My favorite part about the show is the adaptations of songs like all the Radiohead ones

Then in season 2 they used Runaway by Kanye in the trailer and have a version of CREAM by the Wu-Tang Clan later in the season

I've been watching Spaced and it's amazing. If you like any of the Cornetto trilogy like Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz, you'll really enjoy this. I love the references in the show and the fact Simon Pegg is legit just playing PS1 games during some episodes. I already saw Resdient Evil and Tomb Raider so far. I love this show.

I watched Nightstalker too. Great true crime series with good production value. The crime scene photos were pretty grim. Certaintly not an easy watch. Richard Ramirez probably one of the scariest people I've heard of in my life seeing all the extent of what he did. The guy had no set target and attacked anyone regardless of age or gender. It made me sick to my stomach hearing what he did.

I recently watched Haunting of Hill House (really good) and Narcos (enjoyable but overrated).

I started Entourage yesterday, I watched a whole season and it felt like nothing happened. I'm not sure I'll watch it all if it doesn't change, which never happens from what I heard.

Just finished this Turkish mini series called Şahsiyet which according to wiki translates to "Persona" and it blew me away. It's 12 episodes all an hour which a few longer about this old man who's diagnosed with alzheimer's and decides to just start fucking murdering people for revenge for something in the past but you don't know what and all the secrets end up unfolding throughout the show which was the best part. It all revolves around this little village of Kambura where all the main characters have something that ties then towards it as it's been a cesspool of corruption for years and years. They laid out hints where I pieced parts of it together but then there were some swerves that just blew everything wide open. 10/10 tbh

I've been slacking since I finished Squid Game, but it's one of those shows that captivated me so much that it's been hard to find anything else to scratch the itch on Netflix.

I tried watching Alice in Borderland, but it lost me after a couple of episodes. The tone of it was very different than what I was expecting. I went in to the show the entirely wrong way, but I might give it another shot eventually.

Hellbound just dropped, so I'm going to make my way through that. I really liked the first episode a lot, and I can feel some of the Train to Busan influences in it. Easy for me to get in to as I've liked the director's work already.

Squid game is one of those shows that really did nothing for me. I watched the preview then listened to people gush over it so i stayed away.

My 5 yo however is all about it and wants to watch it. I, however will not let her. The violence and stuff doesn't bother me for letting her watch it, the fact that people won't shut up about it is what bothers me.

I don't watch much on TV anymore besides wrestling. I can't wait for Cobra Kai and Stranger Things to drop though. Those shows are the only reason I have Netflix.

Started watching Arcane today. I played League a bit in college and read a few of the comics Marvel printed about it, but I'm not super familiar with the lore. Enjoying it so far though, wasn't sure if I'd like the animation at first but it's cool af.

Nearly finished Hellbound. Not a lot of episodes, so was easy to work through. Really good show, bit confusing at times.

I feel that way a lot, you just have to keep trying shows out until something scratches the itch. I can usually tell by a couple of episodes. It's hard for me to get in to a whole new world with new characters when I've been invested in other ones, so I share the sentiment of being more hyped for new seasons of shows like Stranger Things more than anything else.

The thing that pisses me off the most about Netflix shows is waiting 2 or more years between seasons. Shit is ridiculous. There is really no reason to wait that long. That is why a lot of them fizzle out. That is why so many don't get anyone invested in them.
