I thought so too at a first glance but the roles have 3 sub roles, there are random townies, and there's a cult faction which should hedge against mass claim being an instant game solver at least a bit

there r 45 possible roles and only 18 will be in the game
11 out of 24 town roles will be in the game, giving big room to lots of fake claims if scum want to

also if you day 1 mass claim u risk losing night 1 to D reaper role or being controlled by godfather or killed by anti claim indie

generally i'll not allow day 1 claiming, but from day 2 onward claims r at ur own risk.
