The two things that could have started the era was the screwjob and Stone Cold beating Michaels at 'Mania 14 for the WWF title with Mike Tyson.

The Attitude Era began after Austin won King of the Ring 1996 in my opinion. He cut the Austin 3:16 promo and set off all his success from that point on. In the fallout of the event, Austin called out Hart and that would be his first official feud as Stone Cold Steve Austin. Plus there's also what Brandon said. In a way, Hart had a big impact on the Attitude Era, though I do in a way understand how you could feel he wasn't vital to its success. Overall, I'd say he was little more than a bit player, and a pawn in Vince's grand scheme. If he wasn't on this game, I wouldn't give a damn, so I sorta agree with you, sorta don't.

That being said, if you're going to put Mankind in, you may as well put Dude Love in. Plus, it's going to look stupid to only have 3 faces of Foley, when famously, there are 4 faces of Foley.

I read through every post on this site and nobody here is even close to swearing as much as you do. Plus, who the hell do you think you are, swearing about Owen Hart's wife? You are an arrogant, spoiled little brat who doesn't know anything about how the world works. If you think you're being cool by swearing, trust me, you aren't.

No, but there are times to swear, and you've been really disrespectful towards Owen's wife, which is unacceptable.

That being said, if you're going to put Mankind in, you may as well put Dude Love in. Plus, it's going to look stupid to only have 3 faces of Foley, when famously, there are 4 faces of Foley.

If it was only about me though, I would only have put Mankind in the game as he was Foley's most famous face. In fact, if it was only about me, there wouldn't be 32 attitude era wrestlers. There would be 32 more current wrestlers (Including FCW's top stars). Now that would be awesome!

Actually, I don't mind Dude Love being in the game. He did take part in one of the most recognizable Attitude Era matches (Over the Edge 1998).

I think they should've taken it one step further and included all the contestants from the Tough Enough revival. Instant draw!

I was actually going to mention KOTR '96 but I was having a hard enough time convincing him 1997 was apart of the AE so I didn't bother! :

It's not a popular opinion but to me the Attitude Era was May '96 - May '02.

The Attitude Era to me didn't die not until WWE retired the Attitude logos.

(I started in May of 1996 becuase to me the nWo had an equal amount to do with as did ECW.)
