs to focus on being a mother first. But when she comes back, she has one goal, one thing left to do. Get her revenge on Shayna Baszler and end her former best friend’s career!

Match 8: Fastlane qualifying match: Ruby Riott w/Shotzi Blackheart vs Piper Niven w/Melina

Match summary:
Ruby starts the match slowly, wary of the size advantage that Piper has over her, not wanting this match to be over before it begins. Piper listens to the advice of Melina outside the ring and takes her time during the match, also not wanting to pick up an injury ahead of Sunday. Piper starts to take control of the match leading to Shotzi helping distract Piper… BUT MELINA RESPONDS BY ATTACKING SHOTZI AND THEY BRAWL TO THE BACK! Back in the ring, the distraction gives Ruby the chance to work over the larger opponent and bring her down to the mat…

BUT PIPER KEEPS OVERPOWERING RUBY! She tosses her around the ring and is in control of the match sending Ruby to the corner. Ruby tries to cling to the turnbuckle… RIPPING THE PAD OFF BUT PIPER SLAMS HER DOWN! Piper then heads to the corner looking for the SCOT DROP… RUBY POUNCES AND TRIPS HER UP SLAMMING HER HEAD ONTO THE EXPOSED TURNBUCKLE!!! Piper falls to the mat and RUBY POUNCES HITTING A DIVING SENTON! Ruby makes the cover and steals the win!

Winner via pinfall: Ruby Riott (8:40)

Ruby Riott gets to her feet with a smirk on her face, showing no remorse for cheating to get the win and celebrates. The commentary team points out the cunning of Ruby to do whatever it takes to make it to Iron Survivor. Ruby finishes celebrating by gloating into the camera as Raw goes to a commercial break!

When we return from the commercial break, RUBY RIOTT walks through the backstage area and talks a bunch of trash to all the staff members standing backstage. They roll their eyes but soon smile as LIV MORGAN COMES INTO SHOT AND JUMPS ONTO RUBY ATTACKING HER! The former tag team partners brawl with each other before a bunch of officials appear to break it up. Liv and Ruby talk trash to each other, each promising to be the Women’s Universal Champion on Sunday!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We then cut to the backstage area and see BRITISH STRONG STYLE in their locker room, winding down after their matches earlier tonight. TRENT SEVEN speaks first looking at PETE DUNNE and tells his friend it is good to have him back. Dunne has a slight smirk on his face and says he is glad to be back but don’t expect him to get soft anytime soon. He fist-bumps Trent before fist-bumping TYLER BATE as well. There is a knock on the door and Bate says come in, as CATHY KELLEY walks in looking for an interview.

Cathy asks them about their thoughts ahead of their matches at Fastlane. Pete Dunne says Ciampa is going to find out why you don’t mess with the Bruiserweight and will break his fingers to avenge what happened to his right eye, pointing at it with an angry look in his eyes. Trent Seven says The Hurt Business thinks they can run Raw but they won’t allow them to take over and even makes a challenge for next week to fight any 3 of the Hurt Business on Raw as well!

*SOVIET MARCH*

ILJA DRAGUNOV
marches out getting a loud pop from the live crowd, soon flanked by CESARO and SAMI ZAYN, his tag team partners this Sunday at Fastlane. The commentary team reminds us of the fact that this match was requested by Ilja, who is looking to test himself against a former Universal Champion in his opponent tonight…

*GANGSTERS PARADISE*

ANDRADE CIEN ALMAS!
Loud boos from the live crowd as the co-leader of The Ungovernables is joined by his fellow co-leader ZELINA VEGA, ANGEL GARZA (who has his fingers taped up) and HUMBERTO CARRILLO! The commentary team is soon joined by Zelina who says Andrade is going to warm up tonight by beating Ilja Dragunov and then once he has taken care of them, he can put Cesaro in the rear-view mirror. Andrade slides into the ring across from Ilja as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Match 9: Ilja Dragunov w/Cesaro and Sami Zayn vs Andrade Cien Almas w/Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo

Match summary: You would think both men would start off at a slow pace and fire off a series of chops on one another. Ilja’s rapid machine gun-like fire puts Andrade on the back foot but Andrade soon overpowers the Mad Russian. On commentary, Zelina Vega says Ilja is very talented but he needs someone to reign in that fire and channel it if he wants to become a champion. Andrade stays in control and even gets cocky taunting Cesaro and Sami outside the ring… ALLOWING ILJA BACK INTO THE MATCH!

Ilja is fired up and tries to take down Andrade, looking to match his superior power with his crazy wildfire! Andrade is noticeably struggling and has to change his tactic instead of using his lucha libre skill plus speed to take down Ilja Dragunov! Andrade flies around the ring and gets a mixed reaction to how impressive his moves are. Zelina on commentary showers her fellow co-leader with praise and says this is why he leads the Ungovernables!

As we head towards the closing stages, Andrade is in control but Ilja starts to make a fight back and connects with TORPEDO MOSCOW! Ilja makes the cover but Andrade kicks out at 2! Loud boos from the crowd as Andrade stays alive so Ilja runs the ropes and goes for THE H-BOMB… HUMBERTO CARRILLO PULLS ILJA OUT OF THE RING AND ATTACKS HIM CAUSING A DQ!

Winner via disqualification: Ilja Dragunov (12:00)

Loud boos ring out for The Ungovernables ruining the finish of the match, with a mass brawl starting at ringside between the two groups. Michael Cole says Humberto did that because Andrade was in danger of losing but Zelina shouts that they did it to send a message ahead of Sunday. The two trios brawl for a while but in the end, The Ungovernables manage to stand tall hitting each of their finishers on Cesaro, Zayn and Dragunov as we cut to the final commercial break of the night!

We return from the commercial break to see the ring set up for the dual contract signing ahead for Fastlane. The commentary tells us the full PPV card for Fastlane before confirming two more matches have been added to next week’s Raw: Shotzi Blackheart vs Melina and British Strong Style vs The Hurt Business members: Swerve Strickland, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. We then cut to the ring as WADE BARRETT says it is now time to sign the contracts for two of the biggest matches at Fastlane.

*NEW DAY, NEW WAY*

THE NEW DAY
makes their way out first getting loud cheers from the live crowd. BIG E and KOFI KINGSTON lead the way, with XAVIER WOODS following them. The commentary team says Kofi Kingston versus Big E could be the WWE title match at WrestleMania 37. The New Day makes it to the ring, with Big E and Kofi Kingston taking a seat. Xavier Woods stands behind his friends as Wade Barrett introduces the next man to come out…

*IT’S TIME*

SAMOA JOE
marches out in a suit with the WWE title on his shoulder and he is joined by MVP! He is not alone though as SWERVE STRICKLAND, LIO RUSH and EJ NDUKA make their way out to join their fellow Hurt Business members. The commentary team says we have heard from sources in the back that the rest of the Hurt Business had gone home for the night, with MVP feeling that these 3 are the only ones who have business out here. Joe takes a seat next to Lashley whilst the rest of The Hurt Business stands behind him and Lashley.

Wade Barrett says he hopes all 4 men have read the contracts but they can re-read it one more time before signing. Joe grabs the contract and passes it to MVP to look over. MVP has a look before signing it on behalf of Joe. He then looks to Lashley offering to read it for him but Lashley reaches out a hand and takes the contract, reading it himself before signing. Kofi grabs the contract next and The New Day reads it over as a unit before signing the contract to make the two Fastlane matches official!

Wade Barrett asks for a microphone and looks to speak, asking if anyone has anything to say after signing the contract. Joe asks for a microphone as he looks directly at Big E and tells him to watch closely on Sunday. Big E looks unfazed as Joe tells him to watch him crush his close friend and see just what waits when that briefcase is officially cashed in. Joe turns to Kofi and says he had his moment two years ago, now we are living Joe’s moment.

Joe puts the microphone down with a smug look on his face as Kofi grabs it next. He looks at Joe and says you are right, he had his KofiMania moment but that moment showed him that he is a World Champion. Loud cheers from the crowd as Kofi says winning at WrestleMania 35 showed he can do it and he knows he can do it again. He turns to his close friend Big E and tells him that getting to fight him at WrestleMania 37 would mean even more than KofiMania.

Big E takes the microphone and says it would truly be an honor to fight his best friend for the first time ever but he is having his moment at WrestleMania 37. Joe smirks as Big E makes it clear that Joe can talk about breaking dreams but he won’t destroy him. Big E says he will get to Joe in due course because first of all, he needs to deal with Bobby! The crowd loudly cheers for this as Lashley just glares at him but Big E carries on pointing directly at the All Mighty.

He says Bobby can claim he is not with The Hurt Business but as it stands, he is doing their bidding for free right now. Bobby scowls but Big E wants to know if he is not working for them, why attacking him is just business. Big E slams the microphone down but Bobby picks it up and tells Big E that he is the reason that he didn’t win Money in the Bank. He then brings up the Royal Rumble and Big E tosses him out of the Royal Rumble, saying Big E is the person standing in his way.

He says his business with Big E is that he needs to beat him to prove he belongs in the WWE title picture and once he does that… HE CAN GO AFTER JOE’S WORLD TITLE! Joe at this point turns to face Lashley and the two men come face to face with each other, staring each other down! Joe tells him off-mic he can try but LIO RUSH steps forward looking to keep things calm. Lashley doesn’t take his eyes off Samoa Joe as MVP takes the microphone wanting to throw a few words in himself.

MVP tells the “gentleman” in front of him they can discuss fighting for the WWE title another time but right now, they can take care of some business together. Swerve, Nduka and Lio Rush have a smirk with Wade Barrett calling to the back and we soon see SHEAMUS AND MUSTAFA ALI RUN OUT TO STAND WITH THE NEW DAY! 5 vs 5 on each side and both groups start to brawl. We can see a swarm of security but Raw fades to black with a mass brawl between The Hurt Business and their current rivals!

- An Iron Survivor Match to determine the new WWE Women's Universal Champion is a unique way to crown a new Champion. I would have expected a tournament to crown a new champion or even an Over the Top Rope Battle Royal to crown a new Champion but Iron Survivor...looking forward to it

- 2021 Women's Royal Rumble Match winner Rhea Ripley in a Tag Team Match against Shayna Baszler and Natalya and Rhea's partner is none other than Beth Phoenix...what a partner

- Clearly we get Beth/Nattie at WrestleMania...former friends now bitter rivals

- Ciampa/Sheamus for me is a Dream Match

News Update:

Lacey Evans confirms she is pregnant.

In happy news, Lacey Evans has confirmed she has her 2nd child on the way and is pregnant. Lacey has been on the shelf for the last few months and was expected to be out of action for around a year. It is unknown if she will return to the ring when she gives birth to her 2nd child.

Ridge Holland is out of action with a broken arm.

Ridge Holland picked up a broken arm on NXT UK and will be out of action for around 2 months. There had been rumors of a potential call-up to the main roster soon however those rumors have been denied by other sources within the company.

Lacey Evans being out indefinitely makes sense but then who fills the void after she leaves?

Ridge Holland being out also leaves a void on NXT UK

Smackdown Live
February 19th 2021
Duluth, Georgia

Infinite Energy Arena

Smackdown Live starts off with THE UNGOVERNABLES being shown backstage with SHINSUKE NAKAMURA looking pissed off whilst DOMINIK DIJAKOVIC and ZELINA VEGA stand next to each other looking at the former United States Champion. Shinsuke looks at the camera and starts to swear in Japanese at the camera. Zelina steps forward and tells us this is what Edge caused when he got involved in our business last week. Dijakovic looks a bit dismissive of what Zelina is saying but the co-leader carries on.

She tells Edge that what they did to him was doing business for someone else and if he had a problem with it, he should have gone after The Bloodline. Instead, all he has done is make an enemy out of them. Zelina Vega says they are issuing a challenge for Roadblock, challenging Edge to a match at the PPV telling him to find a tag team partner or a friend if he can so they can destroy Edge and remind everyone who runs the WWE. Zelina walks off with Nakamura following him, and Dijakovic gives him a shrug as the opening video for Smackdown starts.

MASHA SLAMOVICH
and KILLER KELLY from NXT UK walk out to start the show properly. Both women don’t get much reaction from the live crowd as a lot of people are not too familiar with NXT UK. Corey Graves sells them as submission and striking experts who can hurt anyone. Byron Saxton says the Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection might need to be careful not to pick up an injury ahead of the Elimination Chamber match they have at Roadblock in a few weeks.

*TURN THE SKY UP*

THE BOSS ‘N’ HUG CONNECTION
makes their way out getting loud cheers from the live crowd as they lift their WWE Women’s tag team titles into the air. Corey Graves wonders if SASHA BANKS is going to stab BAYLEY in the back tonight or if she will wait until Roadblock. Byron Saxton counters that the two women have overcome their previous issues and will work together just fine tonight plus at Roadblock. Once at ringside Bayley starts for her team whilst Killer Kelly starts for her as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Match 1: WWE Women’s tag team titles: Boss ‘N’ Hug Connections © vs Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly

Match summary:
Early on The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection was noticeably cautious, not wanting to get caught early. They know they have a big number-one contender’s match coming up in the next few weeks. The match soon turns into Bayley getting worked over by the NXT UK team who use their submissions to overwhelm her until she makes the hot tag and brings Sasha Banks back into the match! Banks runs wild before hitting Masha Slamovich with the BACKSTABBER! Bayley takes care of Killer Kelly with a BAYLEY TO BELLY and The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection retain their WWE tag team titles!

Winners via pinfall and still WWE Women’s tag team champions: Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection (7:37)

Bayley and Banks meet in the middle of the ring celebrating a tough victory over a very game Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly. Corey Graves says they stayed together tonight but wonder if it will last going into Roadblock. Meanwhile, Bryon Saxton wonders as Smackdown goes to a commercial break if anyone can stop one of them from winning if they work together at Roadblock.

When we return from the commercial break, we see ASUKA sitting in what looks like a dark house. You can see the WWE Women’s Champion staring at the camera with an angry glare. She takes her time before speaking, saying one word with a sharp anger: Naomi! She pauses before speaking in Japanese making it clear that she accepts Naomi’s challenge for Roadblock and promises to show her who she messed with. Asuka finishes before saying she’ll show Tamina what’s in store too next week because nobody is ready for Asuka!

*SHADOW OF DOUBT*

BUDDY MURPHY
makes his way out next in an O.C. hoodie getting loud boos from the live crowd as he slowly walks to the ring. He has a scowl before looking at the fans and just shaking his head. Byron Saxton says the fans are booing him so loudly after he laid out Bryan Daniel on last week’s Smackdown. Corey Graves wonders if Buddy wanted to send a message to the roster and the winner of the Rumble to not forget about him after being pinned at the Royal Rumble.

Buddy Murphy grabs a microphone and stands in the ring looking at the crowd with disdain before sighing. He tells the crowd this is exactly why he attacked Daniel Bryan last week. The crowd seems confused but Buddy elaborates that he knew it was better to be hated by these people than forgotten again. He walks around the ring and talks about how he has been told he has wowed the fans with his performances, putting on a great show… but that’s not enough for him!

He starts to raise his voice and reminds everyone that he beat Bryan a couple of months ago in this very ring on Smackdown. Corey Graves chimes in to remind the viewers of home that Murphy did it clean as a sheet. Buddy points out he did not need his fellow O.C. members to get the job done and quite frankly he can leave them to their little squabbles because his full focus is on Daniel Bryan. Buddy tells the fans he needs to prove he belongs at the top and the best way to do that is by beating…

*FLIGHT OF THE VALKYRIES*

DANIEL BRYAN!
He gets loud cheers from the fans in attendance before walking out onto the entrance ramp in a plaid shirt and jeans with a goofy smile on his face. He takes a moment to soak in the loud cheers and the “YES” chant before pointing at Buddy Murphy in the ring. He tells Buddy that if he wanted to fight one more time all he had to do was ask because Bryan was looking to fight Buddy Murphy already! Buddy in the ring looks shocked by that but Bryan carries on walking to the ring.

He tells Buddy that he was looking to avenge his loss but Buddy could not handle the spotlight not being on him! Buddy fumes as Bryan steps through the ropes and comes face to face with Murphy saying now it is not just avenging his loss to Buddy, now he wants to kick his ass! The crowd goes wild as Buddy says he will fight Bryan… BUT NOT TONIGHT AND LEAVES THE RING! Bryan shakes his head but tells Murphy he already spoke to Shawn and he will see him at Roadblock. Buddy shouts that's fine because he will be a secret no more! The two men stare each other down as Smackdown goes on a commercial break.

When we return from the commercial break, we can see BIANCA BELAIR walking through the backstage area when she is stopped by KAYLA BRAXTON! Kayla congratulated her on her victory over Sonya Deville last week. Belair thanks Kayla and takes a moment to say that she is glad to have settled the issues with Sonya, once again saying she was wrong to break her arm like she did but she felt she needed to do that to make it to the top of WWE.

Kayla asks Bianca what’s next for her and Bianca tells her that now she knows what she needs to do to truly make it to the top of WWE: defeat Asuka for the WWE Women’s title. She tells Kayla that she plans to win the Elimination Chamber and she hopes Asuka is the one to walk out of Roadblock as champion because she knows she can and she knows that she will defeat Asuka. We suddenly hear clapping coming from off-screen as FRANKY MONET and DANA BROOKE walk into the shot.

Franky points at Belair and says it is good to see that she is just as weak as Sonya is. Belair steps forward but Franky tells her to calm down, she is just trying to help her. Dana nods saying Franky is a good teacher, prompting an eyebrow raise from Belair. Franky says Belair shouldn’t be saying sorry for doing what it takes if she wants to be a top star. Belair smiles and thanks Franky for telling her what not to do aka follow her. She then tells Franky why don’t she and Dana find a partner so she can kick their ass with Fire and Desire!

BILLIE KAY
makes her way out getting boos from the live crowd. Billie as she walks to the ring is holding a sign saying “FOR PEYTON”! Billie holds it into the air and shows it to all the fans at ringside on the way to the ring. Corey Graves asks how much it would mean if Billie could do this tonight for Peyton. Byron Saxton says she might be best off focusing on the women in the ring across from her…

*SHAKE, SHAKE*

TAYNARA CONTI!
The crowd cheers loudly for the Brazilian badass as she makes her way to the ring. The commentary team notes her Royal Rumble encounter with Asuka and her coming so close to beating Asuka, now she wants another chance to finally defeat the Empress of Tomorrow, just like Bianca Belair. Conti slides into the ring across from Billie as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Naomi then smirks and turns to her tag team partner telling Tamina to make sure she leaves just enough of Asuka for her to beat at Roadblock!

*EMERGENCE*

THE O.C.
walks out to the ring getting boos from the live crowd. The co-leaders FINN BALOR and AJ STYLES lead the way with AJ Styles looking especially pissed off. THE GOOD BROTHERS tail the leaders from behind, looking to be in some pain after the beating they took last week at the hands of The Bloodline, Aleister Black and Kevin Owens. Corey Graves on commentary tells us that Big Cass is out of action for 6 weeks thanks to Jacob Fatu. Byron Saxton wonders if that is why AJ Styles is so pissed off right now.

Finn Balor and AJ Styles both grab microphones as Finn Balor says he wants to take a few moments to address his friend Buddy Murphy. He says Buddy knows that if he needs their help, they are on call to help him when he needs them. AJ looks at Finn staring daggers and asks if they were there for Big Cass when he needed it. This gets a few “OOOHHHHHH” reactions from the live crowd and Finn responds by holding his hands up admitting they left him for dead last week.

Finn says as a leader they need to make the tough calls and the focus for them should be bringing the Universal title to the O.C.! AJ shakes his head saying they are better together but Finn points out they have enemies on all sides and they need to work together by being smarter. The crowd is loudly booing Finn as KARL ANDERSON steps forward looking to calm down AJ. Karl says he was pissed off with Finn making AJ leave them to fight the Bloodline too last week.

Karl turns to Finn who looks slightly nervous but Karl smiles as he tells AJ that Finn is doing what’s best for the group. AJ softens as LUKE GALLOWS steps in and says they spoke to him, both agreeing that they think the group needs to bring the Universal title back to the O.C. more than anything and they are willing to sacrifice themselves if it means becoming champion. AJ looks at Finn offering the “too sweet” and after a few seconds accepts it with the crowd booing as Smackdown goes to a commercial break.

Corey Graves says The Church is looking to take over Smackdown and Nathan winning the United States title tonight could be the start of that. Byron Saxton is suspicious because we don’t see the rest of the Church of Seth Rollins out here right now.

*ELITE*

CHAD GABLE
makes his way out getting loud cheers from the live crowd. He turns to KURT ANGLE who has walked out to the entrance ramp with him and says a few words to his mentor before heading to the ring alone. Byron Saxton says we have seen Gable rise under the guidance of Kurt Angle and become a true champion. Corey Graves wonders if Gable is wary about the lack of Church members at ringside. Gable stands across the ring from Frazer as the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!

Match 3: United States title match: Chad Gable © vs Nathan Frazer

Match summary:
Gable early on is quite tactical and tries to pick his spots to bring Frazer down to the mat but the high-flier is not having any of it, overwhelming Gable with a frantic pace! Frazer even starts to get some cheers from the live crowd, showing off what he can truly do between the ropes. Gable turns the tides though as he catches Frazer as he leaps off the ropes and SLAMS HIM DOWN WITH A WICKED GERMAN SUPLEX! The crowd is impressed and Gable starts to target the right leg of Frazer!

Gable brings him down to the mat, cutting the pace right out of Frazer and slowly wears him down but Frazer makes sure to do whatever he can to avoid getting locked into the ankle lock. The crowd cheers for Gable but also pops for Frazer’s offense but going high risk ends up sealing his fate! Frazer climbs to the top rope and looks to dive off onto Gable… BUT GABLE MOVES AND FRAZER LANDS AWKWARDLY ON HIS RIGHT LEG! Winner via submission and still United States Champion: Chad Gable (10:48)

The crowd cheers as Chad Gable drops the right leg of Nathan Frazer and celebrates his retention of his United States title tonight. Corey Graves on commentary puts over both men but points out that Gable stuck to his game plan and waited for Frazer to make a mistake which he pounced on to win. Priest stands tall over the two Cruiserweights looking furious and promises the pair of them this is not over as he sees security coming over to stop him!

We then cut elsewhere backstage to see ROMAN REIGNS and JACOB FATU walking out of The Bloodline locker room. They walk for a little bit before being stopped by KAYLA BRAXTON! She asks the pair about the damage they have done the last few weeks to several members of the roster. Fatu looks angry but Roman puts a hand forward stopping him as Roman looks to speak. Roman says the chaos they have caused is a message to the entire roster.

Roman says the roster should learn that there are consequences to messing with The Bloodline and getting in their way. Jacob chimes in saying I LOVE YOU ROMAN and says he is the real monster around here. He dares Braun to try him… ALEISTER BLACK LEAPING ONTO HIM LAYING IN A BUNCH OF SHOTS! THE MYSTERIOS
make their way out getting cheers from the live crowd. REY MYSTERIO touch masks with a few kids in the front row. DOMINIK MYSTERIO smiles and waves to the live crowd. Corey Graves says The Mysterios will be looking for revenge tonight against The Usos. Byron Saxton calls this an effective number-one contender’s match within the tag team division, with the winner surely next in line to take on Heavy Machinery.

*DONE WITH THAT (DAY ONE REMIX)*

THE USOS
make their way out getting loud boos from the live crowd. JEY USO and JIMMY USO put their fingers in the air, showing the ones to the live crowd before walking to the ring with a purpose. Corey Graves says Roman has sent The Bloodline on a mission to take over and win all the gold they can. Byron Saxton says Jey Uso made his return helping to attack The Mysterio and Heavy Machinery. Jimmy Uso steps into the ring whilst Rey starts for the Mysterios.

Match 4: The Mysterios vs The Usos

Match summary:
Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio are fired up early on, dominating the match and looking to hammer The Usos with a series of blows as revenge for a couple of weeks ago. The Usos weather the storm in the early stages of the match and manage to isolate Dominik Mysterio, working over the legend’s son as the match goes on and using all of their tricks as a tag team to keep Rey out of the match!

Rey is getting more and more concerned for his son and it soon becomes clear that this is not just about The Usos getting the win but hurting The Mysterios! They start to go after the leg of Dominik in brutal fashion and hit a LEGBREAKER COMBO WHILE HE IS TRAPPED IN THE RING! Rey tries to run in to help his son but is taken out with a DOUBLE SUPERKICK! Jey locks in the TEQUILA SUNRISE AND DOMINIK TAPS OUT!

Winners via submission: The Usos (8:40)

The crowd loudly boos as Dominik gets tossed down to the mat and The Usos stand tall with a wicked smirk on their face. Dominik is in agony and clutching his leg which he can be heard saying is broken. The Usos are not done with their celebrations and look to Rey Mysterio who is checking on his son… ATTACKING HIM WITH A SERIES OF PUNCHES TO THE HEAD! They grab hold of him looking to do similar damage to Rey Mysterio…

*METALINGUS*

EDGE RUNS OUT JOINED BY THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS HEAVY MACHINERY!
He sprints to the ring and The Usos are quick to flee, running away now being behind in the numbers game. Heavy Machinery dare them to come back to the ring and fight them right now. Edge meanwhile checks on not only his friend Rey Mysterio but also looks to check on Dominik Mysterio who is struggling to move on the mat as we cut to a commercial break.

When we return from the commercial break, we see WWE Tag Team Champions HEAVY MACHINERY backstage standing next to Universal Champion ALEISTER BLACK and KEVIN OWENS joined by KEVIN PATRICK looking for an interview. He asks why they request this time and Owens says from one Kevin to another they have a challenge they need to throw out to The Bloodline!

Aleister Black says they want to fight The Bloodline in the middle of the ring next week and they want to show that they plan on staying in their way! OTIS DOZOVIC chimes in saying The Usos have been hiding for them and they want to bring that to an end. TUCKER KNIGHT says they spoke to Shawn Michaels and they will put their WWE tag team titles on the line at Roadblock, promising to break The Usos as revenge for their recent actions!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We next see EMBER MOON sitting backstage on a chair with an angry stare and says people are quick to forget what she did last year. We see clips of Ember Moon winning the WWE Women’s title at WrestleMania 36 against Asuka as she says she proved she belongs at the top of the Women’s division but had a few setbacks. We see clips of her losing the WWE Women’s title to Bayley and then her losses to not only Bianca Belair and Taynara Conti. Ember promises to break all the hussies who get in her way and destroy whoever waits at WrestleMania even if it is Asuka one more time!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We then cut to a medical room backstage, with DOMINIK MYSTERIO getting checked out by the medical team in a bad way. EDGE and REY MYSTERIO watch on wondering how bad the injury is. Edge and Rey both talk about how tough injuries can be early in their career citing their own struggles in the past. Rey mentions that it feels even worse when you watch it happen to your own son. Edge nods and says it’s why wonders if he even wants his daughters to step into the ring.

Before either man can carry on… SHINSUKE NAKAMURA AND DOMINIK DIJAKOVIC storm into the room! Edge and Rey Mysterio are taken by surprise as the duo lay a beating on the veterans with ZELINA VEGA shouting instructions to the duo. They beat down the veteran as a bunch of medical staff fled. Dominik tries to limp over to help his father… BUT DIJAKOVIC HITS HIM WITH FEAST YOUR EYES! Nakamura finishes laying out the legends as The Ungovernables stand tall heading into the final commercial break of the show.

When we return from the commercial break, the commentary team confirms that on next week’s Smackdown Live, we will see Bianca Belair team with Fire and Desire to take on Franky Monet, Dana Brooke and Billie Kay in trios action. They also confirm at Roadblock that the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman will take on Jacob Fatu in a battle of the monsters!

*HEY BRO*

MATT RIDDLE
makes his way out getting cheers from the live crowd. He is all by himself as he walks to the ring and the commentary team comments on the fact we once again don’t see any of Alpha Academy out here, wondering if they are keeping an eye backstage in case of further attacks by The Church of Seth Rollins.

*VISIONARY*

SETH ROLLINS
makes his way out next and cockily chuckles to himself, soaking the boos from the crowd in! Corey Graves says we saw Seth return in the Royal Rumble, coming this close to winning the match losing out to Daniel Bryan. Byron Saxton says Seth will want to lock a spot in the chamber to not only get his Universal title back but also get his hands on Aleister Black. Seth Rollins stands across from Matt Riddle as the referee calls for the bell to get the match underway!

Main event: Elimination Chamber Qualifier: Seth Rollins vs Matt Riddle

Match summary:
Seth Rollins is a bit cocky early on and mocks Matt Riddle in the opening stages, taking him a bit lightly… AND EATS A KNEE TO THE JAW FROM RIDDLE! Riddle fires off a series of punches in the corner and shows off his superior power in the ring, tossing him across the ring! Riddle is in total control and traps him in the middle of the ring looking to hammer him with a series of hard elbows, wailing on the self-proclaimed savior!

Seth Rollins looks to be in danger but starts to fight back, using his experience in the ring by targeting the back of Matt Riddle! Seth Rollins keeps the pressure up and Riddle finds he is unable as the match goes on to use his usual array of powerful MMA-based offense to keep up. In the closing stages, Riddle has a final flurry but Seth avoids a KNEE STRIKE AND HITS A SLINGBLADE! Riddle is on the mat and Seth runs the ropes connecting with a CURB STOMP for the win!

Winner via pinfall: Seth Rollins (12:05)

Seth Rollins gets to his feet and sticks his arms out soaking in the boos from the live crowd. The commentary team comments on Seth earning the victory thanks to his experience and now will be locked inside the elimination chamber with Aleister Black but also his former SHIELD brother Roman Reigns. Smackdown Live fades to black as we see in different locations Aleister Black and Roman Reigns watching on with scowls on their face!

- Seth Freakin Rollins is the last man to qualify for the Elimination Chamber by beating Alpha Academy member Matt Riddle...I mean Seth Rollins still wants the WWE Universal Championship seeing as how he lost it at Survivor Series to Aleister Black and then got burned literally for his trouble by Aleister Black. Rollins never got his 1 on 1 rematch but he gets his rematch inside the Chamber though

- The Ungovernables vs Edge and a partner I won't be surprised if Edge's partner ends up being either Rey Mysterio or Christian

- But The Bloodline could walk out with gold at Roadblock especially if Roman wins the Chamber and then Naomi wins the WWE Women's Championship and The Usos end up beating Heavy Machinery to become WWE Tag Team Champions...just imagine

- The Men's Elimination Chamber field is set for Roadblock...Aleister Black having to defend his WWE Universal Championship inside the Chamber against 5 other guys and those guys being AJ Styles of The OC, Finn Balor of The OC, Kevin Owens, The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins...who says Black even makes it to WrestleMania 37 in Dallas, Texas as WWE Universal Champion? Odds of that are not looking good right now that's for sure. Will it truly be every man for himself in that Chamber? You have 2 OC members in that Chamber in Styles and Balor and they have been bumping heads for a while now.

- Plus whoever wins the Elimination Chamber yeah they will be the WWE Universal Champion going into WrestleMania 37 but they will have to defend that title against 2021 Men's Royal Rumble Match winner Daniel Bryan

- Bryan being the Men's Royal Rumble Match winner needs to have a match before his WrestleMania main event so putting him up against Murphy, I rate it

- Women's Elimination Chamber is set also with the winner facing whoever the WWE Women's Champion is whether that be Asuka or Naomi at WrestleMania 37 and the participants being Xia Li, Tay Conti, Ember Moon, WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Bayley, WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair...we will see if every woman is for herself in the Chamber? Considering we have friends going up against friends in the Chamber like Xia Li/Tay Conti and the Tag Champs Bayley & Sasha...who turns on who? Especially if you want a shot at main eventing WrestleMania 37. My pick to win the Chamber on the Women's side is Bianca Belair. She's been white hot for a while now.

- Jacob Fatu vs Braun Strowman is a match I really wanna see...2 monsters going at it...King Kong up against Godzilla...I just wanna see these 2

If I do a year 3 (as toying with doing an AEW thread post 2024 All Out after finishing WM37) I might tbf but I would have to think where to fit them. Deffo not a bad idea at all tho. If anything from the more current stuff I might do more foreign PPVs and stuff

My predictions as far as the 8 women from RAW and Smackdown who end up in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match on Night 1 in this diary at WrestleMania 37 in Dallas, Texas:

- Ember Moon (Smackdown)
- Liv Morgan (RAW)
- Nia Jax (RAW)
- Tay Conti (Smackdown)
- Sasha Banks (Smackdown)
- Bayley (Smackdown)
- Zelina Vega (RAW)
- Tegan Nox (RAW)

Belair I have her in the WWE Women's Championship match at WrestleMania 37 hence why I don't have her in my Money in the Bank Ladder Match; she wins the Chamber to face either Asuka or Naomi at WrestleMania 37

Then my predictions for Night 2 for Men's Money in the Bank...4 RAW superstars 4 Smackdown superstars

- Sami Zayn (RAW)
- Kevin Owens (Smackdown)
- Edge (Smackdown)
- Braun Strowman (Smackdown)
- Rey Mysterio (Smackdown)
- Andrade Cien Almas (RAW)

- Bobby Lashley (RAW)
- Drew McIntyre (RAW)

Main event:

Isla Dawn defeated Jinny via pinfall (4:46)
Daniel Garcia defeated Apollo Crews via submission (10:07)
Lucha House Party and Breezango defeated The Singh brothers, Tony Nese and Danny Burch via pinfall (3:57)
Fire and Desire defeated Medusa Complex via pinfall (6:16)
Main event: Ricochet defeated James Storm via pinfall (12:28)

Recap for Fastlane:

Women’s Universal title Iron Survivor match: Liv Morgan vs Nia Jax vs Ruby Riott vs Shayna Baszler vs Tegan Nox

The Women’s Universal title scene got thrown into chaos when it was announced that Charlotte Flair had injured her leg at a house show and had to vacate her Women’s Universal title. However, when there is chaos, an opportunity presents itself and in the Fastlane main event a new Women’s Universal Champion will be crowned in the first-ever Iron Survivor match to take place on the main roster. The rules are as follows:
  • Two women start the match
  • Every 5 minutes a new woman enters the match until all 5 women have entered and we enter the final 10 minutes
  • The person with the most falls wins and this can earned via Pinfall or Submission
  • If you lose a fall via Pinfall, Submission or you get DQ’d, you must enter the penalty box for 90 seconds
  • If the number of falls are tied, everyone tied enters sudden death where the next fall wins!
Tegan Nox who originally was going to fight Charlotte Flair for the Women’s Universal title match has been given the final entry into the match due to her guaranteed title shot. Some argue this might be a curse rather than a blessing but would you want to risk starting with a fresh Nia Jax? Shayna Baszler is another dangerous threat in the match and will be looking to break everyone’s limbs after attacking her pregnant best friend Ronda Rousey. Last but not least we have the former tag team partners Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott ready to go to war with each other. Who will be the Iron Survivor and advance to WrestleMania 37 as Women’s Universal Champion?

WWE title match: Samoa Joe © vs Kofi Kingston

Samoa Joe has been dominating Monday Night Raw and holding the WWE title with an iron grip. He has taken on anyone who has tried to take him down since dethroning Drew McIntyre after winning King of the Ring. And Joe was without a clear challenge as we rolled into Fastlane, until he interrupted The New Day after they spoke to Daniel Bryan. The 2021 Royal Rumble winner Bryan Daniel confirmed he will fight for the Universal title at WrestleMania 37 and left Big E to confirm he would use his Money in the Bank briefcase for a WWE title shot at the showcase of the immortals.

Samoa Joe would come out to the ring and mock Big E promising he made the biggest mistake of his career. Big E and Joe would throw some barbs with Kofi defending his best friend and Joe would comment on his King of the Ring run saying he beat Big E and Woods but not Kofi. He would issue a challenge to Kofi for Fastlane and the former WWE Champion would accept. Big E and Kofi these last two weeks have talked about how great it would be to fight each other at WrestleMania 37 but Joe wants to crush their dreams and show Big E what he is in for.

Intercontinental title: Isaiah “Swerve” Strickland © vs Sheamus

Sheamus has one goal left before he retires and ends his Hall of Fame-worthy career: Win the Intercontinental title. He has done it all in the WWE: World, United States, Tag Team, Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank but there is just one title left for him to win. Swerve Strickland though has no intention of letting go of his Intercontinental title. The champion has made it clear he will do whatever it takes to stay champion and attacked Sheamus with a steel chain on Raw. What state will Sheamus be this Sunday and will he achieve the last thing left to tick off?

NXT title match: Keith Lee © vs Dolph Ziggler

Keith Lee is having a truly stand-out reign at the top of the NXT’s Men division having held onto the title for over 7 months. He has taken on all comers and whilst he lost his North American title in a ladder match to Damian Priest, he has stood atop even being a highlight of the Royal Rumble making it to the last few entrants. Ziggler meanwhile became a Cruiserweight champion for the first time in his career but felt humiliated by the ease Keith removed him from the rumble. Can Ziggler be the one to find Keith Lee’s limit or will Keith Lee stay NXT Champion, heading into a collision course with United Kingdom Champion WALTER!

Bobby Lashley vs Big E

Bobby Lashley made his return in the Royal Rumble after missing over 6 months on the shelf with injury and made a good impression in the match. However Big E would eliminate him from the match and it was a familiar story for Bobby Lashley, having been fingertips away from winning Money in the Bank at WrestleMania 36 before Big E powerbombed him off the ladder. Bobby would spend the months after WrestleMania 36 being chased by the Hurt Business but injuries derailed his momentum.

Big E meanwhile has risen and picked up wins over former World champions whilst being super close to big wins: Runner-up in the King of the Ring, Final 4 in the Royal Rumble. Both men come into this match needing a win for different reasons: Big E to prove he belongs in a WrestleMania main event and Bobby Lashley to prove it should be him instead. With The Hurt Business lurking in the background, who will walk out of Fastlane the winner?

World tag team titles match: Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin (c) vs Mustache Mountain

Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin were the first two men to win gold for The Hurt Business, almost leading the way for the group to take over and dominate Monday Night Raw. The tag team division has seen several teams step up but Mustache Mountain is the next team to try to take them down, looking for revenge after the tag team champions cost Tyler Bate against Lio Rush. Former NXT tag team champions will the Brits make it to the top of the mountain or will The Hurt Business stay on top?

Cesaro, Ilja Dragunov and Sami Zayn vs Andrade Cien Almas, Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo

The Ungovernables were the force on Monday Night Raw going into WrestleMania 36 with Andrade on top of the world as Universal Champion. However he soon lost his grip on his crown and after Aleister Black walked out as champion, Andrade fought to get his power back. He took out Brock Lesnar and beat him on PPV before losing at Summerslam to Drew McIntyre for the WWE title. In the background though, Cesaro and Ilja Dragunov were starting to get annoyed with the dirty and almost cowardly tricks Andrade plus Angel Garza would pull at times.

This led to Cesaro leaving the group and getting attacked as he left. Ilja Dragunov would make the call to attack the rest before he could get attacked and ever since Survivor Series the two former groups have been at war. The Ungovernables would issue a challenge for Fastlane in a trios match which Cesaro and Ilja accepted, finding an ally in Sami Zayn to team with them for this match. If Cesaro’s team wins, he will get a singles match with Andrade at a place of his choosing. Will the Swiss Superman get the match he wants?

Pete Dunne vs Tommaso Ciampa

In a battle royal on Monday Night Raw for a show at the WWE title, Ciampa hit Dunne with a brutal knee to the skull. Dunne picked up an eye injury in the match thanks to this and missed the Royal Rumble. Ciampa would carry on his assaults on members of the Raw roster taking out Drew McIntyre. In the main event of the same show, Ciampa took on Big E but lost when Pete Dunne returned, distracting the former NXT Champion. The two men have been brawling ever since and who will gain momentum going into WrestleMania 37.

Rhea Ripley and Beth Phoenix vs Natalya and Marina Shafir

At Summerslam, Natalya turned heel when she joined the MMA Horsewomen costing Beth Phoenix not only the Women’s Universal title but her career. Natalya and The MMA Horsewomen would make a lot of enemies for the rest of the year, including Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley! Rhea initially wanted to fight Shayna Baszler at Fastlane but with the former Women’s Universal Champion in the Iron Survivor match.

Rhea would issue a challenge for Natalya and any of her friends, leading to Natalya challenging her with Marina Shafir joining her in the match. Rhea would reveal a big surprise on Raw and confirmed her partner at Fastlane will be BETH PHOENIX wrestling for the first time since her return in the Rumble eliminating Natalya. Will Beth get some measure of revenge on Natalya or will the MMA Horsewomen defeat the dream team?

Pre-show:

Xavier Woods vs Oney Lorcan

Xavier Woods on Monday Night Raw would make it clear going into 2021 that he is looking to prove he is worthy of being a singles champion on Raw. He picked up a huge win over a former World Champion Dolph Ziggler and issued a challenge to anyone to fight him on Raw. Oney Lorcan would accept the challenge and promise to make him fight for any win. Who will win when these two Cruiserweights collide?

The Street Profits vs Heath Slater and Rick Boogs

Jeff Jarrett would return to the WWE in the Royal Rumble and one of the most carny men in the industry would set about trying to get Heath Slater and Rick Boogs into tag team title contention. The Street Profits meanwhile are looking to get back into form after Montez Ford returned from injury. Jeff would speak to The Street Profits and get this match made for the pre-show. Which team will win and put themselves in tag team title contention?
