The WPC Grand Championship (formerly the World Prediction Championship) is the biggest prize in the WPC and has been a mainstay for all of the four previous seasons (2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023). The belt has been held by eighteen different predictors with Chris having held the title a record six times. The title has been competed for in many forms and shots at the belts have come in many variations, but one thing is constant. This is the one that everyone wants.

The Tag Team Wrestling Championships were introduced after the WPC Tag League 2021, which saw a total of seven teams compete in a round robin tournament to become the best tag team in WPC. The winner Shinjuku Murder Club & Dream Warriors then face each other in the first ever match for the vacant belts, that rely not just on the predictions of one person but the combined results of both partners. The belt design used during 2021 & 2022 (Season Two & Season Three) have been retired, in favour of a new design for 2024 (Season Five).

The belts get a new name and new face for 2024, although retain all of the previous history of the division and will now be referred to as the WPC World TagTeam Wrestling Championship. The new champions will be crowned later on in the spring.

The WPC Grand Prix Event Championship was created in 2021 during what was originally set to be a hiatus period for Davey Wrestling at the host and was the title that originally planned to be for the short-term and nothing more. The belt has experienced a number of rules stipulations and eligibility criteria, but now the rules are simple. Whoever is the singular winner of an event is crowned the GPE Champion and wins the 'green belt'. There are no title defences of this belts, it is simply won over the course of the event and then up made available again for the next event.

Season Five begins with there have been previously 72 seperate championship reigns of the belt. This year its status and prestige has been elevated to Second Tier and alongside the Grand Championship and World Tag Team Wrestling Championship will be one of three title that will makeup the new WPC Triple Crown.

The WPC King of the Mountain Championship is the newest belt to join the main roster of championship gold. The belt is awarded at the end of each calendar (a number of event will be marked as being needed to be eligible) to the predictor who has the highest win % over that number of events. The highest scoring event differentials will be used to work out the highest possible percentage and it will be indicated as such. With twelve months in the years, there can only be twelve champions. The question is, who will be the first?

WPC WORLD TAG LEAGUE

The WPC World Tag League is a tournament that takes places once a year. It is a round robin tournament that sees all teams involved face off against each other over various event before everyone has faced everyone. Whoever tops the table at the end is presented with the shield. In the first edition of the competition, the top two teams challenged for the vacant title (2021). In the second edition, the winners earned a shot at the champions (2022).

The WPC Super Series is a tournament that sees the predictors compete against each other in Head-2-Head matches firstly in a group stage round robin, before the winners advance to an elimination knockout round to become the last predictor standing and the overall winner of the WPC Super Series.

In the first tournament in 2021, a total of sixteen predictor competed in four groups of four. The four winners then advance to semi finals and then a final with the first winner of the Super Series being Jeff who beat Project Johnny in the final.

The WPC Super Series II took place during the start of the 2024 season, with twelve predictor split into two group groups of six. The top two of each league will then faced off in an eliminator, with the winner of each eliminator facing off in the WPC Super Series II Final. Deadd2009 took Christ to win the second edition of the tournament.

In 2004 (Season Five) a new structure has been created in which predictors would be awarded a WPC Triple Crown for winning the WPC Grand Championship (Primary Tier), WPC World Tag Team Wrestling Championship (Tag Tier) & WPC Grand Prix Event Championship (Second Tier). In order for this honour to be accomplished, all three titles from these three tiers must be won (or defended if you brought a title from a previous season) from Event #1 - Genesis (2024). That means that at this time of writing (7th January 2024), there is not one single predictor who has achieved the WPC Triple Crown.​

The WPC Universal Championship is awarded to whichever predictor wins the playoffs at the end of the season. Details in regards to the second playoff season (the first was won by Chris in 2021) will be shared close to the time.

- Every individual reign of a Grand Prix Event Championship earns a predictor 1 Bonus Point.
- Every individual reign of a Divisional Championship earns a predictor 2 Bonus Points.
- Winning the King of the Mountain Championship earns a predictors 3 Bonus Points.
- Winning one of the Monthly Cups earns a predictor 4 Bonus Points.
- Winning the Grand Championship earns a predictor 5 Bonus Points.
