You're ready, you're hyped, the match is going great.....and then it has the worst ending you could imagine and you're left staring at your screen, wondering what the hell you just saw and how they thought it was a good idea.
I'll start with the most recent disappointment:

Bray Wyatt vs Seth Rollins
One of the worst endings in the last while. That match could have gone so much better, and I was actually looking forward to it. Huge disappointment at the end, I think at least most people can agree that stopping the match was garbage.
Royal Rumble '94
Bret Hart and Lex Luger both win after eliminating each other at the same time.
Royal Rumbles should never have two winners, that's just dumb, no matter how you look at it. If they wanted to go with an angle where there were two people eliminated at the same time to add some drama, I would be okay with it, if they then had them go back in the ring and fight until only one gets eliminated.
