how the fuck do you get over 100 points in rep in one day? I'm lucky if I get one person to rep me in a day. And when I do its usually the guys with a rep power of 1.

What can I give.
Rep power 1 means
one a day?
one a week?
I try to rep the people I think are helping the site.
But some of us don't know all the rules.

Rep power is plainly how much rep you give a person for when you rep them. thats the number thats visible to everyone on the site. You can give as many as you want to as many people as you want. Just don't go crazy with it. your rep power increases when you get to X amount of posts and X amount of rep points. Number thats visible through your user cp.

Rep points are when people rep you. It only shows to you and no one else. When you reach 100 rep points I think it is your rep power increases by one. Hope that helped clarify what you wanted to know.

Because you gain rep power with every 200 or so posts, the person with more green boxes have more rep points than you do, but you have more rep power due to your post count and/or join date.
