I'm going with this, as the Occult Shop actually has a few important items for my character and a few others, such as a "Ritual Dagger" which is a weapon based on knowledge and can be broken by both Mimi, Kirie, and Kouji.

I usually run without the police station since they're actually kind of useless. Unless you want funds, but you're better off getting funds by selling the random items you pick up.
