I think it's interesting that Dykstra was released. I thought you might've had something planned for him.

Matt Hardy vs. MVP being announced for Judgment Day sounds good. It should be a nice match.

I like your pay-per-view line-up and how the brands are exclusive to the pay-per-views.

Lordsofpain spotted a mistake in the MVP vs. Matt Hardy United States Championship match announcement earlier. The match had originally been announced for the Backlash PPV; however, with the new PPV schedule, this match will now take place at the Judgment Day PPV on May 18th 2008. The WWE have rectified that problem and have edited the original announcement.

--------------------

Yeah sorry guys. I totally forgot. That match announcement was written a long time before I planned to have split branded PPV's. The original message has been edited.

I'm hoping to get the Smackdown preview up in about fourteen hours. It's time for bed now, then I've got half a day at college. Then I'll be back with the Preview, with the show being posted on the weekend since it's typed up.

Sorry for this pretty unnecessary post, I just wanted to inform you that the title match between Hardy and MVP won't be taking place at Backlash, instead it will be at Judgment Day:)

WWE Friday Night Smackdown - Friday 4th April 2008

After the generic Main Event video package, Smackdown was introduced to a flurry of blue and gold pyroechnics to get the live crowd in the mood and it seemed to work. Up got the crowd as ECW's Mr. Money In The Bank CM Punk made his entrance, somewhat worn out after appearing on RAW and ECW, and taking part in each shows main event. Punk placed his briefcase down and replaced it with a microphone. After preparing himself to speak, Punk thanked everyone for such a warm reception. He noted that he was proud to be Mr. Money In The Bank, and although he wasn't greeted all that well by the ECW Champion Kane this past Tuesday night, he is going to stand by his words and remind World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker that he is the only one around in the WWE Universe with a guaranteed Championship opportunity within the next twelve months. Punk wasn't all that shocked at the immense pop The Undertaker's name received. After giving the fans their fifteen minutes of glory Punk continued stating that he doesn't know when he would be cashing in his contract, all he does know is that when he does, he's not going to be the first superstar in history to lose the match.

This brought out an enraged Rated R Superstar Edge to the ring, complete with other 'half' and Smackdown General Manager Vickie Guerrero. Vickie got the roof blown off with jeers as she demanded silence in the form of a massive 'EXCUSE ME' Not wanting to waste any time, Smackdown General Manager Vickie Guerrero said she's been watching Punk remind all of the Champions that he has a guaranteed Championship match, but tonight she wanted to give Punk a little warning of her own. Seeing as Smackdown was her show, she wouldn't allow a second rate ECW superstar to start the show. With the boos coming in thick and fast Vickie Guerrero informed CM Punk that she wouldn't tollerate CM Punk being on her show and that's why she took the time to hire some security guards to escort CM Punk out of the arena.

The sound of big muscly men walking down the ramp was enough for the crowd to shower more abuse over Guerrero. She didn't care though. The security guards entered the ring and grabbed CM Punk's arms, before hauling his ass out of the ring. Punk took this news rather well and decided to co-operate with them. However as Punk was halfway up the ramp, Vickie Guerrero reacted to something Edge whispered to her. She told the security guards to let go of Punk because she and Edge had come up with plan B. This plan would allow Mr. Money In The Bank CM Punk to stay on Smackdown for the night; however, he would be forced to compete in the main event. A main event which would see ECW's CM Punk go one on one with The Rated R Superstar Edge. This pleased the crowd, and CM Punk respectively. Punk glanced over at Edge and smirked. As Punk's music blasted across the arena Vickie Guerreor showed that she meant business as she called for the music to be stopped. Guerrero then announced that she would be taking a leaf out of Estrada's books and next week on Friday Night Smackdown, her man Edge would be getting a Wrestlemania re-match against The Undertaker, for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Upon returning from commercials a video packaged reminded fans of this past Sunday's Wrestlemania PPV when Matt Hardy returned and cost WWE United States Champion MVP the Money In The Bank Briefcase. Michael Cole and Coach then reminded everyone that a WWE United States Championship match has been added for the Judgment Day card. With that out of the way Cole announced that Matt Hardy would be MVP's special guest on the VIP Lounge tonight.

After a successful victory against Tommy Dreamer this past Tuesday on ECW, John Morrison was in tag team partner The Miz's corner for his match against Festus. Jesse stood and watched at ringside. Before the match began John Morrison snook up on Jesse whilst Miz had the referee distracted. He grabbed him and launched him right into the barricade, knocking him clean out and giving the fans something to boo about. Meanwhile Miz had hold of the ringbell. He toyed around with Festus ringing it a few times. After that he dropped the ringbell and went on the offense to Festus. The match was actually more back and fourth than you'd imagine, with Festus picking up a few near falls. However the numbers game started to take it's toll on Festus with Jesse still incapacitated on the outside. Sprawled along the floor. Morrison proved quite the distraction. He jumped up onto the apron. Miz then waited for Festus to turn around before planting him with the Reality Check. Miz then hooked the legs of Festus and got the three count.

After the bell Miz had his hand raised by the referee. Jesee rolled back into the ring to check on his partner Festus. However; Morrison stomped away at Jesse whilst The Miz went and grabbed the ring bell. Miz slid the ring bell into the ring and messed around with Festus. He rung the bell causing Festus to explode, and then rang it again causing him to stop dead in his tracks. Miz then smiled and unleashed a skull cracking shot with the bell. Festus went down clutching his head in pain. Morrison was still taking care of Jesse, stomping away at him. Morrison then held Jesse up and allowed his tag team partner The Miz to smash the ring bell off of his skull too. Jesse dropped down to the canvas like a sack of shit. With the crowd jeering loudly the WWE Tag Team Champions Miz and Morrison left up the ramp, holding their tag belts in full view before Smackdown cut away from the ringside area.

Michelle McCool continued to impress here tonight on Smackdown, showing why she's one of Smackdown's most improved divas of 2007. However, she had a huge task in Victoria. Former Women's Champion. Michelle brought everything to the table tonight as she got the advantage early on in this match. Victoria on the other hand was just too hard to keep down, or so everyone thought. Victoria reversed a Widows Peek attempt into a roll up and the referee managed to count to three, giving Michelle McCool one of her biggest victories to date.

As the sound of the bell tolled throughout the arena, an exhausted Michelle McCool had her hand raised. She was also visited by an unexpected guest. Former Smackdown general manager Teddy Long made his way out wheeling a vintage Harley motorcycle down to the ring with him. A smile appeared onto McCool's face as she realised what was going on. Teddy Long kept the bike at the ringside area and grabbed a microphone. He mentioned to McCool that the chopper was her reward for winning the diva contest that has been taking place over the last few weeks. Long smiled and shook McCools hand before placing the key in her grasp. Michelle walked over to the ropes, about to exit the ring, until an envious, psychotic Victoria jumped her from behind. Victoria clubbed at McCools back a few times, before giving her a whopping slap right across the jaw. McCool fell down and rolled out of the ring not wanting any more of the abuse. However; Victoria slid out of the ring, grabbed hold of McCools tights and launched her right into the motorcycle. The crowd couldn't beleive it. Victoria slid her hair back behind her ears, revealing greener than green eyes, staring a burning hole straight through Michelle. Victoria then snapped one of the mirrors off the bike before leaving up the ramp in a fit of rage. Michael Cole and Coach didn't have the foggiest idea what took over Victoria then.

A promotional hype video then played showing that Rey Mysterio was successful in his three consecutive surgeries. The video didn't mention a return, but just made it clear that Mr. Six-One-Nine is recovering rather quickly.

We then got another promotional video package. This time hyping up the RAW and ECW PPV WWE Backlash. Backlash was coming live Sunday April 27th from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore Maryland.

A highlight video from this past Sunday's Wrestlemania Twenty Four PPV then aired. Going through the wrestling vs. boxing bout that took place when Floyd Money Mayweather managed to defeat The Big Show with help from the brass knucks. During the match Mayweather broke Show's nose and gave him two massive black eyes. This video really hyped this as much as possible.

The Big Show was then shown pacing down the corridor with a huge smile on his face. The crowd poped big time at the sight of the smiling giant, despite having two black eyes and a broken, twisted nose. A message then appeared in the corner of the screen which read 'UP NEXT' Michael Cole and Coach then announced that The Big Show was coming down to the ring, next on Friday Night Smackdown.

**COMMERCIALS**

The music of The Big Show caused the fans to errupt as the five hundred pound giant made his way down to the ring. His eyes were clearly busted and his nose was bent out of shape. Show however had a massive smile etched across his face from ear to ear. Show made no bones about stating that his match with Mayweather this past Sunday wasn't easy. He continued stating that he received two black eyes and a broken nose at the hands of that thug. Still with a smile on his face Show informed the WWE Universe that Floyd Money Mayweather would not be showing up on WWE television ever again. The crowd popped big time at this. Show was then about to utter more words until he was interrupted by someones familiar music.

That music belonged to Smackdown's resident loudmout Mr. Kennedy. As Kennedy came out to the ring the fans didn't hide their jeers from him. Kennedy got into the ring and did his usual taunts all while laughing at The Big Show. Mocking him in some sense. Kennedy's microphone lowered from the roof and he began speaking. He told Show that he loked rough. That he looked like he went through a war this past Sunday....and lost. This comment caused Show's smile to turn upside down into an intimidating frown. Kennedy got right into Big Show's face and laughed telling him that he sucks. Kennedy then mentioned that he had a bet this Sunday. A bet that won him countless amounts of money. He bet that Show would get his ass kicked and that's exactly what happened at Wrestlemania.

With tensions rising between the two men Kennedy continued. But before he could say anymore The Big Show wrapped his mammoth sized hands around Kennedy's throat. As the crowd roared Show slammed Mr. Kennedy down to the canvas with a devastating Chokeslam. As The Big Show walked up the ramp with his smile again, the Smackdown fans roared with approval for the massive competitor. Michael Cole and Coach implied that The Big Show was still having fun on Smackdown despite losing at Wrestlemania. They then announced that next week, two other Smackdown superstars would be having some fun as father and son, Finlay and Hornswoggle returned next week on Smackdown.

**COMMERCIALS**

The Animal Batista came out on Smackdown getting one of the biggest pops of the entire night. Those pops eventually got louder as he crushed The Gold Standard Shelton Benjamin. The match started off with Benjamin slapping Batista, but this didn't go down well. Batista backed Shelton Benjamin into the corner. This was the beginning of the end for Benjamin. Batista dragged him around the ring like a rag doll before planting him with a Batista Bomb. Batista then covered Benjamin for the one, two, three!

As the Smackdown fans roared for The Animal Batista he grabbed a microphone from Justin Roberts. Batista claimed that this Sunday at Wrestlemania he defeated RAW's Umaga in the Battle Of The Brands. He then stated that it's a damn travesty that he isn't the number one contender. After more cheers from the Smackdown faithfuls Batista announced that he was taking matters into his own hands. Next week on Smackdown he would be going down to the ring to watch The Undertaker take on Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship, and after the match he would make it known to the winner that he was next in line. The Animal threw the microphon down to the canvas and trudged up the ramp. It was certainly exciting times on Smackdown.

A video package then played hyping up Smackdown's first PPV since Wrestlemania. WWE Smackdown and ECW Presents Judgment Day, Sunday May 18th 2008 live from The Qwest Center Omaha.

Footage then rolled from this past Tuesdays ECW broadcast when Big Daddy V defeated Jimmy Wang Yang, and when Big Daddy V attacked him after the match whilst Matt Sryker bigged him up.

Another video then played hyping up the recent Shawn Michaels incidents. It recapped him leaving RAW halfway through with all of his belongings. It then shows highlights of the news footage from earlier in the week about Shawn Michaels' house being engulfed in flames. Michael Cole and Coach then informed the fans that Michaels' family have now been taken into safety from local authorities, but Shawn Michaels still hasn't been seen.

**COMMERCIALS**

After the commercials, Smackdown returned with WWE United States Champion MVP stood in the ring. The ring was set up for The VIP Lounge. MVP welcomed everyone to the worlds most entertaining talkshow. He stated that tonight his guest is a man with no integrity. A man that lives off screwing other, more talented superstars. That man is none other than Matt Hardy. Hardy's name being mentioned received a mega pop. MVP told the Smackdown fans that Hardy didn't deserve to be cheered. He reminded fans that he had the Money In The Bank Ladder Match won this past Sunday at Wrestlemania until Hardy returned and screwed him. He stated that he should have injured Hardy for longer. MVP then claimed that although he isn't Mr. Money In The Bank, he is still the WWE United States Champion and that's how it's going to be for a long, long time to come.

After introducing his guest, MVP watched as Matt Hardy made his entrance slapping the ringside hands in the process. He entered he ring and stood nose to nose with MVP. Hardy was about to speak but MVP cut him off claiming that this was his show and Hardy would only speak when spoken to. This drew immense heat for MVP but he didn't give a damn. MVP asked Hardy why he gets enjoyment out of screwing people with more talent than him. Hardy then asked MVP if it was okay to speak now. This also drew alot of heat. Hardy told MVP that if he had any brains he'd shut the hell up and listen to what he has to say. Hardy told MVP that incase he hasn't seen it, an announcement was made on WWE.COM stating that Hardy would face MVP at Judgment Day. MVP laughed and told Matt Hardy that he did indeed notice that, but he knows for a fact that after Judgment Day he will still be holding the Championship. Hardy asked MVP why he's so confident. This lead to MVP attempting a Playmaker. However; Hardy countered and slammed the United States Champion with a Twist Of Fate. The crowd went wild as Hardy lifted up the United States Championship high in the air. Cole and Coach insisted that it would be a hotly contested battle at Judgment Day on May 18th.

We then got another video showing highlights from the start of tonight's show. Highlighting CM Punk reminding The Undertaker that he was the only one around with a guaranteed Championship shot, Edge coming down with Vickie kicking Punk out of the arena, only to change their minds and make Edge vs. Punk tonight. Cole announced that the main event was coming up next on Smackdown.

CM Punk and The Rated R Superstar Edge gave it everything they had in this main event. It really was a match of the year candidate already. Edge started off the better man gaining the advantage using various different moves from his arsenal. Edge then began to show signs of why he's called the ultimate opportunist. He slid out of the ring on almost every occasion Punk hit a move. Just to caatch a breather. However, this happened one too many times. CM Punk launched himself over the ropes and slammed down against Edge.

As the match progrssed CM Punk started gaining all of the momentum. The crowds cheers and applause helped this. Punk brawled away with The Rated R Superstar and went for the GTS. However, things din't go to plan. CM Punk hoisted Edge up into the air. Edge on the other hand threw a few elbows to Punk's temple. Punk let go of the hold and Edge slammed him down with a devastating spear. The crowd jeered in Edge's direction. Edge moved into the cover...BUT...the lights went out and The Undertaker's music hit the PA system.

His music continued to play, almost being drowned out by the fans. Edge stood up wondering what the hell was going on. After several more seconds the lights came back on. CM Punk was back to his feet. He lifted Edge to his shoulders and slammed him back down with a GTS. The crowd went wild as CM Punk hooked Edge's legs and the referee counted the three count.

The referee raised CM Punks hand. Michael Cole stated that it's been a fantastic week for Mr. Money In The Bank CM Punk showing up on RAW, ECW and Smackdown. He then announced that Edge will have lost momentum heading into his World Heavyweight Championship rematch with The Undertaker next week.

I really wish you wrote out full shows. I think you would be excellent at it. However, your style is good in a sense that a "lazy" reader could read it and review.

Opening promo - good set-up. From what i read you are pushing Punk to the moon and that is NOT a bad thing. Edge vs. Punk should be good and i have a feeleing it will be excellent in real life. Vickie got in an "EXCUSE ME" which keep sher in character. Also, Ede v. Taker for title is goin be freakin sweet.

match one - kinda hard to review but played well with Morrison taking out Jesse and the tag team focusing on the big man even though it is a singles match. The bell was done excellent and the match would of been a nice comedy match but still getting over Mizorrison.

Match two - Good womens action. Nice set up fued. I can see Victoria bringing in her own bike and we have liek a mAdusa/big ass japanese women fued from WCW 96 with a winner trashes the bike match at a PPV. Hopefully there is no butterfly belt that you bring in.

Promo two - good promo to set up Show/Kennedy. Feel that Kennedy should hire some ppl to help him because he won alot of money off the big show match. Don't know if that is what you are leaning towards but Kennedy should go over in this fued.

Match three- Jobber match but really Benjamin. You could of used anyone else. Local talent A, B, C all the way to Z could of been used rather than Shelton.

VIP Lounge - Best promo of the night. MVP and Hardy have good chemistry. Looks like MVP will win at JD by cheating but Hardy will win the next PPV or the one after that. Try to make this even better than their fued in 07 but it will be hard. i want a ladder match out of this..pls

Main Event - nice way to bring Taker into it and keep both men strong. Edge didnt look bad because every one in WWE history is scared of Taker and Punk didnt look bad by taking the easy roll up win but hit his finisher. Good booking

CHeck otu NWF with the first show posted and let me know what you think...

GREAT SHOW and will be a quality and valued subscriber to this thread

Car Wreckage Discovery
Sunday 6th April 2008

Earlier this morning the World Wrestling Entertainment received more news on RAW superstar Shawn Michaels. At 7am this morning local authoraties in San Antonio Texas were called to a car wreckage.

Authorities got there to find out that the car belonged to Shawn Michaels. No news has been given regarding how this disturbing car wreckage came to be. One thing must be pointed out though, and that is that no one, not even Shawn Michaels was at the scene. Police are continuing this investigation as we speak.

As always, you can keep up to date on WWE.Com whenever any more information is available.

Could you make this any more of a ripoff of real life?

Yes.

I could change the date to 2009. I could use Jeff Hardy as the protagonist. I could have Christian return at The Royal Rumble.

There are plenty of things that I could do to make it more of a rip off.

The things I'm using are just effective tools to begin a storyline. No harm in that.

Fans have noticed that Mr. Money In The Bank CM Punk has appeared on RAW, Smackdown and ECW this past week. Punk is set to play a part on ECW for the next month or so. It was planned to have him show up for extra exposure. Original plans saw CM Punk move to RAW but creative decided against it in the end. Opting to give ECW some more credibility. Punk is expected to play a part with the ECW Champion Kane for the next month.

Although messing with Edge's mind and costing him his main event match on Smackdown against CM Punk, The Undertaker did not show up. Calloway received a lighter schedule despite being World Heavyweight Champion to help heel his nagging back. We have no inside information as to whether or not Undertaker will beat Edge next week on Smackdown in the World Heavyweight Championship match, but we do know that Undertaker is either set to have a very lengthy reign, or a very short one. It will be interesting to see what happens next week when he defends the title against Edge in a Wrestlemania rematch.

WWE Creative are pleased at the way Vickie Guerrero is being perceived by the WWE fans. Some hate her for her poor acting skills, but despite that, she is still a fantastic heat magnet. Creative had plans for Edge and Vickie to get married but as far as we know, those plans have been scrapped, or at least put on the back burner until next year.

Creative on Smackdown have been storming up ideas for another Championship belt. With the divas improving every week could it be another Women's Championship? The thing we do know is that it is set to appear sometime next month on the road to Judgment Day.

Smackdown superstar Rey Mysterio was backstage at the Smackdown and ECW taping this past Tuesday. It is still unknown as to when Mysterio will be making a comeback, but he's showing signs of improvement after his recent bicep surgery. A video package highlighted the surgery this Thursday on Smackdown.

We here at PWInsider were worried after watching Shelton Benjamin, One of Smackdown's best talents get fed to Batista this past week on Smackdown. However we have information from some reliable sources that this is the beginning of an angle for Mr. Benjamin. One that is scheduled to take place over the next few months.

--------------------

Those are the news and notes. I'm planning on posting a RAW preview tomorrow, and then posting the show towards the weeks end.

Thanks for the following so far. Really appreciate it:)

WWE Monday Night RAW - Monday April 7th 2008
PREVIEW

Tonight, the superstars of Monday Night RAW continue on their paths to WWE Backlash. Last week on RAW John Cena, John Bradshaw Layfield and The Game Triple H all explained why they deserved to be the number one contender for Randy Orton's WWE Championship. However; ECW's Mr. Money In The Bank CM Punk showed up to remind the WWE Universe that he was the only one with a guaranteed Championship shot. This angered a few people, namely RAW General Manager William Regal.

Instead of sorting this Championship fiasco out, Regal booked a massive main event which saw WWE Champion Randy Orton team up with John Bradshaw Layfield, to take on the team of John Cena, CM Punk and Triple H. Everything was going well, until John Bradshaw Layfield walked out of the arena and left Champion Orton to fend for himself. Orton, not wanting anything to do with Cena, Punk and Triple H grabbed hold of a steel chair and bent it around The Game's cranium.

Tonight on RAW, General Manager William Regal has promised to sort something out as WWE Backlash gets closer. But what exactly is he going to do to sort this mess out? And who, if anyone will be heading to Backlash as the number one contender for Randy Orton's WWE Championship?

--------------------

Last week on Monday Night RAW, The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels declared himself nothing but The Heart Broke kid after ending Ric Flair's career the night previous at Wrestlemania Twenty-Four. As if that wasn't enough, Shawn Michaels left the building with all of his belongings just a few moments later, during a commercial break.

News soon got worse when early Wednesday morning, the World Wrestling Entertainment received horrific news of Shawn Michaels' family home being engulfed in flames. Local San Antonio authorities began an investigation but couldn't find anything.

As the days continued to pass like hours, there was still no sign of Michaels. Then on Sunday morning, authorities found some more devastating evidence. Shawn Michaels' car was found tipped upside down, smashed to pieces.

Just what in the hell is going on with Shawn Michaels? Is Shawn Michaels safe? Everyone at World Wrestling Entertainment wishes anyone with any kind of information to come forward and call the number that you can find here on WWE.Com

Also tonight on RAW
The volatile relationship between World Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly gets pushed to the limits as they defend their World Tag team Championships against number one contenders Cryme Tyme.

Beth Phoenix defends her Women's Championship against Maria.

General Manager William Regal has a message for Chris Jericho.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy is the special guest on Carlito's Cabana.

You can find all this and much, much more this Monday night on RAW, as the superstars continue on their journey to Backlash.

BM : Edge vs Punk..you're pushing Punk a lot and I like it, he's a threat to every champions, even though he seems a little cocky in his promos IMo, but maybe it was your goal..but he's still definitely a "must see" in your shows, good job.

WM : women's. not because it was a women's match, but for the finish. I think Michelle must have won against another diva and then being attacked by Victoria. Now we're gonna probably have another match between these two and if McCool wins in a better way it will be a little less effective IMO.

BP : Show/Kennedy. Show regained some overness with this segment, it was effective, good thing. And it clearly made him a face, that wasn't that clear in his program with mayweather IMO. I thing you're building a match with these two, hope Show wins easily lol.

WP : VIP Lounge..The segment was good but I think they shouldn't have talked. I mean, MVP put matt outta business for months after his brutal attack...Matt returned and cost MVP the money in the bank, they should have brawled all over the arena and then annouce the title match for JD. But let's see what you can do with it.

AC :I truly enjoy your BTB, it's easy to read and very pleasant. Raw, ECW and SD were really good, and I really want to see what next. What you did with all your characters is very interesting..But you angle with HBk is damn good. I want to know who did that to him, there are many choices possible. The only thing is I think you rushed it a little, maybe you should have waited between the home and the car.

Very interesting angle with Shawn Michaels. I will be tuning in to figure this angle out. The Raw card is looking good. I'll be checking this fed out. If you get a chance check out CCW, first preview is up.
