The show opens a video showing a short recap of last show’s events where it started when JBL announced a big eight man tournament to decide who will be the first ever Wreckless Wrestling Champion. Then it also features some of last week’s match and confrontation that started by Regal earning a spot at the tournament by beating Kofi Kingston then it followed by the Blackpool Brawler confronting John Morrison about their match in this who then followed by RVD beating Stevie Richards and then CM Punk comes in after to have some words with RVD. Booker T and Ted Dibiase also have a heated face off following what happened on the first episode and finally the video shows some of the hot spots last show’s T.L.S. main event where the duo of Matt Sydal and Jack Evans won the match and proved that they are one of the greatest tag teams in the company.

QWERTY by Linkin Park then plays and pyros start to burst around the stage as the second episode of Wreckless Wrestling is about to start.

Joey Styles: Welcome to the third installment of Wreckless Wrestling! Tonight we give you the first round of an explosive eight man tournament for the coveted Wreckless Wrestling title! Hi! I am Joey Styles along with my broadcast colleague, Shane Douglas.

Shane Douglas: Welcome to the home of the Franchise! Wreckless Wrestling and here’s your former champion turned into one of the most charismatic and intelligent announcer’s, Shane Douglas presenting you tonight’s show with a bang!

Joey Styles: Then how about we start this show and let Shane stop talking!

Shane Douglas: Shut Up Joey!

Match 1 – Championship Tournament - Round 1: John Morrison vs. William Regal

Joey’s wish came true as John Morrison’s theme shuts Shane Douglas up and the Shaman of Sexy enters the stage with his usual entrance ritual and lots of cheers coming from his fans. Morrison then struts his way down the ramp while pointing his waits, telling his fans that he will be winning the strap in the near future. Then William Regal’s music bursts the speakers and the Blackpool Bad-ass, William Regal exits the curtains with a cold stare coming from his eyes and he walks down the aisle in his black shiny robe and ignoring the fans. The two faces off at the middle of the ring and Regal knocks his opponent down with a huge forearm without taking off his robe. The Angry Englishman then takes off his robe and he throws it down the mat and continues beating down Morrison. The Guru of Greatness tries to get on his feet and Regal helps him up but then he was knocked out again after his opponent delivers him a devastating clothesline. Regal then connects his opponent with a camel clutch and he starts arranging his facial features as the referee warns him. Regal then stops and he stands up and give his opponent a painful knee to his back and then followed by a Surfboard Stretch from the Blackpool Brawler. Morrison then slowly tries to rise up and escapes from the hold until he manages to slip his right hand to make it free and he throws down a punch on to Regal’s gut. Morrison then starts doing some offenses to his opponent as he throws some forearms to the side of the head and then he whips him to the ropes. Regal bounces back as Morrison catches him with a high drop kick and then followed by a nice leg drop down to his sternum and he goes for the first cover of the match but Regal kicks out. The two continues to exchange some offenses and the match just turned into a ticking metronome until Regal finally stops Morrison’s momentum by giving him a Half Nelson Throw. Morrison is down as Regal then puts his knees on his opponent’s neck and he applies him with an armbar. The crowd starts chanting Morrison’s name for backing him up and the Shaman of Sexy returns the favor as he tries to get up. Morrison returns back to his feet and he counters Regal with a back suplex followed by multiple dropkicks until he finally knocks the Brawler down. Morrison then waits for Regal to get up and he jumps off the ropes for a Flying Chuck but Regal was lucky to duck it out and Morrion crashes down the mat. Regal then waits for his opponent from standing up and when Morrison is finally on his feet, the Blackpool Bad-ass quickly wraps his midsection from behind and he throws him with a German Suplex. Luckily for the Shaman, he able to land on his feet and when Regal turns his head, he receives a banging Super Kick from Morrison and without thinking twice, the Guru hops up the top turnbuckle and he nails Regal with the Starship of Pain and covers, 1… 2… 3… and John Morrison wins the match.

Winner – John Morrison

Shane Douglas: I can’t believe it! William Regal just lost to this kid who was lost from a space and time continuum! What a damn luck for Morrison!

Joey Styles: How’s that a luck? Morrison won the match fair and square.

Morrison starts celebrating in the ring corner with his victory when suddenly Regal, returning from his senses, struck him with a big forearm straight to his spine. Regal then starts stomping the winner of the match and then waits him to get on to his knees before he charges him with the Knee Trembler.

Joey Styles: What a despicable act from William Regal! He lost the match! Get over with it!

Shane Douglas: That’s just the right thing to do Joey! Regal much deserves to become a champion and by letting this piece of trash win is just a waste of time that he decided to put him to sleep.

We then go backstage and we see CM Punk down on his knees with his hands grasp and arms leaning at a table as he was like praying. The Straightedge Savior then rises with an evil smirk on his face and he speaks out in close up of the camera saying, “Tonight, you will see a miracle! ”. He then leaves as the camera fades to black and the show cuts off for a commercial break.

Commercial Break

Joey Styles: I have a strange feeling about this Shane?

Shane Douglas: What are you talking about? CM Punk will be having a miracle as he will beat RVD easily to advance himself to the tournament and become our first Wreckless Wrestling Champion. A Straightedge Champion is just one of the best things that could happen in this company Joey, I am seeing it now.

CM Punk’s music then plays the arena and a huge amount of heat can be heard around the arena as the Straightedge Savior, CM Punk makes his way in the ring with a big smile in his bearded face. The clean cut Superstar hops down the ramps and he slides in the ring as he prepares himself for his match. Then RVD’s music hits and the crowd pop as they wait for the arrival of the One of a Kind Superstar, Rob Van Dam but looks like he isn’t behind the curtains. The fans turned silent being clueless on what happened to the fan favorite until a cameraman goes backstage to check it out and found RVD being approached by two police officers. The fans starts throwing some boos as RVD tries to ask the officers why do them arresting him.

Rob Van Dam: What is the meaning of this? Is there problem officers?

Officer: I am sorry but someone had told us that you’re traveled here with a bag of illegal drugs.

Rob Van Dam: What? I don’t bring drugs? Who tipped you that? I swear, you can search my belongings, my locker room, you won’t see any illegal stuff in it.

Officer: One of our interns is doing it right now Rob, let’s just wait him and see what he found.

Intern: Sir, I found this inside his bag.

Officer: A bag of marijuana! What do you call these Rob?

Rob Van Dam: What!? That isn’t mine! I never bought in a bag of dope inside this arena! I swear! I can prove it!

Officer: You can prove it in our headquarters, cuff him boys!

The other officer holds RVD’s arm behind his back as he puts the handcuff on it. With a confuse look on the former ECW star, the officers escorted him out of the arena. The camera then sends us back in the ring as we see CM Punk enjoying what he just saw while the fans are booing on him.

CM Punk: People! You just have seen, Miracle! Yes! I’ve finally done an unbelievable thing and you’ve just seen it in front of your eyes! That’s what you call, Transfiguration! I suddenly transformed someone’s weakness into my own opportunity and that weakness is the addiction that you low lives also have!

CM Punk just drew a huge amount of heat after bashing the fans.

CM Punk: This won’t happen if you able to control yourself from being an addict and a trash in this society. Now, just look at your idol, RVD, he get caught by the law once again because of this weakness and because of that you will be seeing me, your grandeur savior, CM Punk getting qualified in the first round of this tournament and thanks to RVD’s shameful addiction! Haha! Now let us all rise and say Hail Punk! Hail your Straightedge Champion! You all put your hands in front of me and receive the blessings coming from me!

Punk continues praising himself as the heat coming from the crowd gets much hotter.

Joey Styles: What in the hell just happened, did Punk really won this match due to forfeit? But, RVD got framed!

Shane Douglas: RVD didn’t get framed! It was his addiction that made him deserve to be punished and that’s no frame up. Why can’t you stop drinking to much alcohol, it gives so much toxic in your brain that you can’t think well Joey!

Joey Styles: What ever you say Shane but to me this is so humiliating for RVD and a shameful act for Punk to use his opponent’s awful past just to get advanced in the tournament.

We then go inside Commissioner John Bradshaw Layfield’s office and we see the Commissioner having a talk with the Million Dollar Man and his son, Ted Dibiase.

JBL: I do have my eyes on your son Ted! He has the potential to become the future of this company! If he beat Rhyno tonight, which is next, he’ll be advancing to the semi finals and then you will see him go up the ladder until he finally gets the belt to become the new face of Wreckless Wrestling! Good Luck kid, I have lots of hopes in you.

The fans then cheers as Booker T steps inside the office and confronts all three men.

Booker T: Yeah! Yeah! Good Luck with your match Teddy, but I would like to say that you are going to face one tough S. O. B., he’s is not your typical punching bag boy, he’s the Man Beast, Rhyno and I would really like to give you the best of luck because you really need it!

JBL: What in the hell are you doing here Booker? I haven’t called you out in your Locker Room and you’re not scheduled in a match tonight so why in the hell are you doing in my office and this arena?

Booker T: And as for you Sucka! I don’t know what’s your big problem with me but I wanna tell you that you can do anything you want just to put me in misery but it won’t let me stop from getting myself in the major picture, what ever you do, I don’t care, I will be getting my ass for the coveted title whether you like it or not, so CAN YOU DIG THAT? SUCCCCKKKKKAAAA!!!!!

Booker then leaves the office with big pops coming behind from the crowd as the Head Commissioner, Ted Dibiase and his father have a disgruntled look on their faces

Commercial Break

We return from the commercials and we see Jack Swagger in front of the cameras with a big smile in his face as he looks excited with his tournament match against Jeff Hardy tonight.

Jack Swagger: Once again! You will all see one of the greatest young stars in this business in an opportunity to become a champion. Yes! Jack Swagger is again climbing up the ladder just what I deserve. Tonight, I’ll come in the ring to face one of the so called daredevils of wrestling and he’s none other than Jeff Hardy. You all love the guy but sorry to tell you, you won’t see him advance the tournament as you wall want it to be.

The crowd starts throwing boos at the All American American until Shelton Benjamin comes in to save the fans from Swagger’s talking.

Shelton Benjamin: I am sorry to butt in bro…

Jack Swagger: Bro?! Bro?! When in the hell we became friends? I never befriended a guy who has never been cared by this people!

Shelton Benjamin: Oh really! I think the guy you prefer to, is yourself! No one really cared about you. You always think you have a future with this company but a lot of fans here think you don’t have one.

The crowd starts cheering as Jack Swagger became totally upset.

Shelton Benjamin: The one who needs that title opportunity, to be honest, is me. I am the Gold Standard! I breathe gold and I live with gold! Just ask these fans and you’ll hear the answer.

The fan’s cheers got louder in response to what Shelton said as Swagger turned irritated and decides to walk out.

Match 2 – Championship Tournament – Round 1 – Ted Dibiase Jr. vs. Rhyno

Ted Dibiase’s music hits and the young cocky superstar enter the stage with a confident look in his eyes with his father, the Million Dollar Man beside him. The two walks down the ramp as the fans give them a huge heat. Then Rhyno’s music hits and the War Machine exit the curtains and raise his hands as the crowd cheers. The two faces off in the middle of the ring as the bell rings and Ted starts attacking his monstrous opponent getting the early upper hand of the match and then he throws him shoulder first to the steel post. Ted starts concentrating on the Manbeast’s shoulders as he thought it would stop his opponent from doing his finisher. Several knee falling knee strikes and stomps were performed by the Priceless One to weaken his opponent’s shoulders. Ted then whips his opponent to the ropes and as Rhyno bounces back from the ropes, the Priceless One was knocked out by a big shoulder back from his opponent. The War Machine starts getting his side of the match as he gives Ted Dibiase a high flying back body drop and covers, 1.. 2.. and he kicks out. Rhyno continues to work on his opponent by throwing him with different thunderous slams down the mat but then he always fail to make the 3 count. Rhyno’s momentum is starting to grow when suddenly, a very concerned father, the Million Dollar Man enters the ring to let Rhyno lose his sight to his son for a while. The Man Beast approaches him but before he able to lay his hands on to the Millionaire, Ted knocks him down with a chop block and starts throwing him with some punches to his head. Ted is once again backed up and starts beating down Rhyno until he was countered again by the War Machine as he catches him from charging and receives a spine tingling belly to back suplex. Rhino stands back and rages on to Ted knocking the young superstar around the ring until he starts aiming for the Gore. The fans cheer as Rhino attempts for his first Gore of the night but he was failed as Ted uses the referee as a shield and Rhino knocks the poor official down out cold. This gives Ted some time to do some payback, and with some help from his father, they start giving some double stomps at a cornered Man Beast. The two then were stopped as Booker T comes in the stage to save his friend from a handicap brawl. Booker joins the three and catches a charging Ted Dibiase with a spinebuster and then a knocking jaw kick to Million Dollar Father. Booker then waits for Dibiase to get up and he connects him with a Scissors Kick. Booker then rolled out of the ring as both Rhyno and the referee is getting back on to their feet. Ted then gets up and unaware of Rhyno charging him with the Gore perfectly, he covers, 1… 2… 3… and Rhyno advances to the Tournament.

Winner - Rhyno

Joey Styles: What a match! Rhyno just get himself advanced into Round 2 of the Tournament!

Shane Douglas: Yeah! And all thanks to Booker T. Why does he always want to get in the spotlight? He’s a no good has been! He better get over with it Joey!

Joey Styles: I think he just did some payback from what happened to him with his match with Ted Dibiase and he also saved a friend from a 2 in 1 assault. I think he didn’t mean to “steal the spotlight”, he just did the right thing Shane.

Shane Douglas: Bah! Say all you want you biased fool!

We then go backstage as the fans make some noise after seeing Jeff Hardy in front of the camera preparing for his main event match tonight against Jack Swagger.

Jeff Hardy: Since last year, you have seen my career as a ladder. I came up to the top and I also fell down quickly. I’ve also lost a lot of my things, my dog, and my house, everything that means a lot in my life that made me decide to screw it. I have fell down bad and thought of not getting back up but then a new light have shone me and it’s none other that this company, the Wreckless Wrestling. This gave me another chance to find my own self, to redeem myself and restart my career here. Tonight, you will see me come flying high the top turnbuckles again. The Human Highlight Reel, the Death defying Daredevil is finally back!

Commercial Break

The show returns and we see the winner of last show’s Table, Ladders and Stools main event, the Silent but Deadly team of Matt Sydal and Jack Evans are walking down the hallway when suddenly another team confronted them and they are Paul Burchill and Harry Smith, the Bulldogs.

Paul Burchill: So you think you two are this company’s greatest tag team just because you won a bloody circus of a match last week, Well, reasons why you won that match is first, you are bloody monkeys who loves hanging around just like when you grab that title.

Harry Smith: Second, it is a damn luck for you two winning that match. I’ve watches the replays for so many times and I can say it was just luck.

Paul Burchill: And finally, because you haven’t faced a team like the Bulldogs, a team that combines power and technicality.

Jack Evans: Well, say all you want, but there is still more chance for other tag teams getting their shot at the title. I say, you can prove yourselves worthy of being the most dominating team in this company if you get those shots and you can face us for the Wreckless Wrestling Tag Team title.

Matt Sydal: But for now, we would like to have some party celebrating our last week’s victory.

Jack Evans: See you around boys and good luck.

Shane Douglas: What a disrespectful people! They don’t know how to appreciate talent!

Joey Styles: Well, we haven’t seen the Bulldogs inside the ring as a unit so you can’t tell if they can be a potential tag team champions.

Shane Douglas: What are you talking about? Harry Smith is a powerhouse and Paul Burchill is a hell of a brawler. The two can give you a dose of smackdown that will let you fell asleep for weeks!

Main Event – Championship Tournament – Round 1 – Jack Swagger vs. Jeff Hardy

We go back in ringside as Jack Swagger’s music starts to play around the arena and the crowd show a huge amount of heat as the All American American enters the stage showing up some swagger with his usual strut towards the ramps. Swagger enters the ring and he warms up while he waits for his opponent to arrive. Swagger is doing some couple of stretches when the Rainbow Haired Warrior’s theme blows the speakers and the fans go pop as Jeff Hardy jumps out of the curtains while fireworks starts shooting beside the stage. Jeff walks down the ramps, slapping hands with the fans and he quickly slides inside the ring to approach his main event opponent. The bell rings and the two starts circling around the ring as the two tries to measure each other until Jeff manages to take his opponent down with an arm wrench. Jack counters with a big kick to Jeff’s midsection and then he gets up and throws his opponent down with a shoulder block. Jack tries to grab his opponent back to his feet as Jeff kicks him in the head and he spears his opponent down and gives him a couple of punches in the head. Swagger manages to defend himself and fights back with a big forearm, stunning Hardy. Swagger then shoves his opponent away and he gets up. Jeff follows as Swagger catches him with a big belly to belly suplex. This gave Swagger an opportunity to put his opponent to a wrestling clinic.

Swagger starts capitalizing Jeff with various grappling holds down the mat as the Rainbow Haired Warrior tries to escape but then Swagger smacks him with a big forearm to his head. Swagger continues to gain some momentum when he helps his opponent from getting up and then throws him down with some various throws and takedowns. Swagger then puts Hardy in an Abdominal Stretch to apply more pressure on Hardy’s gut. Hardy manages to slip one of his hands and he countered Swagger with a Russian Leg Sweep. Hardy tries to get back in the match as he waits for his opponent to get up and he charges but Swagger catches him with a Spinbuster and covers, 1.. 2.. and Hardy kicks out. Swagger then applies a chinlock on Hardy but the fan favorite escapes and fights back with some series of forearms to Swagger. The fans starts chanting Hardy’s name as the RHW bounces off and gives Swagger a series of flying clotheslines until Swagger manages to counter one of his offenses with a Half Nelson Slam. Swagger then whips Hardy to the turnbuckle but he counters and knocks the All American American with a Whisper in the Wind. Hardy then waits for Swagger to get up and then he kicks him to his midsection for the Twist of Fate but Swagger counters him with a big clothesline. The All American American then lifts Jeff up to his shoulders for the Oklahoma Stampede but Hardy able to slip away and he shoves his opponent to the corner. Swagger turns back and the Charismatic Enigma gives him a kick to the midsection and he finally connects the Twist of Fate. Hardy then quickly gets up the turnbuckle and he jumps off and successfully connects the Swanton Bomb and covers, 1… 2… 3… and Jeff Hardy wins the match.

Winner – Jeff Hardy
Joey Styles: What an impressive win from Jeff Hardy. The two fought hard but then Hardy still comes as the winner at the end.

Shane Douglas: I say he really pulled everything to beat one of this company’s future stars. Sad for Swagger but Jeff just made another highlight reel match.

Joey Styles: Now, Hardy needs to continue winning and he’ll be redeeming himself in no time.

Shane Douglas: That would be hard Joey! Don’t forget, John Morrison, Rhyno and the Straightedge Savior, CM Punk have also going to the Semi Finals, this will definitely going to be interesting.

Joey Styles: It sure is, but for now Wreckless Wrestling is signing out. Goodbye folks and don’t miss the next show!

The matches on this show all had good storyline development in them, and the overall best part of the show was the way the characters progressed. The matches were sometimes hard to read with a lot of mistakes with words, but otherwise the action was good. It's nice to see you're still mainly using guys who aren't already established Main Eventers like in HEW. CM Punk vs John Morrison/Jeff Hardy in the final of the tournament is where I see it going, but I'm intrigued to where RVD will come into play.

The promos were mixed. CM Punk's was easily the best of the night, I really liked the miracle angle. Jeff Hardy's was also good in terms of character development, if not short. The tag team promo wasn't good at all, it just seemed much to generic and had no flow. JBL/DiBiase/Booker T was pretty good, nothing to complain about but nothing spectacular. Shelton/Swagger suffered from lack of character as well, but hey, it's Shelton.

Overall, it was a show of ups and downs in every department. There were a couple of good promos and a couple of bad ones, but with this being a fairly new BTB there's to be a lack of character somewhat expected with some superstars. The matches were solid, but the grammatical things did take them down a peg. The feuds do look interesting though, especially where CM Punk goes from here. Just keep doing what you're doing, but focus on changing up the characters and try and work on your match writing in terms of what words you're going to use.
