@Mermaid Man and while I can't recreate your example logo perfectly or have the exact jersey you want, I'm satisfied with the look so far and I think you'll like it!
I have every player in the positions you want them, the archetypes for every player is BEEF or "Hard and Fast." For pitches, since there are no "Sweeping Curves" or Sinkers, I went with a default loadout for your pitchers of a Four-Seam, Two-Seam, Fork Ball, Curve, Slider. All that is left is to change the names to the ones you want... AND one more thing.
Currently your team is all B rank, that A: doesn't add up to the proper points, and B: Isn't as fun.
So what I'm asking is, how do you want your overalls to be distributed?

A- 7
B+ 6
B 5
B- 4
C+ 3
C 2
C- 1
D+ 0
These are the point values I have given to each overall, with D+ being the cut-off. The
MAX IS 102 POINTS. That was the purpose of the Overall grade spot, lol.
If you don't feel like doing it all, then what I would not mind to do as a compromise is tell me how many higher ranked guys you would want of those overalls (like A- to S) and where they generally are. (MAX ONE S RANKED PLAYER IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE ONE) Like say you want stronger pitching since all of them are B ranked and therefore currently have both your Starters and Bullpen as average, then you can tell me to put at least one or two A-area players in the starting rotation or bullpen, and I'll lower a field position or two's overall to balance it and etc.
